Nice hotel by Fisherman’s Wharf It was an excellent stay at this hotel. Location is unbeatable, close to many bus and cable car stops. Clean hotel with super comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Having a purified water dispenser for guests is a PLUS. Decor and vibe is cool!
Tivemos um grande momento aqui. A uma curta distância do warf. E nós gostamos muito do lobby, estava cheio de famílias e tinha jogos para jogar. E o bar também foi um bônus adicional. O quarto era grande, limpo e tinha uma excelente vista. Apreciei também o dispensador de água doce e garrafas fofas fornecidas pelo hotel. Voltaremos com certeza.

We had a great time here. Walking distance to the warf. And we really enjoyed the lobby, it was full of families and had games to play. And the bar was also an added bonus. The room was big, clean and had a great view. I also appreciated the fresh water dispenser and cute bottles supplied by the hotel. We'll be back for sure.
Meu marido e eu estávamos visitando para o nosso aniversário, então perguntamos se havia um quarto com vista, pegamos um quarto no final do corredor em um canto com vista para a cidade ... (isso estava perfeitamente bem conosco) ... até que tentou dormir…você pode ouvir cada conversa nas ruas, o limpador de rua no meio da noite foi um abridor de olho lol…nada disto é culpa do hotel mas só queria mencionar que talvez não tenha uma vista da cidade. O hotel de outra forma foi uma localização perfeita. Tudo está a uma curta distância. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Definitivamente recomendamos && ficar aqui na próxima vez que visitar.
Localização incrível, quartos limpos e confortáveis, e serviço genuinamente excelente. Eu fiquei aqui com minha esposa e dois filhos pequenos, e realmente não poderia ter sido mais feliz. O Hotel Caza tem uma excelente atmosfera familiar e foi a base perfeita para explorarmos SF. Caminhada fácil até o cais, Praça Ghirardelli, restaurantes e muito mais. Encontrei este lugar para ser um valor excelente, bem em comparação com outros hotéis que frequentei na cidade.
My husband & I were visiting for our anniversary so we asked if there was a room with a view, we got a room at the end of the hall in a corner with a city view…(this was perfectly fine with us)…until we tried to sleep…you can hear every conversation in the streets, the street cleaner in the middle of the night was an eye opener lol…none of this is the hotels fault but just wanted to mention maybe don’t get a city view. The hotel otherwise was a perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We would definitely recommend && stay here next time we visit.
Awesome location, clean and comfortable rooms, and genuinely great service. I stayed here with my wife and two young kids, and really couldn't have been happier. Hotel Caza has a great family-friendly atmosphere, and was the perfect home base for us to explore SF. Easy walking to the wharf, Ghirardelli Square, restaurants, and more. I found this place to be a superb value as well compared to other hotels I've frequented in the city.
Minha estadia no Hotel Caza foi incrível! Assim que você entra, você pode ver muitas famílias saindo no salão. As noites que passei aqui foram relativamente tranquilas, então tudo isso não me incomodou muito. A equipe também foi amigável e experiente. Claro, nada supera a localização! Recomendo especialmente para viagens individuais e famílias
My stay at Hotel Caza was amazing! As soon as you walk in, you can see a lot of families hanging out in the lounge. I checked in during the milk and cookies hour so I was happy to see everyone having a good time. Hotel Caza is all about fun so they really try to make your stay memorable. My stay was short so I couldn’t make the best of everything they have to offer but they’ve a pool, bar (and happy hour), gym and discounts for local food spots at Pier 39. I chose the Partial Bay View room mostly because I had seen the reviews about the noise outside being troublesome so I wanted to avoid that by getting a room on the top floor(s) of the building. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The heater does make a good amount of noise and you can hear everything from outside your window so if you’re a light sleeper just be mindful of that. The nights I spent here were relatively quiet so all that didn’t bother me too much. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. Of course, nothing beats the location! Highly recommend especially for solo travel and families
A experiência geral do hotel foi ótima. Os quartos eram grandes e limpos. A equipe foi muito agradável e útil. A distância a pé era muito perto dos pontos turísticos e dos teleféricos para levá-lo aos pontos mais distantes. Muitas famílias tinham filhos e parecia ter entretenimento para eles nos lobbies, o que foi legal. Não ouvi muito barulho do corredor ao dormir, o que foi surpreendentemente feliz com quantas crianças vimos. Nós não recebemos qualquer comida do hotel, então não sabemos como foi, mas o barman foi bom.
Ótima experiência.. A localização é boa, com muitos restaurantes, cafés e bares ao redor. Mantimentos convenientes. O lobby do hotel é animado para animais de estimação e vibrante. Os quartos são de bom tamanho espaçosos. Limpo e higiênico Bons serviços de arrumação e relações com os hóspedes.

Great experience.. Location is good with loads of eateries cafes n bars around.Groceries convenient. Hotel lobby is lively pet friendly and vibrant. Rooms are good sized spacious. Clean n hygienic Good housekeeping and guest relations services.
Overall hotel experience was great. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Walking distance was really close to the tourist spots and cable cars to get you to the further away points. Lots of families had kids and it seemed to have entertainment for them in the lobbies so that was cool. Didn't hear a lot of noise from the hallway when sleeping so that was happily surprising with how many kids we saw. We didn't get any food from the hotel so we don't know how that was but the bartender was nice.
Quarto era limpo, moderno, silencioso e confortável. Chuveiro tinha ótima pressão da água. A arrumação estava no topo de seu jogo. Café de cortesia na área do bar todas as manhãs das 7h às 10h. Ótimos bolos por US$ 4. Estacionamento sob o hotel com acesso aos andares do hotel, o que foi uma vantagem. 8min a pé do Pier 39. Tudo é acessível a pé. O restaurante das 8h do outro lado da rua tem a melhor torrada francesa! Recomendaria 100%
1. Ms. Myra, Vanessa e Maggie foram muito educados, profissionais e prestativos com todos os pedidos feitos pelo meu amigo e eu durante a nossa estadia. Mas a condição da sala precisa ser melhorada imensamente, daí o meu nível de classificações. No entanto, sendo informado de que um depósito de US $ 500,00 estava sendo realizado no meu cartão no caso de eu comprar qualquer item e não ter escolha a não ser enviá-lo, não me agradou, fiquei muito, muito irritado, pois isso não foi declarado em qualquer uma das informações que recebi. Não havia nada ali que valesse a pena comprar, era mais caro do que ir ao Supermercado. 2. Havia sujeira ao redor das janelas, nos cantos das paredes e na cabeceira da cama. Eu não deveria ter que apontar isso. Os quartos precisam ser limpos melhor com atenção para as áreas que a arrumadeira pode "acreditar" que os hóspedes não estão prestando atenção. Infelizmente, eu era um Inspetor de Controle de Infecções e examino uma sala quando a ocupo. 3. As paredes inferiores do meu banheiro que são cimentadas ficaram pretas, é nojento e nenhum hóspede deveria ter que tomar banho nele nessa condição. O termostato precisa ser trocado, nem todo mundo está tendo ondas de calor, eu tenho que estar em uma sala quente muito cautelosa devido a doenças, não poder ajustar o termostato ao meu nível de conforto foi decepcionante. Recomendo o Sr. Blair (engenheiro) por sua ajuda na tentativa de ajustá-lo para meu conforto, 4. Deve haver barras de toalha para pendurar a toalha após o banho, incluindo o tapete de banho e a toalha de rosto. 5. Este é o primeiro (1º) hotel que visitei que não tinha café da manhã de cortesia para os hóspedes, apenas uma xícara de café e nenhum chá. Nem todo mundo é um bebedor de café. Isso é muito triste. 6. Infelizmente, eu não voltaria ao Hotel Caza, a menos que sejam feitas melhorias, pois tenho certeza de que muitos hóspedes têm as mesmas reclamações.

1. Ms. Myra, Vanessa and Maggie were very polite, professional and helpful with all requests made by my friend and I during our stay. But the condition of the room need to be improved immensely, hence my level of ratings. However, being informed that a $500.00 deposit was being held on my card in the event that I bought any item and I had no choice but to submit it, did not sit well with me, I was very, very annoyed as this was not stated on any of the information that I received. There was nothing there that was worth buying, it was more expensive than going to the Supermarket. 2. There was dirt around the windows, the corners of the walls and bed head. I should not have to point that out. Rooms need to be cleaned better with attention to the areas that the housekeeping may "believe" that guests are not paying attention to. Unfortunately, I was a infection Control Inspector and I scrutinize a room when I occupy it. 3. My bathroom lower walls that is cemented has turned black, it is disgusting and no guest should have to bathe in it in that condition. The thermostat need to be changed, not everyone is having hot flashes, I have to be in a very wary warm room due to ailments, not being able to adjust the thermostat to my level of comfort was disappointing. I commend Mr. Blair (engineer) for his assistance in trying to adjust it for my comfort, 4. There should be towel bars to HANG the towel after bathing, to include the bath mat and face towel. 5. This is the first (1st) hotel I have visited that did not have a complimentary breakfast for guests, only a cup of coffee, and no tea. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. It is very sad. 6. I would not be returning unfortunately to Hotel Caza, unless improvements are made, as I am sure many guests have the same complaints.
Room was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Housekeeping was on top of their game. Complimentary coffee at the Bar area every morning form 7am-10am. Great pastries for $4. Parking lot under hotel with access to hotel floors, which was a plus. 8min walk to Pier 39. Everything is accessible by walking. 8am restaurant across the street has the best French toast! Would 100% recommend
Check in/out was fast and easy. Rooms were clean. House keeping was good. Location was great. We walked everywhere and it was a convenient spot. The view was not great. It was the back of some building.

Un lugar moderno y urbano.Sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien equipadas, apenas para viajes de negocios de jóvenes ejecutivos.Buen bar pero sin restaurante, pero con una tienda de conveniencia bien surtida. El servicio al cliente muy bueno y amable.La ubicación nones la más cerca de la cuidad pero si de lugares turísticos imperdibles, como el Golden Gate y Pier 39 entre otros.
El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta para caminar hacia las áreas más turísticas de San Francisco, 2 minutos de caminata para llegar al muelle 39. Tienen excelente servicio y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, si la habitación está muy lejos de los elevadores es un poco difícil llevar las maletas en la alfombra hay que hacer un poco de esfuerzo por el tipo de alfombra. Por ser de reciente apertura no contaban con restaurante aún pero hay opciones muy buenas cruzando la calle o a menos de dos minutos. Definitivamente volvería si visito San Francisco de nuevo.
Excellent stay, customer service and great in terms of location. Very safe, clean and well worth the cost. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Ray at the front desk. He made me feel so special for my birthday. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very very nice stay. Plus, they have free, filtered water for free!

Great hotel in the middle of Fisherman's Wharf. Recently remodeled property so everything is new and well decorated. The staff was very accommodating and always willing to help.
My husband and I enjoyed our week at Hotel Caza! Some parts of the lobby were still under construction but the hotel was nonetheless clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Top location. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. The small loggia in the room lets in a lot of natural light. It was ideal for our house plants that we had brought with us to SF (see photos)
We had fantastic service and a great stay! Once the remodel is done it is going to be even better. We had a great bay view.
