É limpo, confortável, bonito. Fica mt próximo ao aeroporto e não tão longe dos pontos turísticos. A área é tranquila e de fácil acesso. Não há mt barulho. O estacionamento é pago.

I came here for the weekend with my boyfriend and son. Our experience was good. The food inside the restaurant was delicious and service was good. Everything seemed clean for the most part. Anytime we needed anything we got it fast. Price and deposit and parking seemed fairly priced.

The room was nice and clean but old.The pics make you think that it is a new hotel or newly renovated rooms but that is not the case ( at least what we got ). You will hear each plane leaving and landing.We just got married and we had to spend one night there because it is close to the airport. I felt depressed how old was the room but it is clean. I would recommend it but don't expect a big lobby or a freshly renovated hotel.Still price was so good.

The hotel itself was decent! The beds were comfortable and the bathtub was nice...they were also willing to give me a room the night of when my flight got canceled. The shuttles were kind of "off" to say the least. They filled them with way too many people to be safe and it was very bumpy so you have to hold on or you might fall (if there was space to). The room service was expensive so be positive that what you get is something that you will like or else that's 20-30$ down the drain. Of course, you always have the option of getting something else. The receptionist was nice and willing to give me an extra hour since late checkout is about 79 dollars if you want more than that. I arrived at the hotel at like 1 or 2 am and there was some lady yelling in the lobby but...it is what it is...LA. Nice hotel overall

Cheaper than other hotel but it has same good quality room and service as other good hotels. Good hotel to stay. Seems Many people don’t know this hotel because its gate not face to the street. And it has fewer advertisements on websites. A very good thing is this hotel offer free shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Parking fee is around 25 dollars either choose valet parking or public parking building across the road.

The hotel was nice and clean. The customer service was great. There were several food and drink options within the vicinity of the hotel and its lobby. It was quiet for being next to LAX - rarely heard the planes takeoff or land. Be ready for extra charges like for parking. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

This place had a lot of pros and cons. On the pro side it still had the airport shuttle and many of the other hotels did not. Also when my flight was suddenly changed as I was getting ready to walk out the door to go to the airport, the hotel gave me a late check-out time allowing me to stay until it was time for me to leave. On the negative side the advertisement indicated that there would be free breakfast which I take into account when booking in the overall cost. This hotel no longer has free breakfast and the breakfast is fairly expensive around $20. Also the bed was not very comfortable and there was absolutely no hot water in the morning. The top two things I take into account when looking for a hotel are a comfortable bed and a hot shower. I gave this hotel 4 stars because of the fact that they extended my time and the staff were very friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciated that. It really outweighed all of the other negatives.

Awesome hotel. One of the best I've ever been to. The service is top notch. The rooms are very nice with all you could ask for. The food in their restaurant is awesome with reasonable prices. And your just a rocks throw away from LAX.
I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family without question!

Le falta implementar microondas en cada piso... Debo subir desde mi habitación al único piso que tiene microondas. Las ventanas de las habitaciones no se pueden abrir por lo que no puedo ventilar el espacio

My daughter and granddaughter were leaving on an early flight, so we made reservations.It turned out to be the perfect place for us.Attention was paid to safety, masks, only your own bubble in the elevator etc.The restaurant was opened and social distance. Staff was terrific and you could tell their pride working there.Definitely would go back again.

Limpio, buena atención, el precio considero que estuvo un poco más alto que los otros hoteles que tienen la misma calidad de servicio y atención, quien lo visite, tenga cuidado con los cargos adicionales pues nos aplicaron una cuota de 17 dólares por uso de instalaciones y el depósito fue de 200 dólares, así que vayan preparados, saludos

Me hospede en el sonesta airport hotel, los dÍas 18, 19 y 20 inclusive, debo manifestar que he pagado con cash efectivo los dÍas 19 y 20/octubre /2021 respectivamente, sin embargo no ha sido registrado dicho pago, yo tengo conmigo el voucher o recibo de lo pagado, por tanto: estÁn obligados a devolverme los $100. que me cobraron por concepto de garantÍa al momento de ingresar al hotel, y por lo visto no soy la Única persona que estÁ reclamando… por lo que seÑores sonesta airport, cumplan con devolver los $100. que se debitaron de mi tarjeta de crÉdito, porque segÚn me manifestaron que lo devolverÍan en el tÉrmino de 5 a 7 dÍas Útiles, siendo hoy 11 de noviembre 2021, ha transcurrido con demasÍa dicho plazo, les instÓ a cumplir con dicha devoluciÓn.

Really great hotel for the price! The check-in desk and concierge were super helpful and friendly. They offer room service and it was delivered within 30 minutes and was delicious. I will definitely come back!!

Muy bien hotel y excelente relacion calidad precio. La calidad de la lenceria, almohadas y cama es deliciosa. El mejor descanzo en estas camas tan comodas. Buenas toallas y implementos de baño. Hermosas vistas desde la habitacion.Gran recepcion, buen restaurante y bar funcionando.Tiene transporte de ida y regreso al aeropuerto y del aeropuerto puedes tomar el bus a la renta de autos.El hotel tiene parqueo el cual pagas cada vez que sacas el auto. Muy buen hotel de aeropuerto. Recomendable en todo.

La habitación es muy bonita y de buen tamaño pero te cobran 16.50 por cada vez que sacas el auto del estacionamiento y por la zona hay lugares feos y parecían peligrosos, la gente que ronda por ahí es desagrable. Me pareció muy mal también que cuando volví a la habitación en la noche estaba sin limpiar y las camas sin hacer y cuando reclame me dijeron que yo debía de haber pedido que limitarán. Me pareció muy mal porque nadie me explico eso al llegar. Si usas el valet parking te cobran 48 dólaresdiarios. Un robo!!?
