Um hotel simples e antigo, os quartos são pequenos, os banheiros demonstram os sinais do tempo, a equipe é cortes e profissional, o café da manhã é full american breakfast sendo cortesia para HHonors Gold e Diamond, aliás, essa é uma ótimacaracterística recorrente nos DoubleTree da Califórnia, diferente das unidades da costa leste. O café da manhãé servido no restaurante que possui duas áreas, sendo uma delas, externa com vista para a marina. Localizado em Sam Pedro é uma boa alternativa para quem esta de carro, uma vez que o estacionamento é gratuito.Espero que meu relato seja útil para a escolha de seu próximo hotel :)

Distante mas muito aconchegante. Café da manhã péssimo.
Boa equipe e boa vista, mas encontrei algumas garrafas debaixo da minha cama, aparentemente, a pessoa da limpeza não percebeu, também o chuveiro não funciona, então a recepção me dá um novo quarto, mas o ar condicionado não funciona no novo sala. A ficha do secador também está danificada. Não posso acreditar que eles cobraram US $ 75 extras pelo meu cachorro na minha chegada à recepção. Normalmente, eles só cobram se houver algum dano.No geral, através de toda a minha experiência com o Hilton, este deve ser o pior.
Tive sorte com uma taxa incrível - as acomodações eram muito confortáveis e limpas; microondas e frigobar não padrão. Algum ruído do quarto acima; caminhada ou salto pesado. O serviço de check-in carecia de profissionalismo. Sem serviço de quarto, mas restaurante e lounge do hotel disponíveis. Serviço de comida de café-da-manhã e qualidade foi excelente (obrigado Victor)! A comida do jantar foi igualmente excelente, mas o serviço do barman carecia de profissionalismo e qualidade. Não espere esses problemas de serviço nas propriedades Hilton ou esses preços.
Good staff and good view, but I found some bottles under my bed apparently cleaning person didn’t notice, also the shower doesn’t work so the front desk get me a new room, but then the AC doesn’t work in the new room. The plug in for the blow dryer is damaged as well. Can’t believe they charged extra $75 for my dog upon my arrival at the front desk. Usually they only charge you if there’s any damage.Overall through all my experience with Hilton this must be the worst one.
Got lucky with an incredible rate - accommodations were very comfortable and clean; microwave and mini-fridge not standard. Some noise from room above; heavy walking or jumping. Check-in service lacked professionalism. No room service, but hotel restaurant and lounge available. Breakfast food service and quality was superb (thank you Victor)! Dinner food was equally superb, but service by bartender lacked professionalism and quality. Do not expect these service issues at Hilton properties or these price points.
Great location, close to Port of San Pedro. Shuttle to Port. The facility was good, few things that needs more attention by the staff and management. This is a security issue; housekeeping staff left the window open, we did not realize it until the next morning after a noisy early morning vehicle and motorcycle exhaust noise. This is a health issue; the sink in the bathroom, mold was found between the counter top and sink. Others; the door for the bathroom was off the rails my could not close it.The ottoman and the chair was soiled that we would not have use it, the carpet near the chair & ottoman and the desk was soiled also. The bed was clean and a little harder than we known of Hilton brand beds. We advised the desk clerk of the deficiencies, she said she was going to take care of it and provided me a few points for the inconvenience. The staff was great very helpful.One other item was the printer for guest use was out of order from early evening until next morning before we had to leave for the Port, could not print our test results.
A equipe é agradável e profissional. Hotel tem ótima localização em uma marina. A comida é excelente no restaurante / bar do hotel. Os quartos têm um bom tamanho e são muito confortáveis. Nós ficamos aqui regularmente e desta vez nós mudamos para um quarto com uma varanda com vista para a marina e a varanda era muito bom. Os quartos e o hotel são super limpos.
ROACHES!!! Do not stay here!!! Staff is rude and condescending. I stay at Hilton’s all over the country and never have I encountered such rude hotel staff. Came to them about issues of my bathroom door not being able to be closed since it’s in the wall it’s unavoidable. Then we found a roach the size of the little shampoo bottles they give. Then found more in the bathroom and hallways of the hotel. Video was taken. Called the front desk and they didn’t help at all. Didn’t offer to change rooms, couldn’t even tell me when the manager would be in and didn’t know any numbers I could call. Then when I decided to come to the front desk to speak with them. Then they finally gave me a number after the guy at front desk with braids came out from behind the counter threatening to beat me up.Didn’t offer a new room. Just laughed with customers and went into the office room to ignore my concerns and not address them. Manager came and still have not received a solution. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Not worth it. Rooms old and dirty. Walls dirty, carpets are stained. Nothing like it was advertised.
Staff is pleasant and professional. Hotel has great location on a marina. Food is excellent at the hotel restaurant/bar. Rooms are good size and are very comfortable. We have stayed here regularly and this time we upgraded to a room with a marina view balcony and the balcony was very nice. Rooms and hotel are super clean.
Este hotel era muito limpo, as acomodações eram um preço razoável para a nossa estadia de uma noite. Existe serviço de transporte de e para o porto de Los Angeles em San Pedro, CA. Compramos o pacote de hotel que incluía o traslado. Meu marido e eu ficaríamos lá novamente. Tínhamos a vista da marina, há segurança e é silencioso. Michele que estava atrás do balcão de registro no momento do check-in, foi muito cortês e gentil. Ela fez você se sentir bem-vindo.
This Hotel was very clean, accommodations were a reasonable price for our one night stay. There is shuttle service to and from the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro, CA. We purchased the hotel package which included the shuttle. My husband and I would stay there again. We had the view of the marina, there is security, and it is quiet. Michele who was behind the registration desk at the time we checked in, was very courteous and kind. She made you feel welcomed.
Hotel lindo, localização perfeita se você quiser uma estadia tranquila, com muitos lugares para passear e uma bela vista do porto. O quarto era excepcionalmente limpo e confortável. Nós ficamos lá para que pudéssemos pegar o Catalina Express da doca de San Pedro ... que eu também recomendo. Não há necessidade de estar no caos do lado de Long Beach!
Gorgeous hotel, perfect location if you want a quiet stay with plenty of places to walk and a beautiful view of the harbor. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stayed there so we could take the Catalina Express from the San Pedro dock...which I also highly recommend. No need to be in the chaos on the Long Beach side!
I had a business trip to San Pedro. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The warm cookies are always a plus. The room are clean and good sized. I had a king bed that was comfortable. The rooms are nice, but you can tell this is an older property. The view of the marina is wonderful. The price point was reasonable and I would certainly stay here again.

El lugar es muy adecuado para hospedarse alejado de el ruido personal respetuoso permite mascotas flexibilidad en los horarios de llegar mucho espacio para los carros y adecuados espacios para caminar y mucho más yo lo recomiendo y volveré con mi familia si es necesario

Rente la king suite con Vista a marina hacía el mar ,la vista está casi bloqueado por arbustos estando sentado en la silla desde el balcón del primer piso,las dos puertas no cierran una no sirve y la principal tiene casi suelto el seguro para poner el candado, fuí a la recepción a preguntar qué si tenían un desarmador de cruz para arreglar la cerradura y el del turno de la noche del 27 de junio 2020 , déspota,se molestó por qué le dije que porque rentan así una suite el huésped no tiene seguridad cualquier persona se podría meter por el balcón, y me dijo pues así tendrás que dormir asta mañana que llegue el manejador del hotel,no tiene desayuno el gym y la alberca no se pueden usar después de las 9 pm al menos mis tarjetas no funcionó porque no tienen un anuncio de horario para usarlos, horrible experiencia, la renta fue inicial de $236 y al final me cobraron casi $300, no vale la pena ,luego are una revisión a este comentario ya que hable con el manager hoy 28 de junio.
