Os quartos não eram tão bons, mas o atendimento ao cliente e a localização compensavam os quartos, pessoas muito amigáveis e eles tentam trabalhar com você mesmo quando você está com pouca sorte
Las habitaciones no eran tan buenas, pero el servicio al cliente y la ubicación compensaron las habitaciones, gente muy amable e intentan trabajar contigo incluso cuando no tienes suerte.
The rooms weren't all that great yet the customer service and the location made up for the rooms very friendly people and they try working with you even when you're down on your luck

My brother got a room here after coming off the road from driving his truck. I booked one for the day after, but when I seen how small it was, I cancelled my booking. Lol

Os quartos eram extremamente sujos. Impressões de mãos nas janelas. Queimaduras nos edredons. Fios de cabelo nas fronhas. Cinza de cigarro na bandeja de serviço onde as xícaras e o balde de gelo foram colocados. Sério, apenas evite este lugar. Gaste o dinheiro extra em um lugar melhor.
Las habitaciones estaban muy sucias. Huellas de manos en las ventanas. Quemaduras en los edredones. Mechones de cabello en las fundas de almohada. Ceniza de cigarrillo en la bandeja de servicio donde se colocaron las tazas y el cubo de hielo. En serio, evita este lugar. Gasta el dinero extra en un lugar mejor.
The rooms were so extremely dirty. Hand prints on the windows. Burns in the comforters. Strands of hair on the pillowcases. Cig ash on the serving tray where the cups and ice bucket was placed. Seriously just avoid this place. Spend the extra money for somewhere nicer.

Rooms are exceptionally tiny. The management has no clear cut policy in setting up daily rental charges. They demand cash. In this plastic age.

Quarto minúsculo, imundo e sujo. Cama envelhecida dura desconfortável. A porta da frente mal fechou completamente quando empurrada com força. Frigobar no quarto quebrado, a recepção disse "muito ruim". Lugar barulhento. Presença da polícia no estacionamento duas vezes em 2 dias.
Quando você mostra respeito, você obtém respeito e, portanto, a confiança é estabelecida. Este lugar é conveniente e seguro. Estadia muito desagradável. O quarto só ficou pronto 30 minutos após o check-in, o gerente foi muito rude e presumiu que eu estava tentando roubar algo. Tive que obter meus próprios toalhetes desinfetantes para limpar as superfícies. Havia manchas nos lençóis e alguém entrou no meu quarto enquanto eu não estava lá. Não havia água quente, então eu tive que tomar um banho frio e ele se recusou a me dar um desconto ou reembolso pelo trabalho. Gerente de propriedade muito cruel. Se você puder evitar ficar aqui, por favor, evite. não vale a pena.

Estancia muy desagradable. La habitación no estaba lista hasta 30 minutos después del registro, el gerente fue muy grosero y asumió que estaba tratando de robar algo. Tuve que conseguir mis propias toallitas desinfectantes para limpiar superficies. Había manchas en las sábanas y alguien entró a mi habitación mientras yo no estaba. No había agua caliente, así que tuve que darme una ducha fría y él se negó a darme un descuento o un reembolso por el problema. Administrador de la propiedad muy cruel. Very unpleasant stay. The room wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after check in, the manager was very rude and assumed i was trying to steal something. i had to get my own disinfecting wipes to clean surfaces. There were stains on the sheets, and someone came in to my room while i wasn’t there. There was no hot water so i had to take a cold shower and he refused to give me a discount or a refund for the trouble. Very unkind property manager. If you can avoid staying here, please do. it’s not worth it.

Tiny, filthy dirty room. Uncomfortable hard aged bed. Front door barely closed all the way when forcefully pushed. Mini-refrigerator in room broken, front desk said "too bad". Noisy place. Police presence in parking lot twice in 2 days.
When you show respect you get respect and therefore trust is established . This place is conveinent and secure. The manager may seem overvbearing but at least you know you wont get any unwanted visiters. Alot of ppl say alot of negative things about this place but u get what u pay for and i have nothing bad to say about this place apparently they stayed here aswell cuz they coulnt find anywhere else so luckey u got a bed to sleep in......the nice birds on the ceiling are super pleasent look at on the ceiling, thst is free tooo

Seriously, for the price and proximity to LAX, this place would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the piss-poor condition of the beds. Cigarette burns on everything. The comforters, sheets, and mattresses. And not just burns, it looked like cigarettes were put out on the blankets. Change the blankets and a much better review is the future. Great bathroom though. Not a joke, recently remodeled and very clean. 2 stars if only because the bathroom was exceptional.
