Eu fiquei aqui por uma longa estadia de 14 dias no verão. Processo de check-in foi suave. Eu esqueci meu número de conta de recompensas, que o pessoal da recepção pacientemente recuperou para mim.Os quartos são grandes e alguns quartos têm uma pequena varanda / pátio que é um toque agradável. A decoração do quarto é boa, com iluminação fraca e perfeita para a soneca.A propriedade é grande em área, e há uma área aberta no centro com salas em torno dele. À noite, alguns dias há fogueira na área central.A localização é boa em termos de comida e compras. Chillies fica em frente ao hotel. O shopping Tanforan fica a 5 minutos a pé.

Very nice hotel, literalmente a 5 minutos do aeroporto. Super limpo e silencioso. O som das aeronaves pousando e partindo não me incomodou. Eles aceitam vouchers da United Airlines para o café da manhã. Eles não servem almoço nem jantar. O bar bistrô abre às 8, fecha às 11 e, em seguida, abre novamente às 17:00. Eles oferecem café Starbucks original, toque muito agradável. Transporte gratuito para o aeroporto com vários horários disponíveis. Check-out é às 12h com a opção de torná-lo mais tempo, se possível (eu pedi e eles me deixaram ficar até duas horas).

Best for SFO airport parking! $10/day when you order through the hotel (not through a third parking site) ... and a free shuttle to the airport! Park as many days as you need. I feel secure parking my car at the Courtyard Marriot in San Bruno. Highly recommend!

Fiquei alguns dias aqui e depois percebi que peguei o COVID aqui. Quando eu disse ao gerente, ela foi muito rude e não ligou para nada. Meu filho, meu noivo e eu pegamos COVID. A recepcionista foi rude desde o dia em que fiz o check-in. Assim que os avisei de que havia pegado Covid lá, eles disseram se eu precisava perguntar alguma coisa. Quando pedia coisas simples como toalhas, água ou cobertores, atrasava-me sempre mais de uma hora. Perguntei ao gerente o que ela pode fazer para ajudar nessa situação, já que agora eu tive que ficar em quarentena depois de pegar Covid em seu hotel, ela disse que não há nada que ela possa fazer, já que eles não são um hotel Covid. No geral, apenas um estabelecimento pobre que não se preocupa com as pessoas que ficam lá!

Stayed here for a few days and then realized I caught COVID here. When I told the manager she was very rude and didn’t care at all. My infant, fiancé and I all caught COVID. The receptionist was rude since the day I checked in. Once I notified them that I had caught Covid there, they said if I needed anything to ask them. When I asked for simple things like towels, water or blankets it was always more than an hour late. I asked the manager what she can do to help this situation since I now had to quarantine there after catching Covid from their hotel she said there’s nothing she can do since they aren’t a Covid hotel. Overall just a poor establishment who does not care about the people staying there !

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was super friendly and ensured that my stay was free of hassle and worries. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and my sleep was never interrupted. The Bistro is open and offers nice breakfast options, albeit, they are not included in the room rate.

My issue is the general layout of the hotel. My room was on the third floor and extremely far and inconvenient from the front desk and the elevator, not that it even worked. It went out of order and I had to drag my luggage down the stairs at checkout time.

Great experience. I unexpectedly had to stay close to SFO when a blizzard back home affected my travel plans. Melanie got me to and from the airport quickly, Jackie got me into my room ahead of schedule (and greeted me by name whenever I was in the lobby), and Tessie made excellent Starbucks drinks at the snack bar. Room was clean and well stocked. Great place to stay.

La ubicación del hotel es cómoda y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son viejas pero están limpias. Tiene lo básico para una estancia cómoda por un par de días si viajas de trabajo.

Very nice hotel, literally 5 minutes from the airport. Super clean and quiet. The sound of the aircrafts landing and departing didn’t bother me at all. They accept United Airlines vouchers for breakfast. They don’t serve lunch nor dinner. The bistro bar opens at 8, closes at 11 and then opens again at 5pm. They offer original Starbucks coffee, very nice touch. Free shuttle to the airport with multiple time slots available. Checkout is at 12pm with option of make it longer if possible (I asked and they let me stay until 2pm).

I stayed here for a long stay of 14 days in summers. Check-in process was smooth. I did forget my rewards account number, which the from desk staff patiently retrieved for me.Rooms are big and some rooms have a small balcony/patio which is a nice touch. Room decor is good, with dim lighting, and perfect for snooze.The property is large in area, and there is an open area in center with rooms around it. In evening, some days there is bonfire in the central area.Location is good in terms of food and shopping. Chillies is right opposite to hotel. Tanforan mall is 5 minutes walk.
