This hotel is so nice! Very clean and modern rooms. I love the amenities! My hubby really needed slippers and there was one conveniently in he room. Shout out to everyone at the front desk. Everyone was so kind (thank you for the cookie)! Shout out to Russell! There was a problem with parking (there was a Giants game and parking ran out) and Russell made sure we were taken care of. Definitely will come back!

Amazing front desk staff Nicole and Holly! I mentioned in the Expedia notes it was my son's birthday and they put us in a fantastic room and then when we were coming in they wished him a Happy Birthday... Both of which were above and beyond gestures. Then they sent this awesome robot named Henry to the room with some local treats and sweets. With so many soulless hotels, it's a treat to find one with such generous staff. Thank you so much for making our stay special and making us feel welcome.

Just came back from a trip to SF which included two nights at LUMA. The LUMA staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was special. Russell, Nicole, Mitch, Rio and William were all very welcoming and even went so far as to arrange flowers and wine for our anniversary. Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the Oracle Field. The rail stop is also a short walk so getting around is very easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Luma Hotel San Francisco. My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a hotel. We were so happy with our choice to stay here. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. They gave us complimentary wine and rose’ while we waited to check-in. Nicole was outstanding! She was so kind and always engaged us in conversation about our trip. She also gave the BEST restaurant recommendations. Every place she recommended was a winner! Our room had a great view of the city. We were on the 15th floor. Housekeeping was also great. Our room was always clean by the time we returned from exploring the city. We also enjoyed the tech features throughout the room. The rooftop bar was not open yet but it looks like it will be an amazing place to hang out once it’s completed. We also enjoyed the food truck park that’s within walking distance of the hotel. There’s also a nice grocery store within walking distance. If you choose this hotel you will not regret it!

Really nice hotel. Nice area. Staff has been very helpful. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are nice, clean, and everything works in the room. Nice location, too. We felt very safe in this area.
