Nunca fui tão grato pelo atendimento ao cliente gentil e profissional! Eram 21h do dia 15 de setembro e eu estava voltando para casa depois de ser evacuado devido ao incêndio em Caldor. Com as HWY 88 e 50 ainda fechadas, procurei a booking.com para encontrar um lugar para dormir durante a noite. Tentei reservar no Best Western em Rancho Cordova e recebi um aviso dizendo que eu estava atrasado. Eu reservei no California In and suites novamente em Booking .com quando entrei no balcão de check-in estava atrás de um vidro à prova de bala (não um 3 estrelas como anunciado). Voltei para meu carro e fiz uma solicitação de cancelamento que foi concedida por o hotel. Depois de dirigir pela área, fiz uma reserva no Hyatt Place Sacramento / Rancho Cordova às 22h30, desejando nunca perder meu tempo com Booking.com Fui recebido por um jovem maravilhoso que foi mais do que útil! Eu gostaria de saber o nome dele! Fiquei chocado ao descobrir uma cobrança no meu cartão do Best Western! Entrei em contato com a propriedade e, enquanto procurava as informações do meu cartão, desliguei e tive que ligar de volta. Ligo para o número corporativo da Best Western e fui informado de que, como um e-mail foi enviado para mim, a propriedade tinha o direito de não emitir um reembolso. O Booking.com não vai ajudar, então vou pagar os 157 $ por um motel de segunda categoria em que nunca pisei. Para piorar, é o mesmo preço do Hyatt, que está MARCOS acima do motel Best Western de 2 estrelas.

I have never been mor thankful for kind and professional customer service!
It was 9 pm on Sept 15 and I was making my way home after being evacuated due to the Caldor fire.
With HWY 88 and 50 still closed I turned to booking.com to find a place sleep for the night. I tried to book at the Best Western in Rancho Cordova and received a pop up that said I was to late.
I booked at the California In and suites again on Booking .com when I walked in the check in desk was behind bullet proof glass (not a 3 star as advertised) I went back to my car and put in a cancellation request that was granted by the hotel.
After driving around the area I booked my self in to the Hyatt Place Sacramento/Rancho Cordova at 10:30 pm wishing I never waisted my time with Booking.com
I was greeted by a wonderful young man that was more than helpful! I wish I knew his name!
I was shocked to find a charge on my card from the Best Western! I contacted the property and while I was looking for my card information I was hung up on and had to call back. I call Best western corporate number and was told that because an email was sent to me the property had the right not to issue a refund.
Booking.com will not help so I get to pay the 157$ for a second-rate motel I never stepped foot in.
To make it worse it’s the same price as the Hyatt which is MARKS above the 2-star motel Best Western.

Nós hospedado aqui como uma família de 5 e o hotel Observava realmente nice fotos portanto, foram realmente animado. No entanto, fiquei desapontado porque não estava tão limpo como o esperado, a primeira coisa que fomos para o nosso quarto, pois o check-in foi muito rápido, então tudo correu bem! Fizemos o check-in tarde da noite e o quarto parecia espaçoso, mas quando fomos deitar os lençóis e fronhas tinham manchas. Eu não fiquei feliz com isso para um Hyatt. Virei tudo do avesso porque estava muito cansado. Minha filha dormia no sofá e isso era horrível, pois ele estava afundando e estava muito desgastado. Não tínhamos tomadas suficientes para conectar todos os nossos dispositivos, então era uma merda! Não havia micro-ondas na sala para aquecer a comida do meu filho. Na manhã seguinte, fui para o chuveiro e a banheira não estava drenando totalmente e a água estava voltando, outra experiência terrível. Descemos para o café da manhã e comemos waffles, também comiam frutas frescas, sucos, ovos cozidos, iogurte, Aveia, cereais e bagels, a parte horrível é que o bagel tinha mofo! Foi bagels de credores pré-embalados! Tão desagradável que perdi o apetite! Eu não recomendo este hotel porque eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente!

We stayed here as a family of 5 and the hotel looked really nice from pictures so we were really excited. However, I was disappointed as it wasn’t as clean as expected, first thing we went in our room as the checkin was pretty quick so all that went smooth! We checked in late in the evening and the room looked spacious but when we went to lie down the sheets and pillow covers had stains. I was not happy about that for a Hyatt. I flipped everything inside out as I was too tired. My daughter slept on the sofa and that was awful as it was sinking in and was really worn out. We didn’t have enough outlets to plug in all of our devices so that sucked! There was no microwave in the room to warm up food for my son.
Next morning, I went in the shower and the tub wasn’t fully draining and the water was backing up, another awful experience. We went downstairs for breakfast and had waffles, they also had fresh fruits, juice, boiled eggs, yogurt,
Oatmeal, cereals, and bagels, the awful part is that the bagel had mold on it! It was pre packed lenders bagels! So nasty that I lost my appetite! I don’t recommend this hotel as I will never stay here again!

Honestamente, estou extremamente desapontado e mal posso esperar para fazer o check-out pela manhã (enquanto escrevíamos isso, nós fizemos). Assim que colocamos as crianças e as bagagens no quarto, eu queria ver como a cama dobrável funcionava e ter certeza de que tínhamos os lençóis necessários para ela. Puxei a primeira almofada e vi vômito seco ... esqueça COVID - isso é além de nojento, mas com crianças que são muito jovens para vacinar, é nojento e assustador. Então, quando tentei baixar a roupa de cama, a sacola estava aberta e havia apenas um lençol (isso me diz que a limpeza nem verificou quando fez a manutenção do quarto). Então eu liguei e disseram que travesseiros podem ser “difíceis de conseguir” hoje à noite ... trouxemos 2 e precisávamos de lençóis para a cama embutida, mas isso era ridículo. E certifique-se de usar sapatos de banho ao entrar na sala. O chão está sujo e parece não ter sido limpo há algum tempo. Este hotel não está de acordo com os padrões do Hyatt.

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed and can hardly wait to check out in the morning (while writing this, we did). As soon as we got the kids and luggage into the room, I wanted to see how the pull out bed worked and make sure we had the needed linens for it. I pulled the first cushion up, and saw dried vomit… forget COVID-that’s just beyond disgusting, but with kids that are too young to vaccinate, it’s disgusting and scary. Then, when I tried to get linens down, the bag was open and there was only a sheet (that tells me housekeeping didn’t even check when they serviced the room). Then I called and was told pillows might be “hard to come by” tonight… we were brought 2 and needed linens for the pull out bed, but that was ridiculous. And make sure you wear shower shoes when walking in the room. The floor is filthy and appears to not have been cleaned for a while. This hotel is not to Hyatt standards at all.

Os gerentes e funcionários foram todos muito acolhedores, de Pam, Sandy, Dani e mais alguns que não consigo lembrar seus nomes. Mas obrigado a todos!Agora morando aqui a gente tem uma família que fica aqui e todos falam a mesma coisa! Eles amam isso! Os funcionários. Como o hotel é limpo. Uso da piscina e outras comodidades que eles oferecem.Recomende!

Before I moved to Sacramento/Rancho Cordova area The Hyatt Place was my second home. The managers and staff were all so welcoming, from Pam, Sandy, Dani and a few more I can’t remember their names. But thank you all!
Now living out here we have family that stays here and they all say the same thing! They love it! The staff. How clean the hotel is. Usage of the pool and the other amenities they offer.
