the location was close to where our wedding was being held, and where our reception was being held. Too bad no body cared how dirty and the level of disrepair the hotel was in. The breakfast was inedible for my diabetic fiance (now husband). The floors were all dirty. It appeared that only the lobby floors were cleaned regularly. There was candy, makeup, and a q tip on the floor in the rooms when we got there and two days later when we left. It was gross. We would have left if we had a choice

This hotel has great potential. You can see it was renovated within a few years, but the renovations were done very cheaply and it shows. The space in the rooms was good. They were very big. This hotel was filthy. The hallway outside our room had candy on the floor when we checked in and two days later when we checked out. Dirty q-tip on the bedroom floor was there the whole time too. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not clean at all.

Air conditioning. Litter dirt people on drugs yelling at all hours dead cockroaches under all the furniture in the room and live ones roaming the hallway. No housekeeping you have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper etc.

Nothing! Front desk people were rude. Didn't seem to care. The hotel grounds are filthy. Trash everywhere, broken and boarded up windows. Not secure. TV didn't work. Urine smell in room And filthy carpet .

None. Horrible experience. As soon as I entered my room, no bath towels,no soap, no shampoo, and the light in the bathroom was blinking. The room was creepy. I was sleeping and every time I turned to my right right, there's something a weird sound underneath my bed.

ZERO out of 10. I had to leave. It looked nothing like the photos. On top of the uncleanliness, there were unlocked gates and people doing drugs right outside my room. I walk up to my room to someone in experience domestic abuse. employees did not care. I got into my room and the LOCK DIDN'T WORK. I ran out and to the front desk asking for them to check on the people. Asked for a refund. They not only charged me for the unclean room, but $100 on top. Rude & unprofessional about situation & refund.

Rooms were nice, security and beds. Only thing I did not like was there office staff for lying. You don't get your room deposit when you check out it takes 3-7 business days!! The front office upon arrival had said I would receive my deposit back as soon as check out which was not true.

Room size and layout was nice. Cigarette smoke everywhere! At check-in I had to initial a box stating that I would not smoke in the room (I am a non-smoker), but my room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. I was moved to a less smelly room. Noisy guests kept me awake all night.

The hotel was not clean. The staff was not friendly & seemed like they were there only to collect a paycheck. After I departed a separate charge of $100 was charged to my credit card. I called the billing dept twice and no phone call back. Exterior & interior was not clean. Poorly trained staff. A LOT of homeless people were hanging out around the hotel. While entering and departing the premises smelled like marijuana.
