Os jardineiros chegaram às 7 da manhã e começaram a aparar arbustos e usar seus sopradores do lado de fora das janelas do nosso quarto e estávamos no terceiro andar! Quando reclamei na recepção, eles foram apáticos. Muito barulho da rua. Não é um hotel muito tranquilo a qualquer hora. Também não há serviços no hotel.
Gardeners came at 7am and began trimming bushes and using their blowers right outside our room windows and we were on the third floor! When I complained to the front desk they were apathetic . Lots of street noise. Not a very quiet hotel at all at any hour. No services at the hotel either.
Este é o hotel para ficar se você estiver em Elk Grove. Do estacionamento para os quartos, me senti bem sobre este lugar. Muito limpo e arrumado e atual. Os quartos eram fantásticos com TVs novas, cadeiras limpas e o banheiro estava totalmente abastecido com tantas toalhas e produtos Nutragena que você não conseguiria se mimar um pouco quando estiver aqui. O check-in e check-out são feitos em um aplicativo e seu iPhone é a chave do quarto (ou você pode obter um cartão magnético tradicional, se desejar)Eu já fiquei em quase todos os hotéis por aqui. O Hilton Garden Inn é meu favorito com certeza. Passei uma semana miserável no Extended Stay America aqui e a equipe era péssima e os quartos eram imundos, então acabei saindo de lá e experimentando este Hilton ... Fico feliz por ter feito isso. Fato Hilton divertido: cada andar tem uma ou duas suítes “escondidas” que são enormes. Acho que isso foi feito para que os proprietários e a administração sempre tivessem uma cobertura em qualquer Hilton em que estivessem, independentemente da cidade.De qualquer forma, sem dúvida, o hotel em que vou ficar se ainda precisar de um lugar. Eu apenas relaxei, comecei a ler e estava jogando no meu computador a maior parte do tempo. Além disso, o Wi-Fi gratuito deles era mais rápido do que a minha Internet doméstica, o que é raro hoje em dia.Se você quer luxo a um preço muito justo, não acho que você está batendo o Hilton Garden Inn se estiver em Elk Grove. É facilmente o melhor hotel aqui.
Este hotel é um ótimo lugar para uma estadia curta. O quarto era confortável, o aparelho de ar condicionado não era terrivelmente barulhento. Tivemos um quarto standard que veio com uma poltrona confortável. O quarto tinha um mini-frigorífico, micro-ondas e sistema Keurig de chávena individual. A equipe forneceu K-Cups extras mediante solicitação. O café da manhã fornecido foi o melhor que eles podiam fazer nas circunstâncias.O pessoal é que fez a diferença. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática, acomodou todos os pedidos e sempre agradecia os indivíduos no saguão com uma palavra ou saudação amigável.
Os quartos têm muito serviço amigável. Um pouco decepcionado com a caixa de café da manhã, mas no geral se divertiram com o preço

Este hotel es un gran lugar para una estancia corta. La habitación era cómoda, la unidad de aire acondicionado no era terriblemente ruidosa. Teníamos una habitación estándar que venía con un cómodo sillón. La habitación tenía una mini-nevera, microondas y sistema Keurig de taza individual. This hotel is a great place for a short term stay. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning unit was not terribly noisy. We had a standard room that came with a comfy armchair. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave and single cup Keurig system. The staff provided extra K-Cups on request. The breakfast provided was the best they could do under the circumstances. The staff is what made the difference. The front desk staff was very friendly, accommodated all requests, and always acknowledged individuals in the lobby with a friendly word or greeting.
This is the Hotel to stay at if you’re in Elk Grove. From the Parking lot to the rooms I felt good about this place. Very clean and tidy and current. Rooms were awesome with brand new TVs, nice clean chairs and the bathroom was fully stocked with so many towels and Nutragena products you’d be hard pressed to not pamper yourself a bit when you’re here. Checking in and out all done over an app and your iPhone is your room key (or you can get a traditional magnetic card if you want) I’ve stayed at most all of the hotels around here. The Hilton Garden Inn Is my favorite for sure though. I spent a miserable week at the Extended Stay America here and the staff was awful and the rooms were filthy so I ended up leaving there and trying this Hilton out… I’m glad I did. Fun Hilton fact: each floor has one or two “hidden” suites that are massive. I think this was done so the owners and board always had a penthouse at any Hilton they were at regardless of city. Anyways, hands down the hotel I’ll be staying at if I still need a spot. I just relaxed and caught up on some reading and was playing on my computer most of the time. Also their free WiFi was faster then my home internet which is rare these days. If you want luxury at a very fair price I don’t think you’re beating the Hilton Garden Inn if you’re in Elk Grove. It’s pretty easily the nicest hotel here.
Achado fantástico durante uma longa viagem, após 12 horas de condução. Patrick na recepção foi uma ESTRELA - acolhedor, eficiente e útil. Área de entrada aberta bem decorada. Nosso quarto (# 431) era silencioso, de bom tamanho, com camas MUITO confortáveis. Fácil acesso à Rte 99. Infelizmente, embora houvesse uma máquina de café Keurig nos quartos, as cápsulas de café só tinham café ligeiramente torrado ou descafeinado ... precisamos de mais cafeína pela manhã ... Melhor se tivessem uma torrefação média ou forte incluída. Outra razão que eu não dei 5 estrelas é o seu café da manhã ToGo foi DISMAL - bagel duro frio, muffins e sem frutas frescas. Isso poderia ser melhorado. Talvez um sanduíche de ovo tipo Mcmuffin que pode ser aquecido no microondas com frutas frescas como banana ou laranja (?)
A localização era boa. Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos. $ 300 + por um quarto e sem café da manhã? Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.
Fantastic find during a long road trip after 12-hrs of driving. Patrick at the front desk was a STAR - welcoming, efficient, helpful. Nicely furnished open entrance area. Our room (#431) was quiet, good size with VERY comfortable beds. Easy access to Rte 99. Unfortunately, even though there was a Keurig coffee machine in the rooms, coffee pods only had lightly roasted or decaffeinated coffee...we need more caffeine in the morning...Better if they had a medium or strong roast included. Other reason I didn't give 5 stars is their ToGo breakfast was DISMAL - cold hard bagel, muffins and no fresh fruit. This could be improved on. Maybe an egg Mcmuffin type sandwich that can be heated in the microwave with fresh fruit like banana or orange (?)
Location was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. $300+ for a room and no breakfast? I won't be staying here again.
Minha esposa e eu somos de fora do estado e ela é deficiente (em uma cadeira de rodas, não pode andar e é 90 por cento cega). Portanto, nossas necessidades são especiais. O hotel se hospedar no Hampton Inn por 3 dias e got tão serviço. Foi-nos prometido uma extensão de dois dias para 5 dias e, mais tarde naquele dia, fomos informados que tínhamos apenas um dia. Então entramos pela entrada principal, minha esposa ficou chateada e disse para a balconista que não tinha acesso logo ao lado do nosso quarto, a balconista disse que não sabia disso. Eles começaram a discutir e o funcionário foi muito rude gritando com minha esposa e disse que você pode ir embora e estou cancelando sua reserva agora em vez de ser educado. O funcionário se recusou a pedir desculpas. Este foi o único quarto que eu encontrei em 6 horas de busca em um raio de 60 milhas. Então eu disse a eles que ficassem quietos, nós ficaríamos com o quarto.No dia seguinte, procuramos o dia todo ligando e não encontramos nada. Voltamos para Elk Grove para tentar encontrar um hotel perto de Laguna e da rodovia 99. Ele disse que não era para fazer isso, mas poderia nos dar um quarto por uma noite e era um quarto para deficientes físicos! Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia e descansamos um pouco. Obrigado Patrick!
My wife and I are from out of state and she is handicapped (in a wheel chair, cant' walk and is 90 percent blind).So our needs are special.We had been staying at the Hampton Inn for a 3 days and got so so service. We were promised a two day extension to 5 days and then later that day were told we only had one day.It was hours of trying to find another hotel.So we left and found a Hilton in Roseville that had one night we could stay.At this hotel we were told we had a handicap room at the end of the hall and could enter the door right next to the room.I drive around an park and there is a 14 inch curb to the side walk with NO HANDICAP ACCESS unless we take the wheel chair back to the main entrance and enter the building or take the side walk from there.So we entered the main entrance, my wife was upset and told the clerk that there was no access right next to our room, the clerk said she didn't know that.They started to argue and the clerk was very rude yelling at my wife and said you can leave and I'm cancelling your reservation right now instead of being polite.The clerk refused to give an apology.This was the only room I had found in 6 hours of searching with in a 60 mile radius.So I told them both to be quiet we would keep the room.The next day we searched all day calling around and could find nothing.We drove back to Elk Grove to try and find a hotel near Laguna and highway 99.The second hotel was the Hilton Garden Inn, I went inside and the gentlemen at the desk whose name was Patrick said all the rooms were booked for the weekend, this is what we had run into at all the other hotels.Patrick suggested we try in Lodi, I laughed and told Patrick we had been trying all day in a 60 mile radius and had found nothing.I thanked him and as I was walking away he said wait and minute and let me see what I can do.He must have seen my frustration.He did a some checking and said he had a room that is kept as a spare incase a guest in the hotel had a problem with there room.He said he wasn't supposed to do this but could give us a room for one night and it was a handicap room!We had a great stay and got some rest.Thank You Patrick!
O serviço foi ótimo. O quarto estava limpo. Não era chique, mas moderno e tinha o essencial. O preço era razoável. Ainda bem que o hotel exigiu máscaras durante esta pandemia de COVID-19. Eu pretendo ficar lá novamente.
Service was great. Room was clean. It wasn't fancy, but modern and had the essentials. Price was reasonable. Glad the hotel required masks during this COVID-19 pandemic. I plan to stay there again.
