Horrendous lack of customer service, well let’s just say they didn’t care that the majority of their rooms had faulty air conditioning, crawling bugs, closed amenities like their restaurant still advertised as open but is closed due to the pandemic. The swimming pool is supposed to be closed but hordes of unsupervised children were enjoying pizza poolside when we were there. Parking is charged at 10 bucks a day in a garage where teenagers party in all hours of the night and hotel management claims to not have any control over that and will not contact law enforcement. My daughter felt unsafe going to her car. Rooms are nice and modern except our phone didn’t work and since they only staff one front desk clerk at peak times don’t think you’ll be able to call even on your cell phone as they sometimes answer only to place you on hold for a lengthy period. All in all I do NOT recommend this hotel which is a shame as this is not a good example of the brand. Hyatt would do better without this location in my opinion.

Great central location, near everything including the only few things open late.
Parking is simple, but drop luggage at check-in to save yourself some time, the parking structure is across the way, with another bank of elevators.
Note, only the terrace rooms actually have any sort of space outside and may be shared space - those rooms face the pool, where it may be noisy, the quieter perimeter rooms appear that they have balconies, but just glass sliders that will open about 2 inches for air, but no step out balconies to my knowledge, I was in a very spacious and well appointed corner suite with loads of light and everything you’d come to expect at a Regency - except a club, as seems to be the case with many anymore.

Outstanding Hotel, Huge parking, Welcoming staff and clean big rooms. The wifi is amazing fast, loved the pool and dining area outdoor, towels available and nice garden around the pool specially at night.

Going through a divorce is very difficult. The Hyatt has gone above and beyond to grant me privacy , peace , great customer service and most important they care about your time. Being an executive in the auto industry that’s just the one precious entity you can never get back. These folks do it right. Strongly recommend if your in the area or a far. Thank you Anthony, won’t ever forget my stay last 16 days. Thank you to your staff. You guys rock!

I must say that this Hotel is great. The staff is vary friendly and will actually go out of there way to help you. Like off the clock help. My truck was being tampered with and there are no camera in parking garage when dude the employees got off work and walked out to his truck and saw mine being messed with he came back into the Hyatt and call my room to let me know , well first he asked me if that was truck and it was a d he let me know what was going on and he even wrote a report to the rest of the employees about my truck being messed with. So I thought that was really righteous of that guy that was cool
