I have found this to be typical of Wyndham hotels. Okay accommodations for a reasonable price.
Eles tinham um serviço ao cliente incrível, especialmente o gerente! me ajude em qualquer situação. mas o fato de eu estar dando a este lugar duas estrelas é devido ao estabelecimento, exceto animais de estimação neste hotel e porque os cães são aceitos no hotel. Havia latidos em horários aleatórios e minha equipe não conseguia descansar para o trabalho.
Olá Tracy, CA! Na chegada, Kayla tornou a experiência de check-in agradável. O nível de serviço, a localização… a momentos da entrada da autoestrada, a limpeza do hotel e o estacionamento gratuito fizeram deste local uma boa escolha. Os únicos problemas para mim foram as vistas do meu quarto, o som da rodovia do lado de fora da minha janela e os convidados acima do meu quarto que pareciam andar a noite toda. Conseguir uma boa noite de sono foi um pouco difícil com o barulho constante. No geral, eu gostei da minha estadia por causa do ótimo serviço e conveniência. Quem visita a Califórnia para dormir de qualquer maneira? 🤩

Hello Tracy, CA! Upon arrival Kayla made the check in experience pleasant. The level of service, the location… moments from the freeway entrance, the cleanliness of the hotel and the free parking made this location a good choice. The only issues for me were the views from my room, the sound of the freeway outside my window and the guests above my room who seemed to walking throughout the night. Achieving a good night’s sleep was a bit difficult with the constant noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the great service and convenience. Who visits California to sleep anyway? 🤩
They had amazing customer service specially the manager! help me out with any situation. but the fact I’m giving this place two stars is due to Establishment excepting pets in this hotel and because of dogs being accepted into the Hotel. There was barking at random hours and my team couldn’t get rest for work.. because of that situation and also the smell of dog smell we ended our work trip short and went to a better establishment.
Check-in correu bem. Meio lento, mas parecia que a garota estava sendo treinada pelo gerente. Foi classificado de um quarto padrão com cama king size para uma suíte sem nenhum custo. Suite tinha 2 camas de casal e não uma cama king size. O corredor estava destruído do que parecia ser uma festa de hotel na noite anterior. Nosso quarto tinha quebrado as unhas no corredor bem em frente à porta. Quarto em si era limpo embora.
Fiz uma curta viagem para visitar a família. Meu filho e eu ficamos no Microtel. Eu tinha lido comentários que não eram favoráveis, por isso fiquei um pouco céptico quando fiz a minha reserva. Eu precisava de um hotel que aceita animais de estimação. Ficamos agradavelmente surpresos. O quarto era grande, com micro-ondas, pia e geladeira separando as camas, proporcionando mais privacidade. A equipe foi eficiente e cortês. A temperatura ambiente era excelente, a cama confortável e não havia incômodos sonoros. Em suma, foi uma estadia agradável. Se encaixava perfeitamente nas nossas necessidades, e eu iria lá novamente. Ele também está em uma localização conveniente, de fácil acesso, com bom estacionamento.
Well we stayed here 2 nights. Earlier Che in was available which was great. We noticed a lot of lent in the main hallway at each room door. For hours even after calling the front desk. Room also had some noticeable repairs that were finished to match. Making it look cheap. Typical loud noises throughout the night.
Check in went ok. Kind of slow but it seemed as if the girl was being trained by the manager. Was up graded from a standard king bed room to a suite at no cost. Suite had 2 full size beds and not a king. Hallway was trashed from what seemed to be a hotel party the night before. Our room had broken press on finger nails in the hall right in front of the door. Room itself was clean though.
I had a short trip to visit family. My son and I stayed at Microtel. I had read reviews which were not favorable, so I was a bit skeptical when I made my reservation. I needed a pet friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large with a microwave, sink and refrigerator separating the beds, affording more privacy. Staff was efficient and courteous. Room temperature was excellent, bed was comfortable, and there was no noise disturbances. In short, it was a pleasant stay. It fit our needs perfectly, and i would go there again. It also is in a convenient location, easily accessible with good parking.
Hotel foi bastante degradado e precisa de reparos. O vaso sanitário do meu quarto não dava descarga devido à falta de pressão da água. A única razão pela qual dei 2 estrelas é por causa da equipe. Eles foram pessoais, corteses e enviaram manutenção ao meu quarto rapidamente. Aaron, o homem da manutenção, realmente se importava com o lugar e sempre aparecia prontamente. Ele precisa de um aumento, pois estava indo de sala em sala para tentar fazer tudo funcionar.

Hotel was pretty run down and needs repairs. Toilet in my room wouldn’t flush due to lack of water pressure. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the staff. They were personable, courteous, and sent maintenance to my room quickly. Aaron the maintenance man actually cared about the place and showed up promptly every time. He needs a raise as he was going room to room to try and make everything work.

¡CUIDADO! Cuenten las toallas cuando les entreguen la habitación. Nos cobraron una toalla, diciendo que nos habíamos quedado con ella, ¡mentira! No tenemos ninguna necesidad de quedarnos con sus toallas percudidas, no tuvimos forma de demostrar eso, ellos son los rateros, pagamos $25 Dlls por una toalla usada, que no cuesta ni 25 centavos.
