It was a last minute booking it was at a very discounted price although it was free parking I did feel a bit uneasy just didn't realize the area I was staying in was or could have been a bad neighborhood. Although as a tourist I was not really at the hotel much I will say it is not a 4.5 star hotel it is more of a 2.5 I will not be staying here again as staff is unfriendly have no personality and when checking out I simply couldn't find anyone they had a drop off box for check out. Case and point dont think I would recomend this hotel unless its all you can afford

Overall the stay was good. The carpet inside our room was definitely needing to be cleaned... or even replaced. It has massive stains. Also house keeping does NOT come unless you request service. This was not explained to me at check-in so yeah make sure you call everyday to request service. Free parking is nice. But the entire garage is littered with trash and the smell of weed. Pretty gross.

O quarto estava imaculado, o pessoal estava atento às minhas necessidades tanto quanto eu precisava trabalhar. Não havia café da manhã por razões óbvias, mas Holiday Inn Express é meu novo padrão para visitar LA.

Loved It! The room was immaculate, the staff was attentive to my needs as far as me needing to work. There was no breakfast for obvious reasons but Holiday Inn Express is my new normal for visiting LA.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs an update and the walls were very thin allowing lots of noise disturbance.

Um ônibus privativo está disponível no Aeroporto LAX. Quando você ligar para o hotel, o local de embarque será especificado e o tempo aproximado será especificado. O hotel em si é antigo, mas é um local conveniente para ficar em trânsito porque fica próximo ao aeroporto. Existem restaurantes e um supermercado ao redor do hotel, o que é conveniente!
