Don't let the pictures fool you. You sit on the bed and feel every spring...and the box spring. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and I got less than 4hrs of sleep per night. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were not replenished throughout the week, bedding was not changed during the week, and the room was not very clean when I arrived. The area my room is in had a boarded up window, mold in the bathroom above the door, and you could see where they tried to fix minor issues in the room and to the bathtub but, didn't really hide the damage. The original elevator was a nice touch and the lobby was great also. Past that...yikes. The staff, were also somewhat pleasant. I think the best part of my stay is that I discovered All Star Cafe down the street! You get what you pay for!

Hotel atende bem pela proposta. Quarto pequeno porém limpo e arrumado. Funcionários super educados e atenciosos. próximo a Heyes que tem várias opções de restaurantes, bares e lojas locais.

A localização é central e ótima para quem usa o sistema de transporte público. Os recepcionistas sāo sempre atenciosos e simpáticos. Tudo é muito bem limpo, do hall aos quartos. O velho elevador às vezes é teimoso para dar partida. Os corredores e quartos têm pintura nova e decoração de bom gosto. A internet por Wi-Fi foi um problema no 4° andar.

Excelente custo x benefício. Não tem garagem no hotel, mas tem estacionamento público na redondeza. Localização muito boa

Foram ótimos dias que passei, voltava ao hotel apenas para descansar, perfeito pela localização e preço. Cumpriu perfeitamente com tudo que era esperado e prometido. Clair e Rockie (acho que assim que se escreve rs) foram perfeitos no atendimento e ajuda, Rockie em espanhol me ajudou por várias vezes, e Clair muito atencioso sempre me ajudava em algo com o quarto. A localização perfeita na market, em frente a um ponto de streetcar e ônibus, poucos metros do metrô. Com certeza voltaria.

Rooms are clean, and cozy. Conveniently located infront of bus/tram. Everything is within minutes walking distance. In the middle of SF center. Great location.
The staff were amazingly nice, helpful and caring.

First time in SAN FRAN and this place was A great price for a great boutique hotel! Staff was friendly and always greeted us. There are several places to eat or shop within walking distances, def would book here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Excellent location, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small and simple, but perfect for what we needed. There was a fair amount of road noise at night, but they did provide ear plugs which helped.

It provided what I needed for a 1 night stay in the city. Rocky at the front desk was very friendly, attentive and helpful. He "upgraded" my room from a tiny room to a small room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large compared to the size of the room. However, it was dark. I couldn't put on make up or really see myself well in the mirror over the sink at night. It needs some updating in general. The room does not have a closet. It was probably a decent boutique hotel at some point. It has the potential to return to that. Overall, for the price I can't complain. I would return but not necessarily recommend it to my friends.

El hotel estásúper bien, el staff es súper buena onda, tiene una estación de autobús afuera, a dos cuadras el metro y muy cerca de Unión Square, siempre estuvo limpio :D, te dan agua, café, chocolates 24 hrs. Nos dieron mapas y recomendaciones :) sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí

Hotel was very clean and situated close to all amenities.Staff where extremely friendly and helpful.Only downside is that neither of the rooms we had where anything like the photos online. Very basic and not as updated as you are led to believe which is a shame as was not what we where expecting

Really kind and helpful staff! They go over and beyond to accommodate your needs. Rocky and Allan at the front desk were super kind and made sure we had a great stay. Rooms were affordable, I would only critique the quality of the beds.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue de lo mejor, San Francisco es una ciudad mágica e inigualable y la estancia en Edwardian nos hizo comprobar que la calidad, el buen gusto, la sencillez y el calor humano los puedes encontrar en un solo lugar, además de que es muy céntrico. Nos encantó y recomendamos ampliamente al maravilloso Hotel Edwardian! ! Esperamos volver muy pronto! !!
