Clean and great location. Simon and Cesar on the front desk is super friendly and helpful.
Bedding and pillow were comfortable. Great for my business trip stay in the city.

Bom hotel. Teve problemas com a chave do quarto quatro vezes, a equipe atualizou meu quarto. O estacionamento é caro e fora do local. Os quartos são silenciosos, limpos, a cama é confortável. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Lindo hotel. Tuve problemas con la llave de la habitación cuatro veces, el personal mejoró mi habitación. El aparcamiento es caro y está fuera de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones son tranquilas, están limpias y la cama es cómoda. Me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

Nice hotel. Had issues with the room key four times, staff upgraded my room. Parking is expensive and off-site.Rooms are quiet, clean, bed is comfortable. Would stay here again.

Teve uma estadia maravilhosa no Hyatt Place. Quartos agradáveis camas limpas e confortáveis com televisão de ecrã grande e frigorífico no quarto. O serviço de recepção foi incrível foi acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia confortável e a pessoa da recepção Alicia, creio que o nome dela foi além de gentil e prestativo. Acima e além do atendimento ao cliente. Excelente localização conveniente para tudo na cidade.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el hotel Hyatt. Bonitas habitaciones limpias y cómodas camas con televisión de pantalla grande y nevera en la habitación. El servicio de recepción fue increíble hizo todo lo posible para hacer que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda y la persona de recepción, Alicia, creo que su nombre fue más que amable y servicial. Más allá del servicio al cliente. Excelente ubicación conveniente para todo en la ciudad.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt place. Nice rooms clean and comfy beds with big screen tv and fridge in room. The front desk service was awesome went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and the front desk person Alicia I believe her name is was beyond kind and helpful. Above and beyond customer service. Great convenient location to everything in the city .

Melhor experiência de hotel desde a pandemia. Alto padrão de limpeza, cama maravilhosa, serviço alegre e um preço razoável devido à localização fantástica. Muito silencioso, mesmo em um andar baixo, após um jogo do Giants. Sem frescuras; nenhum café da manhã além de um bom café, mas isso é compreensível. O telefone não funcionou, mas tudo o mais funcionou.

La mejor experiencia hotelera desde la pandemia. Alto nivel de limpieza, cama maravillosa, servicio alegre y un precio razonable dada la fantástica ubicación. Muy silencioso incluso en un piso bajo después de un juego de los Giants. Sin lujos; no hay desayuno más allá de un buen café, pero eso es comprensible. El teléfono no funcionaba, pero todo lo demás estaba a punto.

Best hotel experience since the pandemic. High standard of cleanliness, wonderful bed, cheerful service, and a reasonable price given the fantastic location. Very quiet even on a low floor after a Giants game. No frills; no breakfast beyond good coffee but that's understandable. Phone didn't work but everything else up to snuff.

O bar do andar térreo parecia agradável e pátio externo, eles estavam fechados para covid que é compreensível. Nós apreciamos San Francisco e o Hyatt.

I'll give 5 stars , it's a pandemic, our host/front desk "D" was very nice and professional. Maybe we can enjoy all the amenities on our next trip. The downstairs bar looked nice and outside patio , they were closed for covid which is understandable.We enjoyed San Francisco and the Hyatt.
