A atenção da equipe é boa e os caras da recepção, chegamos a uma hora da tarde e nosso quarto não estava pronto. Saímos para comer e voltamos às seis da tarde e o quarto também não estava pronto. À noite, quando chegamos às 23h. valeu a pena pelo conforto e limpeza.A única coisa a melhorar seria contratar mais pessoal para qualquer contingência. Estávamos cansados da nossa viagem e tivemos que esperar mais de 10 horas para o nosso quarto ficar pronto e isso não é justo.
Depois de muita pesquisa para uma propriedade para ficar com amigos para um fim de semana prolongado, selecionei o Carte Hotel San Diego Downtown e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a seleção. A localização Carte fica a uma curta distância do distrito GasLamp, Little Italy e Waterfront. Andamos por todo o lugar e participamos de várias atividades e locais. Também quero mencionar a incrível e incrível equipe da Carte com a qual nos envolvemos. No Check-in, Isabel e Ida foram extremamente solícitos e enquanto usavam máscaras, seus sorrisos irradiavam. Eles responderam a todas as nossas perguntas e fizeram várias sugestões de coisas para fazer na área. Também quero mencionar Ashley do bar da cobertura do 16º andar, Above Ash Social. Ashley foi uma delícia e muito útil também. Ao todo, todos nós ficamos muito satisfeitos com este estabelecimento, localização, valor e equipe incrível, e eu recomendaria este estabelecimento Hilton a ninguém e voltaremos. Para o preço pago, o hotel foi um sólido 4 estrelas. Na época em que ficamos, a situação do estacionamento era terrível, e as paredes eram um pouco finas e poderíamos aqui algumas festas diurnas provenientes de nossos vizinhos. O bairro era extremamente conveniente para mim pessoalmente, mas isso não é o que eu descreveria como um local principal do centro - é definitivamente um pouco menos passível do que um hotel gaslamp ou algo mais próximo da frente da baía. Caso contrário, tudo foi ótimo, e eu particularmente tenho que dar adereços à equipe que foram muito úteis.
Por el precio pagado, el hotel era un sólido 4 estrellas. En el momento en que nos quedamos, la situación del estacionamiento era terrible, y las paredes eran un poco delgadas y podíamos ver algunas fiestas diurnas de nuestros vecinos. El vecindario fue extremadamente conveniente para mí personalmente, pero esto no es lo que describiría como una ubicación privilegiada en el centro: definitivamente es un poco menos transitable que un hotel con lámparas de gas o algo más cercano al frente de la bahía. De lo contrario, todo fue genial, y especialmente tengo que felicitar al personal que fue muy servicial.
For the price paid, the hotel was a solid 4 stars. At the time we stayed, the parking situation was terrible, and the walls were a little thin and we could here some daytime partying coming from our neighbors. The neighborhood was extremely convenient for me personally, but this is not what I would describe as a prime downtown location - it’s definitely a little less walkable than a gaslamp hotel or something closer to the bay front. Otherwise, everything was great, and I especially have to give props to the staff who were very helpful.
After much research for a property to stay at with friends for a long weekend, I selected Carte Hotel San Diego Downtown and could not be more pleased with the selection. The Carte location is within walking distance to the GasLamp district, Little Italy, & Waterfront. We walked all over the place and took in several activities and sites. I also want to mention the amazing and incredible staff at Carte we engaged with. At Check-in, Isabel & Ida were extremely helpful and while wearing masks, their smiles radiated through. They answered all our questions and made several suggestions of things to do in the area. I also want to mention Ashley from the 16th floor rooftop bar, Above Ash Social. Ashley was a delight and very helpful as well. All in all, we were all very pleased with this property, location, value, and incredible staff, & I would recommend this Hilton property to anyone and we'll be back. Thank You Jim & crew :-)
The attention from the staff is good and the guys at the reception, we arrived at one o'clock in the afternoon and our room was not ready. We went out to eat and came back at six in the afternoon and the room was not ready either. At night when we arrived at 11 p.m. it was worth it for the comfort and cleanliness.The only thing to improve would be to hire more staff for any contingency. We were tired from our trip and had to wait more than 10 hours for our room to be ready and that is not fair.
Minha esposa e eu recentemente ficamos no Carte Hotel em San Diego. A localização é muito conveniente para locais do centro e muitos restaurantes em Little Italy e em outros lugares. Está a apenas 5 minutos a pé do Embarcadero, muito conveniente para restaurantes e locais adicionais. Os quartos eram muito agradáveis e confortáveis. Nice hotel em uma ótima localização. O bar/restaurante na cobertura tem comida adorável e coquetéis habilmente elaborados. A equipe em geral é muito boa. arrumação perdeu meu quarto um dia, ou eu teria dado 5 estrelas.
Quase cancelei depois de ler os comentários, mas passei a adorar o lugar. A equipe noturna é extraordinária e a arrumação é ótima também. Excelente estrutura de estacionamento, bom restaurante, excepcional serviço de bar e um dos melhores ginásios de hotéis que já conheci. Ficou um total de 3 semanas e quase com certeza vai voltar. Se você não agir como um babaca com direito (o status de diamante não o torna um membro da realeza), você não pode errar.
Este hotel é lindo. Muito atualizado. A piscina jacuzzi e bar na cobertura foram todos INCRÍVEIS. Agora vamos falar sobre o serviço…. O macho foi extremamente simpático e prestativo muito cortês. A mulher na recepção me colocou em espera nunca mais voltou, então liguei pelo menos 20 vezes tentando ver por que era depois das 18h e meu quarto ainda não havia sido limpo depois que solicitei 7 naquela manhã antes de sairmos. . sem resposta .. ela ligou de volta .. disse que a governanta ainda estava lá e que ela iria avisá-los. como eu sei? A mancha de pizza da pizza que meus filhos tinham antes ainda estava lá. e acolhedora .. ela até tirou uma foto nossa. Além disso, esteja ciente das cobranças no extrato do seu cartão de crédito. Eu estava sobrecarregado com manobrista e tinha várias cobranças pendentes. Liguei para o hotel e eles fizeram ajustes. Todos e todos nós tivemos uma excelente estadia. Meus filhos gostaram muito da piscina e da banheira de hidromassagem. O hotel fica literalmente a 5-10 minutos de tudo. Tirei 2 estrelas .. 1 foi para recepção e a 2 para arrumação

Bonito hotel en una gran ubicación. El bar/restaurante de la azotea tiene comida deliciosa y cócteles elaborados por expertos. El personal en general es muy bueno. El servicio de limpieza se perdió mi habitación un día, o le habría dado 5 estrellas.
Casi cancelo después de leer las críticas, pero me encanta el lugar. El personal nocturno es extraordinario y la limpieza también es excelente. Excelente estructura de estacionamiento, buen restaurante, servicio de bar excepcional y uno de los mejores gimnasios de hotel que he visto. Me alojé un total de 3 semanas y es casi seguro que volveremos. Si no actúas como un imbécil con derecho (el estatus de diamante no te convierte en miembro de la realeza), no puedes equivocarte.
Este hotel es hermoso. Muy actualizado. El jacuzzi de la piscina y el bar de la azotea eran INCREÍBLES. Ahora hablemos del servicio... El hombre fue extremadamente amable y servicial, muy cortés. La mujer de la recepción me había puesto en espera y nunca regresó, así que llamé al menos 20 veces tratando de ver por qué eran más de las 6 p. . no respondió .. volvió a llamar .. dijo que el ama de llaves todavía estaba allí y que les avisaría .. llegó el servicio de limpieza .. solo nos dio toallas y trapos nuevos y vació la basura .. no cambió las sábanas .. ¿como lo se? La mancha de pizza de la pizza que mis hijos comieron antes todavía estaba allí... ella tampoco era amigable y podría haber sido una barrera del idioma... no estoy seguro... había una mujer que creía que trabajaba en la azotea, ella era amigable y acogedor ... incluso nos tomó una foto. También tenga en cuenta los cargos en el estado de cuenta de su tarjeta de crédito. Me cobraron de más el servicio de aparcacoches y tenía varios cargos pendientes. My wife and I recently stayed at Carte Hotel in San Diego.The location is very convenient to downtown sites and many restaurants in Little Italy and elsewhere.It's only a 5 minute walk to the Embarcadero, so very convenient to additional restaurants and sites. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.Hotel staff were fantastic, welcoming and helpful.I would highly recommend staying at Carte Hotel if your leisure or business travel takes you to San Diego.
Nice hotel in a great location.The rooftop bar/restaurant has lovely food and expertly crafted cocktails.Staff overall is very good.Housekeeping missed my room one day, or I would have given 5 stars.
I nearly cancelled after reading the reviews but I've come to love the place. The night staff is extraordinary and the housekeeping is great too. Excellent parking structure, good restaurant, exceptional bar service, and one of the better hotel gyms I've seen. Stayed a total of 3 weeks and almost certainly will return. If you don't act like an entitled douchebag (diamond status doesn't make you royalty) you can't go wrong.
Overall very good, the service is great and friendly. We found a bug in our bed, nothing serious but they immediately change us to a new room, no questions ask. The location is awesome, right next to little Itally and couple of blocks aways from the waterfront park.
This hotel is beautiful. Very up to date. The pool jacuzzi and rooftop bar were all AMAZING. Now let’s talk about the service…. The male was extremely friendly and helpful very courteous. The woman at the front desk had placed me on hold never came back so I called at least 20 times trying to see why it was after 6 pm and my room had still not been cleaned after I requested it 7 that morning before we left out .. no answer .. she called back .. said the housekeeper was still there and that she would let them know.. housekeeping came .. only gave us new towels and rags and emptied the trash .. didn’t change the sheets .. how I know? The pizza stain from the pizza my kids had earlier was still on there .. she wasn’t friendly either and it could have been a language barrier .. not sure .. there was one female who I believed worked on the rooftop she was friendly and welcoming .. she even took a picture of us. Also please be aware of the charges on your credit card statement. I was overcharged valet and had several different charges pending . I called the hotel and they did make adjustments. All and all we had an excellent stay . My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is literally like 5-10 minutes from everything. I took off 2 stars .. 1 was for front desk and the 2nd for housekeeping
Very nice hotel. Walking distance to little Italy and the waterfront. Definitely will stay here again. Hotel restaurant is very good. Valet parking is easy and rooms are nice with beautiful views of the city.
Meu marido e eu tivemos a melhor experiência no Carte! Tínhamos chegado muito tarde naquela noite devido ao nosso hotel anterior não estar em dia e tomamos uma decisão rápida de ir para Carte e ver se eles tinham quartos disponíveis, felizmente Edward estava lá para salvar o dia! Ele não só nos cumprimentou com um grande sorriso e boa energia, como manteve o profissionalismo e nos ajudou a entrar em uma sala o mais rápido possível. Nós amamos ficar lá com um atendimento ao cliente incrível e vistas da cidade! A localização era perfeita no meio de Little Italy, onde poderíamos caminhar até todos os cafés e restaurantes! Isso sempre será ir para o hotel a qualquer momento que estivermos de volta em San Diego! Obrigado Carte Hotel e Edward por uma estadia maravilhosa! Esperamos voltar em breve!

Llegamos muy tarde esa noche debido a que nuestro hotel anterior no estaba a la altura y tomamos una decisión rápida de ir a Carte y ver si tenían habitaciones disponibles, ¡afortunadamente Edward estaba allí para salvar el día! No solo nos recibió con una gran sonrisa y buena energía, sino que mantuvo la profesionalidad y nos ayudó a entrar en una habitación lo antes posible. ¡Nos encantó quedarnos allí con un servicio al cliente increíble y vistas a la ciudad! La ubicación era perfecta, justo en el medio de Little Italy, donde podíamos ir andando a todas las cafeterías y restaurantes. ¡Esto siempre estará fuera del hotel cada vez que estemos de regreso en San Diego! ¡Gracias Carte Hotel y Edward por una estancia maravillosa! ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!
My husband and I had the best experience at Carte! We had arrived super late that night due to our previous hotel not being up to par and we made a quick decision to head to Carte and see if they had any rooms available, thankfully Edward was there to save the day! Not only did he greet us with a big smile and good energy he maintained professionalism and helped us get into a room soon as possible. We loved staying there with such amazing customer service and city views! The location was perfect right in the middle of Little Italy where we could walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants! This will always be out go to hotel any time we are back in San Diego! Thank you Carte Hotel and Edward for a wonderful stay! Look forward to coming back very soon!!

Great location for a hotel, a few blocks from the docks and little Italy. The room is nice but there were yellow stains on my sheets. I let the front desk know and they offered to move me to another room, which is nice but sucks because I had already unpacked everything. Wish the cleaning crew would’ve just changed the sheets to begin with to avoid the situation.
Nice place, great room, great bed. Water temp left something to be desired. Even after asking them, they said it was up to temp and it couldn’t have been more than 80 degrees. That was enough for me to knock down two stars imo. Otherwise, rooftop bar is very rad and has some good food and good service. Concierge was nice. Parking is $40 but it’s an underground garage that’s locked so I’m cool with that.
Great hotel. Clean room with big shower, very nice!! Great rooftop bar perfect location and views of city and ocean. Pool deck very relaxing. Little Italy is right there, so plenty of food options. Can't go wrong with Carte Hotel San Diego!!
We stayed at the hotel over 4th of July weekend and it was nothing short of spectacular! With the current pandemic going on, we could tell they were truly keeping up on the cleanliness of the hotel and made it a requirement to have a mask on in order to enter the hotel. Every person we came into contact with (at the rooftop bar, poolside at the cabanas, Watercolors and the lobby) were so pleasant! We had such a great time just relaxing at the hotel and enjoying its amenities. My husband fell in love with the gym and said it was the best hotel gym he has been to! And we have traveled the world! Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it! Also, the central location in downtown is perfect, we never had to drive anywhere. Everything we wanted was within walking distance!
Staff is the sweetest! Attended to all of our needs perfectly! The bartender Sam made the best margarita in San Diego( Don Julio!)! We come to San Diego a lot and have stayed in many hotels over the years this was by far one of the best. Slept like a baby in there bed, SO COMFY! Only complaint is the fact there is no windows but the bed made up for it! They made us feel comfortable and safe in a pandemic, thank you to all the staff for giving us such a great time, especially Sam for the greatest Don Julio Margarita (Their house tequila)!
