Smellled horribly, straight from the 80’s. Definitely need a renovation. We checked out 5 min after. For $30-$50 more you can stay at a reputable Hotel .4 miles away.

Quartos datados, sem portas USB prontamente disponíveis, a internet estava ok, mas foi incluída. Odor muito peculiar nos corredores, nunca percebi. Os quartos são limpos e a área da cozinha é muito útil. Lugar decente. Não visitou as áreas comuns.

Esta é de longe a pior experiência de hotel que tive em toda a minha vida. Desde a equipe rude até o quarto nojento e a dificuldade de obter o cancelamento da minha segunda noite! A partir do check-in, a garota da recepção foi tão rude e mentirosa (dizendo que não havia mais quartos, embora mencionasse o contrário em seu site e expedia ou reserva, exatamente o mesmo quarto! Isso acabou sendo o gerente). Acabou ficando um quarto nojento com teias de aranha nas paredes do banheiro, comida no chão, manchas e buracos no colchão do sofá-cama, buracos nas cortinas, até o controle remoto da tv estava faltando botões. Houve trabalho de papel em nosso quarto no banheiro quando chegamos!! Então, obviamente, este quarto nunca foi limpo antes de colocarmos os pés nele! Fomos e disse ao gerente e ela disse desculpe é isso! Nós nos sentimos enojados neste quarto, inseguro e passamos uma noite horrível tentando passar com a Expedia para cancelar a segunda noite porque não estávamos dormindo uma segunda noite! O hotel e a Expedia nos deram muito trabalho sobre isso, mencionando que o outro tem a vantagem e não dormimos nem algumas horas. Paguei pela pior noite de todos os tempos e, mesmo assim, quando cancelei a segunda noite, o hotel insistiu que eles nunca foram contatados pela Expedia e a Expedia está dizendo o oposto. Uma experiência tão terrível. Eu nunca recomendaria este hotel a ninguém e especialmente se tiver filhos!!

Esta es, de lejos, la peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido en toda mi vida. ¡Desde el personal grosero hasta la habitación asquerosa y la dificultad de obtener la cancelación de mi segunda noche! Desde el momento del registro, la chica de la recepción fue muy grosera y mintió (diciendo que no había más habitaciones aunque se mencionaba lo contrario en su sitio web y expedia o reserva, ¡exactamente la misma habitación! Este terminó siendo el gerente). Terminé recibiendo una habitación asquerosa con telarañas en las paredes del baño, comida en el piso, manchas y agujeros en el colchón del sofá cama, agujeros en las cortinas, incluso al control remoto de la televisión le faltaban botones. ¡Había papeleo en nuestra habitación en el baño cuando nos registramos! ¡Así que obviamente esta habitación nunca se limpió antes de que pusiéramos un pie en ella! Fuimos y le dijimos al gerente y ella dijo que lo siento, ¡eso es todo! ¡Nos sentimos disgustados en esta habitación, inseguros y pasamos una noche horrible tratando de pasar con Expedia para cancelar la segunda noche porque no estábamos durmiendo una segunda noche en esto! Tanto el hotel como Expedia nos hicieron pasar un mal rato por esto y mencionaron que el otro tiene la sartén por el mango y que no dormimos ni un par de horas. Pagué por la peor noche de mi vida e incluso cuando cancelé la segunda noche, el hotel insistió en que Expedia nunca los contactó y Expedia dice lo contrario. Una experiencia tan terrible. ¡Nunca recomendaría este hotel a nadie y especialmente si tienes niños!

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life. Starting from the rude staff to the disgusting room to the difficulty of getting cancellation for my second night! Starting from check in the girl at the front desk was so rude and lying (saying there were no more rooms although it mentioned otherwise on their website and expedia or booking, the exact same room! This ended up to be the manager). Ended up getting a disgusting room with spider webs on the bathroom walls, food on the floor, stains and holed on the sofa bed mattress, holes in the curtains, even the tv remote was missing buttons. There was paper work in our room in the bathroom when we checked in!! So obviously this room was never cleaned before we set foot in it! We went and told the manager and she said sorry thats it! We felt disgusted in this room, unsafe and we spent a horrible night trying to get through with expedia to cancel the second night because we were not sleeping a second night in this! The hotel and expedia both gave us a very hard time over this both mentioning that the other has the upper hand and we didn’t sleep even a couple of hours. I paid for a worst night ever and even then when I cancelled the second night the hotel insisted that they were never contacted by expedia and expedia is saying the oppositie. Such a terrible experience. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone and especially if you have kids!!

Dated rooms, no readily available USB ports, internet was ok but it was included. Very peculiar odor in the hallways, never figured it out. Rooms are clean and the kitchen area is very handy. Decent place. Didn't visit the common areas.

Este lugar é uma bagunça quente. Cheiro bizarro em cada andar. O carpete tem uma longa aparência levantada no corredor do segundo andar que eu tropecei e quase caí. Havia utensílios sujos na gaveta (bruto). Zero carrinhos de bagagem a serem encontrados. O fator decisivo é a indiferença que a equipe mostrou em relação a seus empregos e convidados. Nem um único funcionário se ofereceu para ajudar minha mãe deficiente com sua bagagem. Absolutamente vergonhoso.

This place is a hot mess. Bizarre smells on every floor. Carpeting has a long lifted seem in hallway of second floor that I tripped on and nearly fell. There was dirty utensils in the drawer (gross). Zero luggage carts to be found. The deal-breaker is the indifference the staff showed toward their jobs and guests. Not a single employee offered to help my disabled mother with her luggage.Downright shameful.

I Found a camera in my room (facing the bed in a light fixture), and I had my child with me.
This hotel is dirty and dingy.
There was a weird chemical type of smell.
The nicest part of this hotel is the lobby.
Larkspur Landing Management refuses to refund me for my stay (I left the first night of my ten days stay and spent well over a thousand dollars).
It took Amanda the hotel manager a month to follow up with me.
The only reason she followed up with me was because I reported this matter to the Pleasanton Police Department.
When I did get the chance to speak with Amanda the hotel manager.
she tried to rush me off the phone. Her tone was discourteous, and ill-mannered.
Below are a few of her comments:
“Take that up with the third party you went through”
“We don’t offer refunds whether you show up or not”
“We check for the camera, and it came back non-conclusive, that’s not something we practice here”
Amanda my dear if you get the chance to read this review. I hope no one shows you the same courtesy you bestowed upon me.
Don’t bother with providing a follow up comment; you had your chance to provide quality service and failed. If you seek to make things right refund me my full amount.
Just as the young lady who was working at the front desk early morning of 12/19/21 said she would; I was told that I would not be charge for my stay and she would cancel my reservation.
If you’re going to cancel here, make sure to get your receipt otherwise they will deny your cancellation.
My receipt stated refundable. There is no reason why your hotel did not process my request to cancel my reservation.

Pretty good place to stay. The staff was nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. Free breakfast items in the morning. Always nice to grab something on the go. The room was good. A little dated but no big deal. The price was reasonable. Good location if you love Chic FIL a and In n out burger 🍔! The bed was ROCK 🪨 hard and not comfortable at all and the usual super soft pillows. I need pillows with a little something to feel. Almost felt like empty pillowcases. It's a preference thing. Overall not back. I would stay there again with something over the mattress.

Amei aqui, ótima equipe e localização perfeita, é tão bom ter uma geladeira grande e fogão no quarto, lavanderia no local e um banheiro espaçoso e agradável, e o sofá-cama para o garotinho, duas TVs e uma mesa de bom tamanho para comer e preparar comida perfeita local para se safar com um aluno da 1ª série e a um preço razoável não poderia estar mais satisfeito. A única razão pela qual não é um cinco estrelas é que sempre há espaço para novas surpresas. O amor aqui recomendaria a todos.Ok, depois de vir várias vezes, encontrei meu primeiro problema, parece que a polícia gosta de cruzar as placas do estacionamento, sentar na rua e esperar que você saia e te puxar para cima, o assédio sozinho desviou minhas duas últimas reservas para outro lugar . Eu estava realmente sentindo esse lugar até então.🤦🤷😔

Me encanta estar aquí, excelente personal y ubicación perfecta, es tan agradable tener una nevera grande y una placa de cocina en la habitación, lavandería en el lugar y un bonito y espacioso dormitorio con baño y el sofá cama para el pequeño, dos televisores y una mesa de buen tamaño para comer y preparar la comida perfecta. lugar para escaparse con un alumno de 1er grado y a un precio razonable no podría estar más satisfecho. La única razón por la que no es un cinco estrellas es que siempre hay espacio para nuevas sorpresas. Me encanta aquí lo recomendaría a todos.Ok, después de venir varias veces, me encontré con mi primer problema, parece que a la policía le gusta cruzar el estacionamiento con placas y luego sentarse en la calle y esperar a que te vayas y te detengas. El acoso solo ha desviado mis dos últimas reservas en otro lugar. . Realmente estaba sintiendo este lugar hasta entonces.

Love it here great staff and perfect location its so nice to have a full size fridge and cook top in the room laundry onsite and nice spacious bathroom bedroom and the couch bed for the little guy two TV's and good size table to eat and prepare food perfect spot to get away with a 1st grader and at a reasonable price couldn't be more pleased. Only reason not a five star is there is always room for new surprises. Love it here would recommend to everyone.Ok after coming several times I have run into my first problem it seems the police like to cruise the parking lot running plates then sit on the street and wait for you to leave and pull you over the harassment alone has detoured my last two bookings somewhere else. I was really feeling this place until then.🤦🤷😔
