When we checked in we were told to eat breakfast face masks were mandatory, we were the only ones with a mask on. The room was ok.. The bed was sinking and needed to be turned. The pillows were great.. The hot tub was really hot and nice!! We had no toiletries in our room.. Not even hand soap. My friend went to the desk to ask for soap and was given a ride response and a single bar of soap. I called from the room and explained we had nothing not a bar of soap.. Barely toilet paper and no tissue. She asked if I could come get the whole thing.. Terrible housekeeping.
The staff do the best they can with what they have to work with. Rooms are descent but the upkeep could be better. The location is overran with homeless who are always trying to either sleep on the property or freeload on the property amenities
Quartos limpos e confortáveis, cama king size era ótima, 2 televisões (por quê?), cortina black-out agradável e tesouras para que pudéssemos deixar entrar luz natural, mas ninguém podia ver. Fácil de encontrar e parecia estar em uma ótima localização . A equipe foi amigável e útil. A única desvantagem foi que eu liguei com antecedência e pedi check-in antecipado (em vez de 3, eu queria 11:30-ish). Foi-me dito que não seria um problema, apenas para entrar. Mas quando chegamos, não havia quartos disponíveis. Pequeno problema porque em 15 minutos, um estava disponível!

Clean and comfortable rooms, king sized bed was great, 2 televisions (why??), nice black out curtain plus sheers so we could let in natural light but no one could see in. Easy to find and seemed to be in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was I'd called ahead and asked for early check-in (rather than 3, I wanted 11:30-ish). I was told it wouldn't be a problem, just to come on in. But when we arrived, there were no rooms available. Minor problem because within 15 minutes, one was available!
CORRE! O hotel mais sujo e menos amigável que experimentei. Muitos problemas: Paisagismo sujo com fezes de animais em todo o lugar, corredores sujos, elevadores, lugares ao ar livre e quartos. A senhora me disse que suas costas doem e ela não pode mover os móveis para limpar adequadamente. O café da manhã é horrível. O bairro não é bom e a multidão que fica ao redor do hotel é assustadora. E então a melhor parte: eles me fizeram mudar no meio da minha estadia e me disseram que eu tinha 30 minutos para ir para outro quarto no meio de um dia de trabalho. Quando eu disse que esta foi oficialmente a pior experiência de hotel que eu tive, Patricia, cujo crachá dizia o 'Experience Maker' "Você gostaria que eu verificasse você então?". Isso é uma experiência incrível fazendo da parte dela!
Equipe amigável da frente. Os quartos são decorados com bom gosto. Tivemos um quarto onde o AC não funcionou, eles nos deram outro quarto sem problemas. Foi muito tranquilo. Há um sinal de nova propriedade a partir de 03/03/22, que como cliente eu recomendo varrer e limpar os quartos. Limpar o ar condicionado, as mesas e varrer o chão, além de garantir que todas as televisões tenham uma tomada; nosso primeiro quarto, tivemos que encontrar o plugue e o segundo quarto não tinha uma segunda TV. Pequenas mudanças fazem uma enorme diferença. Voltaria no futuro apenas para ver como fica.
Friendly front staff. The rooms are decorated nicely. We had a room where the AC did not work, they gave us another room with no issues. It was very quiet. There is a sign on new ownership starting 03/03/22, which as a customer I highly recommend sweeping and cleaning in the rooms. Wiping down the AC, the tables and sweeping the floors while also making sure all televisions have a plug in; our first room we had to find the plug and the second room did not have a second TV. Small changes make a huge difference. Would come back in the future just to see how it turns out.
RUN! The dirtiest, least friendly hotel I've experienced. Too many issues: Dirty landscaping with animal feces all over the place, dirty hallways, elevators,outdoor seating and rooms. There's no cart to move your things to your room. The gym has a total of 3 machines. No extra blankets when I asked for one, just the super thin one in the room. I asked housekeeping to come vacuum around the furniture since there was so much trash and dirt around them. The lady told me her back hurts and she can't move the furniture around to clean properly. The breakfast is horrible. The neighborhood is not good and the crowd that hangs out around the hotel is scary. And then the best part: they made me move in the middle of my stay and told me I had 30 minutes to go to another room in the middle of a workday.When I said that this was officially the worst hotel experience I've had I was told by Patricia whose name tag said the 'Experience Maker' "Would you like me to check you out then?". That's some amazing experience making on her part!
The front desk lady was very nice, friendly, and helpful. We made it to our rooms late at night but once morning came is when we saw how dirty the room was. I went to the front desk and asked for clean sheets, the pillows because the sheets was dirty. And we didn't have a lot of towels. So I had to get more. Went to the breakfast and that was bad. They didn't have anything to serve. Why did they even open. The lady kept saying that they would get it to tomorrow. Went out and had a fun day to come back to pillow cases and sheets still dirty. It's like they don't have any clean sheets. The breakfast the next morning was still horrible. They didn't have anything again. I stop going to the breakfast and just went out to get my own breakfast since going there was a waste of time. I have never been so disappointed at an La Quinta. And if I go back to California I will not be returning to that one again.

O quarto é bom e confortável para o preço. Foi limpo antes de chegarmos lá. A localização é conveniente e no geral está tudo bem pelo preço Minha maior reclamação seria que a geladeira não funciona. Alguém veio ao quarto e me disse que estava ligado. A recepção ligou para me dizer que havia muitas coisas dentro para esfriar, mas que está funcionando em perfeita ordem. Não tenho certeza de como o descongelamento das coisas congeladas está funcionando perfeitamente, mas é o que eles disseram. Então, isso é uma merda e a atitude irreverente sobre isso foi bastante perturbadora. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente, pois isso realmente me chateou e me esfregou da maneira errada.
Booked online for 5 night stay weeks ago, through theLA QUINTA website! They can’t find the reservation, yet charge the card and have written confirmation of the reservation. We were then charged 130 extra dollars for no reason. We are told we have to talk to the manager, he doesn’t know when they will be in, couldn’t even give us their name—super helpful. We have the receipt and they don’t honor it. Horrible customer service that offers the run-around for a solution. Go anywhere else. If we didn’t have a dog and plans around the immediate area, we would have requested a full refund and gladly gone somewhere else.Understaffed, poorly managed, 1 out of 2 keys actually worked, and that’s before we even got to the room.*edit: After talking with the front desk supervisor the next morning our issues were quickly, and competently resolved. A vastly different experience than we had been subjected to the prior night. She rectified the issues and honored our reservations. She was excellent. The room was within expectations, but the room service was aggressive to get in before check-out, despite being polite. The very poor customer service from the initial employee and him threatening us by telling us “he doesn’t have to book us” limits the potential for me to bring this booking and stay above a 3 star.*
The room is nice and comfy for the price. It was cleaned before we got there. The location is convenient and overall it's okay for the price My biggest gripe would be that the refrigerator doesn't work. I had someone come to the room and tell me it was on. The front desk called to tell me there were too many things inside to get cold but that it's working in perfect order. I am not sure how frozen things defrosting is working perfectly but that's what they said. So, that sucks and the flippant attitude about it was pretty unsettling. I won't stay here again as that really bummed me out and rubbed me the wrong way.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past few months and its great. When I stayed, they had a small breakfast area that included fruit, coffee, oatmeal, and muffins. The first room I stayed in was clean and nice for the price. The second however, was not as nice. The door handle to the room was pointed at a weird angle so instead of turning it downwards, you had to turn it upwards. It was weird, but no safety concern because the door closed and locked fine. The sheets could have been cleaner and the AC unit seemed like it had been worked on and they forgot to close it.This hotel is very close to the beach and airport, and not to far from the Irvine Spectrum Center which is a great place for a date. The staff is considerate. They allowed us to have a later check out and kept my suitcase in the back after I checked out and got breakfast with a friend. If I continue traveling to this area, I will most likely stay at this hotel.

la habitación y el wifi genial, piscina y terraza muy agradable, equipo muy atento y localización muy conveniente. el desayuno...me hubiera gustado fruta variada, jamón, y queso y platos y cubiertos sólidos reutilizables. el plástico no es práctico, agradable de uso ni ecológico
El hotel tiene habitaciones con un estilo moderno, cuenta con bocina Bluetooth, conexiones eléctricas USB, el desayuno que incluyen en tu estadía está bien. Mi único problema durante mi estadía fue qur actualmente el hotel está siendo remodelado y los trabajadores/albañiles llegan temprano a realizar su trabajo.
