Muy bonito hotel pero te cobra el valet parking 60 y tantos dólares por día en tu estancia, mucho ojo! Para contemplar ese gasto si es que van en coche 🚗
Amazing location, staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The pool and rooftop seating are both easy to access and were available for use. There is a fireplace that the staff turned on for us which made it possible for us to enjoy a nice rooftop meal.We had a nice view of downtown LA from our room. The beds were comfy and the staff were prompt in fulfilling our service requests. Would highly recommend this hotel. Me encanto el Hotel Indigo Los Angeles! fuimos con mi pareja y lo recomiendo totalmente. La decoración es excelente, super moderna. La habitación que nos toco tenia vistas a toda la ciudad, incluso en el baño… ventanales enormes, de noche era un sueño. La habitación era amplia, todo super limpio, los muebles modernos, una los mejores hoteles donde estuve… Hay una pileta enorme en el último piso, gimnasio y restaurantes. Está ubicado en el downtown de la ciudad, en auto podes llegar a casi todas las atracciones bastante rápido. Volvería sin dudarlo!
Super recomiendo este hotel. Me aloje junto a mi pareja en una habitación, que estaba en el piso 17 y tenia ventanas enormes, incluso en el baño. Las vistas a la ciudad, increíbles, sobre todo a la noche… La habitación super amplia, con muebles divinos y modernos. Reponian las capsulas de café todos los días. Habia heladera. Todo super limpio. La pileta del hotel esta en el piso mas alto, y tiene un montón de espacio para relajarse. Hay gimnasio, restaurantes, valet parking. Me encanto este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.

I had an Awesome time at this Hotel. The vibe is great, the hotel is very nice and I love the interior design and style.The rooms are big and clean with great views of the city.. The pool area was everything I needed to be relaxed and at peace. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, located in downtown L.A., you have restaurants all-around a nice breakfast restaurant called The Original Pantry Cafe is up a block from the hotel. It was very easy to navigate to and from this hotel. There is Valet parking at $50 a day so you don't have to worry about finding parking.My sister's and I enjoyed it here and would definitely stay again. Eu me diverti muito neste hotel. A vibração é ótima, o hotel é muito bom e adoro o design e o estilo de interiores. Os quartos são grandes e limpos, com excelentes vistas da cidade. A equipe foi muito prestativa e agradável, localizado no centro de L. A., você tem restaurantes em torno de um bom restaurante de café da manhã chamado The Original Pantry Cafe fica a uma quadra do hotel. Foi muito fácil navegar de e para este hotel. Há estacionamento com manobrista por US $ 50 por dia, para que você não precise se preocupar em encontrar estacionamento. Minha irmã e eu gostamos aqui e com certeza gostaria de ficar novamente.
Comfortable hotel, clean rooms. The staff is amazing!! Truly I was impressed with their service. They were on top if everything. Their kitchen is so good, the food at The Metropolis was always delicious, even my friends staying at different hotels came many times. I cannot say I had a problem during my stay, I felt really good and taken care of.

No hemos tenido la suerte de alojarnos, pero el personal fue súper amable. Por circunstancias nos quedamos sin móvil y sin coche para volver a nuestro hotel. Nos cargaron el móvil, nos ofrecieron agua mientras esperábamos un Uber. Si la atención es así con desconocidos la atención a sus clientes debe de ser maravillosa. Muchas gracias por la ayuda de esta noche.
I wanted to like this hotel so much but it fell short of my expectations. My bathroom shower head was so dirty and grimy. The toilet paper holders were the same. Both very important things that we did not want to touch. Even tried cleaning it ourselves but it was stuck on dirt. The comforter had stains on it and the windows were filthy. Makes it real hard to enjoy and capture the view.There isn’t a place to hang your hand towels or wash cloths by the sink. There wasn’t any soap dish to rest your soap so it had to either go on the counter(which is not guaranteed to be clean) or back on the plastic it came in. Very unacceptable!There was a wine glass on the table near the elevators over night and wellinto the day even though housekeeping was actively working on the floor early. Our housekeeper only made the bed and restocked towels; no actual cleaning. We needed extra towels because the shower leaks all over the floor and we had to use all the towels to get the water up.The restaurant food and staff were the highlight of my stay. Although there was an issue of room service ending at 11am and resuming at 5pm so you’re forced to go downstairs anytime in between.That’s a large gap for a pricey hotel like this one. If I want to stay in sleep in and order room service so that I can relax in bedI should be able to.I liked that you can request a microwave. I stayed at the Intercontinental and even they didn’t have microwaves so that was a plus on Indigo’s end.Overall I will not return. I brought my grandmother to stay here from Alabama and she was very displeased with the cleanliness. It was a bit embarrassing especially because of the price tag. This was not a great example of what LA has to offer.Lastly, food options in this area are meh at best.
Nos dieron upgrade por nuestro nivel pero no cambiamos, eso si, teníamos una excelente vista. Esta muy bien ubicado. Un vecino comenzó a fumar y llamamos al front desk y rápido dejó de oler. Muy buen servicio
Perfecto sería la palabra que le describe a este hotel lleno de detalles sin escapar uno solo Instalaciones perfectas, limpieza y excelente, distribución en armonía iluminación colores nitidez personal increíble en atención cordialidad, completo aun con el costo extra del estacionamiento Satisfechos quedamos y volveríamos otra vez

This is a super clean, extremely high functioning hotel. The staff is totally professional across the board and made my stay awesome. The food and drinks are great, room service is super fast, and the prices are just right. Their 24/7 Valet service charges a flat rate and is totally worth it. The bar on the top floor is an absolute hidden gem and I can't speak more highly about the bartenders- good people! Pool and gym were lit- I floated in the sun for like 2 hours. I will be back! Thank you guys for a perfect weekend!
Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is magnificent. The design of the room is my favorite; elegant but minimalist, with a touch of 50’s. It’s in Downtown LA so I expected the area to be sketchy but it’s not that bad, I was able to walk around the neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby as well as a Target.
The hotel is beautiful. Great lobby with nice bar, sitting area and restaurant. The rooms are a good size and cool decor. Bathrooms are great. Good water pressure. All service was very good. Quick valet that let's you bring the car in and out multiple times a day with no extra charge. Breakfast in the restaurant is delicious and the portions are big. I would definitely stay here again. O hotel é lindo. Grande lobby com bar agradável, área de estar e restaurante. Os quartos são de bom tamanho e decoração legal. Os banheiros são ótimos. Boa pressão da água. Todo o atendimento foi muito bom. Manobrista rápido que permite que você entre e saia do carro várias vezes ao dia sem custo extra. O café da manhã no restaurante é delicioso e as porções são grandes. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente.

El hotel es hermoso. Las instalacionesson soñadas. Pero no puedo comprender como le cobranel estacionamientoa sus huéspedes. He viaja por varios paises y primera vez que me hospedó en un hotel que solo puedes estacionar con valet parkingy te cobran51$ sin contarla propina. Pero si tu opciónes este hotel. Tienesunparkingdiagonal que te cobran15$ por cada 12 hrs de parking ( te las consumas o no). Otra cosa que debo decir, es que la maquina de hielo del piso 11 NO SIRVE ni tiene microondas. Si tu plan es comera fuera y calentar lo q re sobra debes bajar al piso 10 a calentar y agarrar hielo también. Quiere decir que el piso 11 no puedo ser tu opciónsi eres una persona vienes a disfrutar de LA contando que puedes comer afuera y buscar algo de tomar afuera para disfrutarde tu estadia, ya te deje el tips. Otra cosaa el hotel esta a pocos minutos del estadiode los lakers, si tienesun marido aficionado y me gusto lo bueno y no tan caro, estahotel es una opción!( no olvides el cuento del parking😉
