Friendly and fast service, room was readily available and there was always parking. Central location with access to many touristy places and restaurants. Highly recommend but remember that it’s inexpensive for a reason. But for us it was very reasonable and not noisy at all

From the booking over the phone with Aryan ( professional and nice) to the check in with Ana ( she just made our stay even better giving us the deluxe suite with a king size bed and the beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge) we had a bathroom switch issue and she sent somebody to repair right away! Definitely recommend and will be back!! Thanks so much!!

I absolutely love this place you can't beat it for the price and the neighborhood and the staff is so helpful, nice, and friendly. Deep soaking bathtubs, mini fridge that actually works, microwave, closet, iron and ironing board, decent sized flat screen, king bed, and last but not least, an air conditioner which is hard to come by in SF also private closed off bathroom?! Also extremely difficult to get in SF! I'll stay again and I highly recommend it to others 🤯🥰🥳🤗😌💯🔥🎉💖👍🏻👍🏻

Need a decent place to stay for an affordable rate. No frills. Nothing fancy. It's the kind of room you book when you are on a tight budget but not ready to brave the hostel scene.

Unfortunately my most recent stay here was terrible and management didn't seem to care. In the middle of the night my neighbors got into a fight and broke their window and the cops were called and interviewed them right in front of our door. Then the hot water was shut off and then the water was shut off completely. I had to call the front desk multiple times where they lied to me about the problem, told me to call the city of sf because it was their fault, not theirs. Finally the water was turned on after 3 hours but it was just scalding hot for the next 2 hours. Management didn't do anything about it, didn't offer a be refund and only offered $5 off of I choose to stay another night (which was still more expensive then the night I had just paid for.)
