Excelente hotel.
Hotel limpo e confortável, mas o estacionamento é difícil.
Nós estávamos lá para uma escapadela de fim de semana. Fiquei impressionado com o nível de limpeza nesta propriedade. Eles são muito bem atendidos e rápidos para responder a quaisquer solicitações de necessidades adicionais/produtos de higiene pessoal, etc. Achei que o quarto era bom e era espaçoso, não particularmente extravagante. Era o que eu esperava pelo preço. As camas eram confortáveis. O banheiro também era espaçoso e o chuveiro tinha boa temperatura e pressão. Nós apreciamos muito a banheira de hidromassagem e sauna. Os jardins eram bem conservados e fáceis de navegar. A localização era perfeita e muito conveniente. A equipe e outros hóspedes foram todos muito simpáticos e pareciam felizes por estar lá.
We were there for a weekend getaway. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness in this property. They are very well staffed and quick to respond to any requests for additional needs/toiletries, etc. I thought the room was nice and was spacious, not particularly fancy. It was what I would expect for the price. The beds were comfortable. The restroom was also spacious and the shower had good temperature and pressure. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna very much. The grounds were well maintained and easy to navigate. The location was perfect and very convenient. Staff and other guests were all very friendly and seemed happy to be there.
Um lindo resort com todas as comodidades que se deseja em férias! A localização é bem na pista de esqui, e a equipe fará o que for preciso para tornar a sua estadia o mais confortável possível. Os quartos são um pouco datados, mas muito bem conservados, com todas as comodidades necessárias durante uma longa estadia. Se você não é proprietário, terá que estacionar do outro lado da rua, que fica a cerca de 4 minutos a pé.

This was a good location for a ski weekend in Tahoe. We drove to Heavenly instead of getting on at the Marriot, but it's not that far from that either. The room was pretty spacious. We had 8 of us staying here in a suite. The hot tub was nice, there's an indoor and an outdoor hot tub and both were kind of crowded, but that's to be expected in the winter after a day of skiing. All in all we liked this place for a trip with a group of friends.
A beautiful resort with all the amenities that one would want on a vacation! Location is right at the Ski Run, and the staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are a little dated but very well maintained with all amenities that one would need during a long stay. If you are not an owner you will have to park across the street which is around a 4 minute walk.

Se você não é membro ou proprietário dos resorts Hilton, é necessário estacionar do outro lado da rua e no quarteirão. Tínhamos muitos equipamentos caros em nosso carro e nos sentimos inseguros ao fazê-lo. Unfortunately we have not had the best experience at this hotel. At $450 a night, we had hoped for parking, a place to eat in breakfast, a nice pool, and a comfy place to relax but that's just not the case. The pool is very small considering the size and cost of this resort, full of screaming children... and very few places to sit. For breakfast, you'll need to leave the property and go across the street or down to the casinos. While the beds and the patio were very comfortable, the pull out couch is very outdated and extremely uncomfortable to sit and relax on. Especially for a couple not using the pull out bed in the room. All of the furniture in the room seems too large, making the room feel smaller than it actually is. We had a one bedroom king suite in the dining room table took up the entire kitchen. Our last complaint is about the parking. If you're not a member or owner of the Hilton resorts, you are required to park across the street and down the block. We had a lot of expensive gear in our car and felt unsafe in doing so. Our keycard ended up working for the owners parking lot but it's packed to the brim by 10 PM each night and impossible to find a spot. I do have nice things to say about the bathroom, with 2 doors and a really nice water pressure in the shower, it was enjoyable. Overall just a really disappointing experience for us for the amount we paid.
I really wanted to give the new owned Hilton Grand Resort 5 stars! This resort is our go to for the last 6 years previously known as the Diamond Resort International. I want to Applauded the housekeeping staff and the maintenance staff. The sense of urgency they have to help keep this establishment clean is very noticeable. The restaurant and bar is always a hit. Happy hour is a most! The issue we had was with the front desk. I hope they get the right training on how to print a receipt, how to give the right amount owed and how to use the credit card on file when we first checked in. Not sure why someone would be working the front desk when they have no idea how to use a computer. Management needs to help these employees get the right training. It’s very frustrating to know that there is absolutely no type of knowledge behind them. Especially since they are the first people we communicate with and the last once checked out. I am a Hilton Honor member for many years and never have I’ve been so frustrated. I tried to be very understanding but when my time is wasted and they don’t seem to have a sense of urgency to fix the issue, that’s where i have to put my foot down. I really want to give them another opportunity to get it right. Hopefully next year it goes smoother.
If you want to find someplace to rest and can cook at home near the lake, this is the one. If you wish to find someplace upscale, this is not your thing. The hotel was old and needed repairing on a lot of parts. The inside pool’s air quality was not good, and the gym is the smallest one I have ever seen. Each machine is only 10 inches away. But, the room was okay with a patio. The service was excellent. Everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful. The most significant important thing is if you make your appointment whatever from Airbnb or hotel website one month before, the price was 😍

Tudo era de alta classe e super agradável. Tivemos um quarto com uma kitchenette e uma sala de estar com uma grande casa de banho que tinha um grande chuveiro e banheira separada. A equipe foi super legal, e alguém deve ter dado aulas extras de atendimento ao cliente para que todos se sentissem como a realeza.A única reclamação seria o estacionamento fora do local para não proprietários e a TV tem canais/filmes limitados disponíveis.O restaurante no local foi excelente, tinha um bife de US$ 50 que valia US$ 50, e por uma vez alguém cozido couves de Bruxelas que foram excelentes.Por fim, a equipe nos deu um mapa de visitantes e locais exclusivos que os locais adoram, para que não ficássemos presos apenas às atrações turísticas.
Very nice hotel! Stayed in a studio room with a kitchenette. They brought a crib for our 1-year-old. The hotel is large so it can be long walk to your room. There is limited parking on weekends. My husband had to park across the street. The staff there was very friendly. The restaurant inside has a happy hour with food and drinks.
Everything was high class and super nice. We had a room with a kitchenette and a living room with a large bathroom that had a large shower, and separate bath. The staff was super nice, and someone must have given them extra customer service lessons to make everyone feel like royalty. Only complaint would be the parking is off-site for non-owners and the TV has limited channels/movies available. The on-site restaurant was excellent, had a $50 steak that was worth $50, and for once someone cooked brussel sprouts that were excellent. Lastly, staff gave us a visitor map and exclusive locations that locals love, so we wouldn't be stuck with just the tourist attractions.
Excepcional. Mas se vc precisa de uma hospedagem de urgência, mesmo tendo saído no dia do Hotel eles cobram valor altíssimo. Deveria saber cativar o cliente.

Resort en South Lake Tahoe ubicado a la orilla del lago con buenas instalaciones en área muy tranquila, ideal para descansar del bullicio. Cuenta con tienda, spa y servicio de concierge. Al lado está un pequeño muelle donde el resort ofrece servicio de ferry por el lago.
Buena experiencia en Verano, pocas actividades además de rentar lanchas muy caras, paseo en bicicleta, bonita visita a Emerald Bay con vistas increibles, difícil de estacionarse sino llega uno temprano a Emerald Bay.Hacer super en Raley's la mejor opción para comer.
