Nice big and clean room near airport and with free shuttle. Slept there during long overlay. Fresh and like new on plane back home

Loud air conditioner. Bright lights from garage across the street shining in the windows. Only had decaf coffee in the room. Airport shuttle took forever to show up. Only good thing is it's close to the airport but so are other choices.

A sala era grande e limpa. A cama era muito confortável. A TV tinha um recurso para colocar os controles em seu telefone ou outro dispositivo.Quando fiz o check-in, havia um cara trabalhando demais, mas a fila era de 6 pessoas. Ele foi eficiente e cortês apesar do desafio.Sua pequena loja e o pequeno "café" foram ótimos. Eu pedi um sanduíche de café-da-manhã, que foi feito fresco, quente e delicioso.O serviço de transporte para LAX vem a cada 20 minutos, o que também foi conveniente. O motorista foi amigável e útil.Estávamos muito ocupados em LA, e este foi o lugar perfeito para ficar perto do aeroporto.Depois que voltei para casa, tive uma pergunta sobre a conta. A pessoa da contabilidade me enviou um e-mail imediatamente.O serviço aqui foi excepcionalmente bom, o que é raro hoje em dia com escassez de pessoal. Tão apreciado!!

It was a one night stay for us at the Residence Inn by Marriott LAX, which provided us with a breakfast Buffet. We indeed visited the Buffet in the morning and we were greeted by Irma and
also assisting in that morning Buffet was Alex and Betty. They were very helpful, any questions that we had they were right there. Very friendly personable people. I thanked them for "coming into work today". I wanted to tip but Irma
said no. I would imagine that is policy- which could be changed as many of us travelers know how hard they work (which was evident by fresh hot food). I had a great time chatting with Irma. I was glad that I went to the Residence Inn by
Marriott on Century Boulevard by the LAX.
Also a shout out to the Van Driver who
maneuvered his way into traffic to get us to American Airlines (what a nightmare), he deserves a raise for being out in that all day. I'm appreciating these folks for coming into work. PJ

The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had a feature to put the controls on your phone or other device.
When I checked in there was one guy working his tail off but the line was 6 people long. He was efficient and courteous despite the challenge.
Their little store and the small "cafe" were great to have. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was made fresh, warm, and delicious.
The shuttle to LAX comes every 20 minutes so that was also convenient. The driver was friendly and helpful.
We were very busy while in LA, and this was the perfect place to stay near the airport.
After I returned home I had a question about the bill. The accounting person emailed me immediately.
The service here was exceptionally good, which is rare these days with staffing shortages. So appreciated!!

Located super close to LAX and free shuttle a big plus. Room was clean, plenty of towels and love the need for a room key to access elevators. Traveling as a solo female this was very comforting.Downsides-need either more/larger trash cans in room/bathroom, especially since there's no housekeeping if only there a couple of days. One of thefront desk clerks was rude and snobby to me upon arrival. Instead of looking up the room I PREPAID for and offer to check me in. She refused and instead put my name on a "list for first come, first served" and had me wait in the lobby with my luggage. Luckily another clerk came along after 45 minutes and she checked me in with no problem.

Os quartos são bons, mas o estacionamento é uma merda.. Eu tive que estacionar a cerca de 1,6 km de distância.. sem estacionamento no estacionamento do motel. Foi aconselhado a ir para a garagem do outro lado da rua, era parque. . o único estacionamento que tinha espaço aberto ficava a cerca de 1,6 km de distância ... poderia ter sido melhor ficar em um hotel diferente ... não há estacionamento suficiente aqui .. poupe-se do aborrecimento.. vá para outro lugar.

Rooms are nice but parking sucks.. I had to park about a mile away.. no parking in motel parking lot. Was advised to go to parking garage across the street it was park..only parking lot that had open space was a about a mile away...might of been better off staying in a different hotel... there is not enough parking here.. save yourself the hassle.. go somewhere else.. on the bright side I get a early morning workout when I walk a mile to my car.

Os quartos são grandes, limpos e relativamente bem decorados. A minha estadia foi confortável e os funcionários foram todos simpáticos. As paredes são bem finas e é muito fácil ouvir as pessoas em outros quartos.O bar/"restaurante" é bastante abismal; não há muitas opções e fica bem no meio do lobby da passarela. Também não há cozinha de verdade, a comida é toda junta e cozida em fornos de convecção estilo metrô.No geral, não é ruim, mas provavelmente ficarei no Hyatt ao lado para futuras visitas.

O quarto era enorme e limpo, dormi bem nas minhas 14 horas de escala e tomei banho. Você tem todos os produtos de higiene que você precisa. Era confortável e perto do aeroporto. O único problema, mas um dos mais importantes para mim na minha estadia, foi que o Wifi não funcionou nem no quarto nem no corredor. Tentei conectar ao longo do dia e não foi possível. Eles não me deram uma solução e eu não consegui me comunicar com minha família em 12 horas até ir ao aeroporto.

The rooms are big, clean, and relatively nicely decorated. My stay was comfortable and the staff were all friendly. The walls are pretty thin though and it's pretty easy to hear people in other rooms.The bar/"restaurant" is pretty abismal; not many options and it's right in the middle of the walkway lobby. There's no real kitchen either, the food is all thrown together and cooked in subway style convection ovens.Overall, not bad, but I will likely stay in the Hyatt right next door for future visits.

The bedroom was huge and clean, I slept well in my 14 hours layover and took a bath. You have all the toiletries you need. It was comfortable and close to the airport. The only problem but one of the most important for me on my stay was that the Wifi didn'twork neither in the bedroom nor in the hall. I tried to connect over the day and it was not possible. They didn't give me a solution and I couldn't communicate with my family in 12 hours until go to the airport.

My wife and I booked a stay there for one night to accommodate a layover in LA during an anniversary trip. Although we were unhappy with overall quality of the room as compared to advertised photos, there was a staff member Kathy that very quickly identified our dissatisfaction and made sure we my wife and I were taken care off. Kathy even remember me when I called back to follow up. We are very appreciative to the kind staff. Overall, the staff that we interacted with were accommodating and professional.

This hotel charges up to $21 per day to park your car in their parking lot. They offer 1-litre water bottles for $7. Also, my $100 deposit has not yet been cleared. Their 24-hour shuttle service is great, though! The staff is professional and courteous.

La habitación muy bien. No me gustó que cobren 44 dolares por parquear el carro. En frente hay un parking por 25 dolares y detrás del hotel otro parking por 15 dolares toda la noche.
