This is the worst experience. They had a large group of high school girls there. Nobody from the school seemed to be able to control them. They screamed, jumped, laughed, ran, and were so noisy we could not sleep. We continually called the front desk to get them to help stop the noise. We were lied to by the front desk who claimed they walked the halls and couldn’t hear them. There was NO way they couldn’t have heard them had they walked the halls. It was way too noisy for them to not hear it. It was only after we got very angry (AFTER 2AM) that they suddenly found the girls and got them to shut up. Because of this I ended up with a migraine and my weekend vacation was completely ruined. I would NEVER stay here if you want good customer service and a quiet nights sleep. They told us they have high school teams come a lot. Esta é a pior experiência. Eles tinham um grande grupo de meninas do ensino médio lá. Ninguém da escola parecia ser capaz de controlá-los. Eles gritavam, pulavam, riam, corriam e faziam tanto barulho que não conseguíamos dormir. Ligamos continuamente para a recepção para que ajudassem a parar o barulho. Por causa disso, acabei com uma enxaqueca e minhas férias de fim de semana foram completamente arruinadas. Eu NUNCA ficaria aqui se você quiser um bom atendimento ao cliente e uma noite tranquila de sono. Eles nos disseram que têm equipes do ensino médio que vêm muito.

Gritaban, saltaban, reían, corrían y hacían tanto ruido que no podíamos dormir. Continuamente llamábamos a la recepción para que ayudaran a detener el ruido. La recepción nos mintió y afirmó que caminaban por los pasillos y no podían escucharlos. NO había forma de que no los hubieran escuchado si hubieran caminado por los pasillos. Era demasiado ruidoso para que no lo escucharan. Fue solo después de que nos enojamos mucho (DESPUÉS DE LAS 2 AM) que de repente encontraron a las niñas y las hicieron callar. Overall the hotel was ok. Just think the price is too much for what it is. Almost $200 for one night plus had to pay for parking. There were stains on the bed sheets and smelled a little funky. The breakfast was a 1/10. Very underwhelming stay. No geral o hotel estava ok. Só acho que o preço é demais para o que é. Quase US$ 200 por uma noite mais teve que pagar pelo estacionamento. Havia manchas nos lençóis da cama e cheirava um pouco descolada. O café da manhã foi 1/10. Estadia muito abaixo do esperado.

The rooms and service here were excellent.The hotel is almost new. We had the king suite which is a living room/ kitchen and bedroom with the largest bathroom ever inhotel.The entire hotel is clean and appears to be well cared for. There is a hotel bar opened and serves until 10pm and you can get some food as well.There is breakfast available in the morning too. Staff was very attentive and helpful.We had a great conversation with the person checking us in which led to a personal connection and later had a conversation with the manager about two of their great employees.Highly recommend and will be back for future work trips. Os quartos e serviço aqui foram excelentes. O hotel é quase novo. Tivemos a suíte king, que é uma sala de estar/cozinha e quarto com o maior banheiro do hotel. Todo o hotel é limpo e parece estar bem cuidado. Há um bar do hotel aberto e serve até as 22h e você também pode comer alguma coisa. Há café da manhã disponível também. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Tivemos uma ótima conversa com a pessoa que nos fez o check-in, o que levou a uma conexão pessoal e depois tivemos uma conversa com o gerente sobre dois de seus ótimos funcionários. Recomendo e voltarei para futuras viagens de trabalho.

The hotel is in ok condition overall. However, the room we got was horrible. We were woken up by constant super loud construction-like noise at night and were annoyed by the noise the whole night. Couldn’t sleep at all. We also had trouble to hook up with their WiFi initially. Had to go to front desk several times to fix the issue. Brought this up to the front desk, the response we got was the standard excuse - we know nothing about this and we would bring this up to the upper manager. O hotel está em boas condições em geral. No entanto, o quarto que recebemos era horrível. Fomos acordados pelo barulho constante de construção super alto à noite e ficamos irritados com o barulho a noite inteira.
