Hotel com a qualidade da Best Western, muito limpo, quarto muito bom, com banho e cama muito confortável, café da manhã gostoso e estacionamento. Funcionários muito atentos e atenciosos. É um ótimo hotel pra quem esta depassagem por Los Angeles.

Boa localização especialmente se você está de carro. Bom hotel, quartos novos e amplos. Preço justo, pois na Califórnia hotel é mais caro que Nevada (Las Vegas) ou Flórida.

Minha experiência em geral foi perfeita! Localização com tudo por perto e segura, café da manhã bem variado e completo, café a vontade, pessoal muito atencioso, atenderam tudo prontamente e muito queridos ! Quartos modernos e equipados com microondas e frigobar, estacionamento privado, estrutura... muito obrigada pela ótima experiência !! Recomendo e pretendo voltar com certeza!

This was my first time and we will be back . Nice clean, professional,very spacious room love the jacuzzi tub. Staff was great . Parking was safe .

Overall, this is a clean and nice hotel. However, the breakfast is horrible! The eggs are weird and don’t even look like eggs. The parking - “it do go down” under the building with plenty of secure parking.

Superó ampliamente mis espectativas!! Somos súper exigentes a la hora de buscar un hotel y era muy difícil encontrar uno con Estacionamiento Gratuito (llegan a cobrar hasta 45 dólares), hídriomasaje, heladera, microondas; que sea lindo y con buenas calificaciones... súper complicado pero lo encontramos! Aparte es una ubicación que si bien no está tan cerca de universal o six flags, si está en un punto medio entre ellos y Disney, además cerca del aeropuerto y de las playas. Tengo que agradecer que el personal siempre fue súper amable, atento y para destacar el Desayuno, la lavanderíay el gimanasio. Simplemente todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones increíbles. Room is nice and big, however becareful with using towels. I got charged $50 deposit for using a face towel 😱 when disputing the charge the manager excuse was it had makeup on it.Well duh
Towels will get dirty when you use
them that's why it's a face towel! Never have I had an issue with BW until this visit. Disappointed in Manager for not dismissing charge. Will not stay at this location again towels are to be used and to be washed that's why they are provided!

Love this place. If my wife and I are staying in the Los Angeles area, this is the hotel we will be at. Have stayed here on many occasions and have had a great experience every time. Never a negative issue.
