Ficamos neste hotel por duas noites no fim de semana passado e, assim que abrimos a porta, o piso do carpete estava molhado. Depois do jantar, voltamos para o quarto, meus filhos notaram os lençóis e ficaram preocupados com o fato de os lençóis estarem sujos. eu escovei e embora provavelmente apenas fiapos. Então minha esposa notou areia na banheira. Ela ligou para a limpeza e eles tentaram limpá-lo, mas não conseguiram remover toda a areia. A pior parte daquela mesma noite minha filha encontrou uma agulha de semeadura no cobertor evitou por pouco um ferimento. Minha esposa reclamou com o atendimento ao cliente. Eles foram legais, pediram desculpas, descontaram algum dinheiro. minha esposa deu-lhes uma boa revisão porque eles agiram rápido. A razão pela qual estou enviando esta revisão é porque dois dias depois descobrimos que nossos filhos tinham piolhos. (Nossos filhos ainda estavam de férias sem contato com outras crianças) Achamos que era por causa da piscina por causa de todas as crianças, parecia perfeito para a transmissão de piolhos. Bem, eu pesquisei e a transmissão de piolhos não acontece em água clorada. O que me deixa a acreditar que o quarto estava mal limpo e os lençóis estavam infestados de piolhos. Basta dizer que nosso próximo retorno à bela San Diego nossa estadia não será neste hotel. O atendimento ao cliente fará sua parte para se desculpar e corrigir os problemas, mas não posso me livrar do fato de meus filhos voltarem com piolhos.
Este lugar foi um refúgio agradável para minha família e eu. Reservamos um quarto na torre que viu os fogos de artifício durante os fins de semana... Vale totalmente a pena o upgrade para nossos filhos apreciamos o show de fogos de artifício que o Sea World realiza. O quarto era um pouco limpo e levemente desatualizado em comparação com os estabelecimentos mais recentes. No geral, a cama e a suíte eram confortáveis e espaçosas. O atendimento foi impecável e pontual. Realmente apreciado todos os trabalhadores.

We had an amazing family trip. Our whole family loved the pool area and water slides. We honestly didn't have enough time to play at the hotel. The location is fantastic. Very close to SeaWorld and a variety of beaches.We did have an incident with laundry losing a beloved stuffed animal. It took over 5 days to get it resolved and found out he was mostly likely thrown away. Be careful what you send to laundry. Hopefully this experience has changed some processes or at least forced the previous processes to be enforced. Although the stuffed animal wasn't found, Assistant Director of Rooms Nancy went above and beyond listening to our experience and getting in contact with the unhelpful laundry company. She is even planning a special something for our son to help with the loss of his friend. Thank you Nancy!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights this past weekend and as soon as we opened the door the carpet floor was wet. After dinner we came back to the room, my kids notice the sheets and were concerned that the sheets were dirty. i brushed it off and though probably just lint. Then my wife notice sand in the bathtub. She called housekeeping and they tried to clean it but were unable to remove all the sand. The worst part of that same night my daughter found a sowing needle in the blanket narrowly avoided injury. My wife complained to customer service. They were nice, apologized, discounted some money. my wife gave them a good review because they acted quick. The reason I'm submitting this review is because two days later we discovered our kids had head lice. (Our kids were still in vacation with no contact with other kids) We figured it was because of the pool because of all the kids, it seemed perfect for lice transmission. Well i researched and lice transmission doesn't happen in chlorinated water. Which leaves me to believe the room was improperly cleaned and the sheets were infested with lice. Suffice it to say, our next return to beautiful San Diego our stay will not be at this hotel. Customer service will do their part to apologize and correct issues, but I can't shake off the fact my kids came back with lice.
This place was a nice getaway for my family and I. We reserved a room in the tower that viewed the fireworks during the weekends... Totally worth the upgrade for our kids enjoyed the fireworks show that Sea World conducts. The room was somewhat clean and mildly outdated compared to the newer establishments. Overall the bed and suite were comfortable and spacious. Service was impeccable and timely. Really appreciated all the workers.
Infelizmente esqueci de tirar fotos do quarto!! Mas ficou lindo! Tínhamos três janelas que davam para a baía, uma varanda (que é de onde a maioria das fotos veio), uma sala de relaxamento com um sofá completo e TV secundária e uma mesa de tamanho decente para desfrutar de refeições. A equipe do hotel foi amigável e sempre disposta a ajudar. A localização é bem cuidada e fica linda de um ângulo uniforme. A piscina é bem organizada com um pequeno restaurante agradável no interior. O mercado é um ótimo complemento para o seu café da manhã e lanches saudáveis diários. Geral 10/10.
Sadly I forgot to take photos of the room!! But it was beautiful! We had three windows that looked right out to the bay, a balcony (which is where most of the photos came from) a relaxation room with a full couch and secondary TV and a decent sized table to enjoy meals at. The hotel staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location is well taken care of and looks beautiful from even angle. The pool are is well organized with a nice little restaurant inside. The market is a great addition for your morning coffee and daily healthy snacks. Overall 10/10.
Primeira vez visitando San Diego e este hotel fez nossas férias! Excelente localização, alguns restaurantes por perto que realmente bom. Com uma localização central para muitas coisas, nada fica a mais de 10 minutos de carro. Surpreendeu a esposa com uma massagem no spa do hotel, e ela disse que foi a melhor que já teve! As piscinas onde incrível, toboáguas onde diversão. A única reclamação que tenho é que o toboágua está aberto das 11h às 17h. Deve estar aberto até pelo menos 20:00…Estamos planejando outra viagem neste verão. Obrigado Lauren na recepção por acomodar nosso check-in antecipado às 11h, ela foi incrível.
Room was decent enough but the meeting facilities were really bad. 1 tiny bathroom for 40 people. Kids running around everywhere. No privacy. Random people wandering around meeting area eating our food. I guess it's a good place for families who don't mind overpaying for close proximity to sea world. Had to get my room keys reprogrammed 5 times in 4 days. Not acceptable. Will not be back. Other hotels in San Diego are wayyyy better for the same price.
The rooms are nice & well kept.Not happy w there being no laundry facility. Having to haul our luggage over to the suites was very inconvenient.Balconies are very small.The cost of using a fire pit and cabana is ridiculous. The cost doesn't make sense for what they're offering. The poolside restaurant should open up earlier. Beautiful views, but overall, I would not recommend.
First time visiting San Diego and this hotel made our vacation! Great location, couple of restaurants near by that where really good. Centrally located to a lot of things, nothing is more than a 10 minute drive. Surprised the wife with a massage at the spa in the hotel, and she said it was the best she ever had! The pools where amazing, water slides where fun. The only complaint I have is the water slide are open from 11AM-5PM. Should be open till at least 8PM… We are planning another trip this summer. Thank you Lauren at the front desk for accommodating our early check in at 11AM, she was awesome.

Ficamos em um hotel no centro da cidade que era tão bom quanto o estacionamento custava apenas US $ 30 por noite, o que é muito mais "razoável".
Price is a little steep but we had a great time at this hotel! We had a 9th floor bay view which was lovely to wake up to in the morning.The grounds are well cared for and the pools are beautiful (and heated which were great for some of the colder days) and lots of fun if you have kids- the water slides are awesome! We loved the location right down the street from mission beach. The marketplace was an easy walk for coffee in the morning. We felt like we could get anywhere we needed to in 10 minutes or less- a perfect location for us. The main complaint would be $42 a night just to self park our vehicle/$15 a cocktail at the pool side bar and no microwaves in the room or to be found on the floors. Beds for the most part are comfortable. Maybe adjust the prices a little and it would be the perfect place! We stayed at a downtown hotel which was just as nice as the parking was only $30 a night which is way more ‘reasonable’.

Overall nice place. Not much nearby within walking distance, other than perhaps SeaWorld. Limited food options without a car. My room had a very nice view but no hot water.

This place is absolutely awesome and the staff here is absolutely awesome. They take care of you and every need you have. They have valet parking which is not only helpful the crew is the best! They have rooms in the tower with either the marina view or the ocean view, we got the ocean view. The view was awsome the rooms were clean and the food from the restaurant was good also. If you think about staying here you can't go wrong we will be coming back again.

O hotel dispõe de 3 piscinas, uma para bebés e crianças, outra para adultos e outra para crianças com um grande escorrega e jacuzzi. Há um bar onde você pode pedir bebidas e comidas à beira da piscina, é um pouco caro no bar para comidas e bebidas. O hotel tem uma localização conveniente porque fica a apenas 8 minutos das praias, incluindo as praias do Pacífico e Mission. A única coisa é que você tem que incluir o café da manhã no pacote do hotel, sem café da manhã para levar. Há uma mini loja nas instalações do hotel que vende café Starbucks e outros lanches. This was the best hotel I've stayed at by far in San Diego. The front desk attendant was so nice, he gave us an upgrade for our room. The hotel has 3 pools, one for babies and toddlers, another for adults, and one for kids with a big slide and a jacuzzi. There is a bar you can order drinks and food by the pool, it's a bit pricey at the bar for food and drinks. The hotel is in a convenient location because it's only 8 min from the beaches including Pacific and Mission beach. The only thing is you have to include breakfast with the hotel package, no grab and go breakfast. There is a mini store on the hotel premises that sells Starbucks coffee and other snacks. The parking lot was big, it was a beautiful hotel. Also, the hotel was surrounded by plants, the scenery was filled with plants, and flowers.
Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre Larissa, que reservou nosso quarto diretamente. Ela foi maravilhosa: muito gentil, deu todas as opções disponíveis que nos cabiam melhor (bebê de um ano a bordo), e reservou o quarto de forma rápida e fácil. Quando paramos para descarregar o caminhão, John saiu imediatamente para nos ajudar. Ele foi tão simpático e nos disse onde tudo estava localizado enquanto caminhava para o nosso quarto. Normalmente tenho experiências excelentes com o Hyatt e fico feliz em dizer que o mesmo aconteceu mais uma vez. This was the most disappointing stay ever at a resort! I am a retired hotel manager with over 13 years in the industry and by far this is the worst experience I have had and would not recommend this property! My daughter and I stayed six nights here to celebrate her birthday. We live in San Diego and after a long eight months of traveling to and forth to Miami because of her Aunt's illness and subsequent death, we wanted to stay local and support the recovering hotel industry.My daughter did her due diligence and researched the local resort hotels with a spa and pet policy because she wanted to bring along her dog.We arrived and was excited to relax at the spa. However the next morning when we got to the spa there was a sign on the door stating that the spa was closed until further notice because of Covid19. This was not stated on the website! That night we had to switch rooms because of an unpleasant odor and the noise coming from the ice machine outside our door. We missed breakfast that morning because we had to move rooms from 820 to 1620. My daughter was paying a rate which included breakfast.After 4 days relaxing by the pool with our dog we were told that only service dogs were allowed at the pool. This again was not stated on the website or mentioned to us when we checked in or did any of the pool or restaurant staff said anything to us previously. We asked to speak to the manager who apologized for the inconveniences and offered to comp the resort and parking fees and add a $100 credit to the account. This however did not address the fact that now we did not have a spa, we could not relax by the pool so we had to look outside the resort for amenities we were paying for at additional cost to us.That night we went off property for dinner and asked for the linen to be changed and dirty towels replaced in our room, We came back at around 11:30pm and could not find any parking. The parking manager allowed us to parkin one of the valet spots in front of the hotel. Unfortunately when we got to the room, there was no fresh linen and the dirty towels were still in the bathroom. We had to call down for fresh towels and placed the dirty ones outside.On our final night the property had a wedding with music so loud we could hardly hear the television in our room and we were kept up until 10:30pm when the music finally stopped. On checkout, my daughter was not asked how was her stay and the $100 credit was applied to the final 2 nights parking fee which should have been taken off the folio. The two stars given is for the bell staff who were very helpful in our arrival, move and departure, especially John who was the only one who asked how was our stay!For$455/night spa/resort hotel and a nearly $4000.00 bill, this was by far the worst experience we have had staying at hotels locally or internationally! Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa Mission Bay, you have a great deal of work to do to get back to the standards we expect of a Hyatt resort!
I can’t say enough about Larissa, who booked our room directly. She was wonderful: so kind, gave all available options that would best fit us (one year old baby on board), and booked the room so fast and easy. When we pulled up to unload the truck, John came out immediately to help us. He was so friendly and told us where everything was located while walking us to our room. I usually have excellent experiences with Hyatt and am happy to say the same has happened once again. The room is clean, perfectly spaced, and the staff has already made this ‘first chaotic trip with a baby’ worth it. Today’s service was so appreciated! Thank you so much!!
Ficamos 3 dias para um evento. O pessoal do hotel fez deste um 5 estrelas vs uma estadia típica. Em cada experiência, eles se esforçaram para nos deixar confortáveis e nos ajudar a navegar pela propriedade, bem como restaurantes locais e passeios de barco. Christian parou o que estava fazendo e tirou fotos e nos ajudou a encontrar nosso caminho. Ótima localização, a propriedade tem ótimas comodidades, bom preço e os quartos eram melhores do que eu esperava para a idade da propriedade.
Had a great stay during Labor day week-end! Love the view from our room. The room is clean and renovated. Staff are friendly. We enjoyed the pool early in the morning, the water slides are only open from 11am-6pm or when the lifeguard arrives. We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was nice walking in the marina.
We stayed for 3 days for an event. The hotel staff made this a 5 star vs a typical stay. In every experience they went out of their way to make us comfortable and help us navigate the property as well as local restaurants and boat trips. Christian stopped what he was doing and took pictures and helped us find our way. Great location, property has nice amenities, good price, and rooms were nicer then I expected for age of property.
Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it.Its a little tropical hideaway close to the beach and Sea World. There is a pool and jacuzzi and what makes it unique is that there are water slides!

Buen hotel, agradable, las habitaciones aunque no son nuevas, son espaciosas, limpias y muy cómodas. Las camas son muy cómodas. El lugar y la vista son muy bellas. El servicio de hotel es bueno y el personal muy agradable. Nos gustaría viajar en temporada de calor, ya que la piscina y el área de la misma es grande, agradable. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar en este horel.
Lugar excelente para relajarte sin temor de que los niños de 5 años en adelante se ahoguen, puedes leer y broncearte, el menú te lo llevan a tu catastro así como botanas y bebidas, que por cierto no es muy amplio. Yo les recomendaría que vigilarán la limpieza de las albercas ya que a veces no es tan limpia. El hidromasaje es un descanso para los papás que buscan que sus hijos se diviertan mientras ellos descansan.
Excelente ubicación en una zona muy linda y tranquila, lindo hotel, cuartos un poco pequeños pero limpios, las camas un tanto viejas. El trato del personal muy bueno. El gym pequeño pero completo. El desayuno, excelente. Vale la pena.
