Muito novo hotel, os quartos eram bastante limpos, os banheiros eram limpos, boa área. Estacionamento incluído. As camas eram confortáveis e limpas. Ficaria aqui novamente. Check-in e check-out foi fácil.. café da manhã estava incluído. Eles tinham coisas bastante decentes para o pequeno-almoço gratuito. Waffles, bagels, ovos, salsichas, suco de maçã, café e leite, cereais. Id recomendar :) id ficar aqui novamente na próxima vez im na área. Somos da Socal.
Eu tive uma experiência absoluta de alto nível ficar neste Hampton Inn. As suítes de canto são quartos fenomenais, especialmente aqueles com vista para o minigolfe ao lado. Da equipe à limpeza, eu não poderia recomendar este hotel mais do que eu. Absolutamente ficaria lá novamente.
Tuve una experiencia absoluta de primera categoría en este Hampton Inn. Las suites de esquina son habitaciones fenomenales, especialmente las que dan al minigolf de al lado. Desde el personal hasta la limpieza, no podría recomendar este hotel más de lo que lo hago. Absolutamente me quedaría allí de nuevo.
Absolutely awful experience here. Improperly installed art on the wall, which my child messed with fell and hit him on the head. No concern from management or any staff about his well-being. Only a call to inform us of the charge to replace the frame that shattered all over our room. We were not moved rooms. We were then told there was no possible way a baby (our child is 18 months old) could have caused the frame to fall (by assistant manager), and given a long talk about how the room could now not be sold and how much of a loss it would be for the property. While a new property there is atrocious customer service. Called to obtain contact info for GM and was told “I don’t have it”. Left my email and no response three weeks later. Also emailed Hilton corporate and received no response. Sad to see what this brand has turned into.
I had an absolute top notch experience staying at this Hampton Inn. The corner suites are phenomenal rooms especially the ones overlooking the mini golf next door. From the staff to the cleanliness, I could not recommend this hotel any more than I do. Would absolutely stay there again.
Very new hotel, rooms were pretty clean , bathrooms were clean, good area. Parking included.Beds were comfy and clean. Id stay here again. Check in and checkout was easy.. breakfast was included. They had pretty decent stuff for free breakfast. Waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, oj appl juice , coffee and milk, cereal. Id recommend :) id stay here again next time im up in the area. We are from socal.
Ótimo serviço ao cliente e funcionários simpáticos. O café da manhã estava no ponto e com uma variedade de opções para qualquer idade e opções de alimentos (vegetariano, ceto, etc). Agradável estacionamento subterrâneo e cómodo que lhe permite privacidade e garante ter sempre um espaço. As comodidades eram limpas e a opção mais seca era ótima após passeios molhados na Grande América
We stayed at this hotel for 12 days in July 2022. We enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is clean, and the room is clean and the housekeeping service is excellent. Although the housekeeping is not in the daily basis, but I think cleaning the room every other day is quite enough. The breakfast is included in the room chargeand I enjoyed thebreakfast every morning. They offer toasts, waffles, bread, pies, juice, oatmeal, sausages, hams, and eggs, and coffee. I felt that the hotel is very generous to the guests. You can always have free coffee from early morning to midnight. The parking is free and easy to access and just a few steps from the main door of the hotel. The hotel offers self laundry and that is one of the reasons that I chose Hampton inn to stay. The staff is friendly. Especially Robert, Rose helped us a lot. I will remember your kindness. The hotel is newly built. So every facility is clean and almost new during our stay. If you are looking for a hotel with breakfast included, free parking, self laundry, friendly staff, and good housekeeping, the Hampton Inn Sunnyvale is definitely a good choice!

Excelente servicio al cliente y personal amable. El desayuno estuvo a punto y con una variedad de opciones para cualquier edad y opciones de comida (vegetariano, ceto, etc.). Agradable estacionamiento subterráneo y conveniente que le permite privacidad y asegura tener siempre un espacio. Great customer service and friendly staff. Breakfast was on point and with a variety of options for any age and food options (vegetarian, keto, etc). Nice underground and convenient parking that allows you privacy and ensure to always have a space. Amenities were clean and the drier option was great after wet rides in Great America

Excelente hotel e equipe! Este hotel tem apenas três meses, mas a gerência e a equipe são excelentes, o hotel é fresco, limpo e novo e o anfitrião do café da manhã foi incrível. Nós definitivamente voltaremos!

Excellent hotel and staff! This hotel is only three months old, but the management and staff are excellent, the hotel is fresh, clean and new and the breakfast host was awesome. We will definitely return!
5 estrelas para este hotel! As salas estão muito limpas. Eu me senti muito seguro. Há também estacionamento gratuito na garagem subterrânea. A garagem fecha à noite e você pode acessá-la com a chave do seu quarto. Os banheiros são bem espaçosos. Eu gostaria que eles tivessem um ventilador/ventilador no banheiro. Novo, limpo e bem localizado. A academia deles é fabulosa, a cama é confortável e o café da manhã é útil para quem precisa sair mais cedo por causa de uma reunião.
Eles usam dispositivos de interferência de dados celulares para forçá-lo a usar o wifi deles. Uma mulher estava no corredor em uma grande janela, tentando obter um sinal, então não éramos apenas nós. Ao sairmos do hotel, no estacionamento, nosso serviço de celular voltou. Tente você mesmo. Entre no saguão, desligue o wifi e verifique... nenhum serviço de dados de celular. Tais dispositivos são ilegais. Abri uma reclamação na FCC. Este novo hotel foi ok, funcionários simpáticos. O banheiro não tinha ventilador/ventilador no teto. Uma das tomadas de cabeceira não tinha energia, provavelmente ignorada pelo eletricista para cumprir um prazo. Ah - e as cortinas pesadas não fecham! Não há material suficiente para tentar fechá-los completamente (abertura de 6 pés). Apenas as cortinas finas o fazem. Por sorte estávamos no 3º andar. Mas esqueça dormir .. você recebe o tratamento completo de despertar à luz do dia. Eles não nos cobraram pelo estacionamento, mas disseram que o farão no futuro. Evitará hotéis Hilton a partir de agora.
Nuevo, limpio y bien ubicado. Su GIMNASIO es fabuloso, la cama se puede combinar y el desayuno es útil para aquellos que tienen que irse temprano debido a una reunión.
Usan dispositivos de bloqueo de datos móviles para obligarte a usar su wifi. Una mujer estaba en el pasillo junto a una ventana grande, tratando de obtener una señal, así que no éramos solo nosotros. Cuando salíamos del hotel, en el estacionamiento, nuestro servicio celular volvió. Inténtalo tú mismo. Entra en el vestíbulo, apaga el wifi y comprueba... que no hay servicio de datos móviles. Tales dispositivos son ilegales. He presentado una queja ante la FCC. Este nuevo hotel estaba por lo demás bien, con un personal amable. El baño no tenía ventilador/ventilador en el techo. Uno de los tomacorrientes junto a la cama no tenía energía, probablemente el contratista eléctrico se lo saltó para cumplir con una fecha límite. ¡Ah, y las pesadas cortinas no se cierran! Ni siquiera hay suficiente material para tratar de cerrarlos por completo (apertura de 6 pies). Solo las delgadas cortinas transparentes lo hacen. Por suerte estábamos en el 3er piso. New, clean and well located. Their GYM is fabulous, bed conftable and breakfast comes in handy for those who have to leave early because of a meeting.
They use cellular data jamming devices to force you to use their wifi. A woman was in the hallway at a large window, trying to get a signal, so it wasn't just us. As we were leaving the hotel, in the parking lot, our cellular service returned. Try it yourself. Walk into the lobby, wifi off, and check... no cellular data service. Such devices are illegal.I've filed a complaint with the FCC. This brand new hotel was otherwise okay, friendly staff. Bathroom didn't have a fan/vent in the ceiling. One of the bedside power outlets had no power, probably skipped by the electrical contractor to make a deadline. Oh - and the heavy curtains do not close! There isn't even material enough to try to close them completely (6 foot opening).Only the thin see through curtains do. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor. But forget sleeping in.. you get the full daylight wakeup treatment. They didn't charge us for parking but said they will in the future. Will avoid Hilton hotels from now on.
