Eu tinha um quarto fantástico. Grande TV, grande quarto com refrigerador e forno de microondas. A equipe do escritório são agradáveis e as camareiras fizeram as camas e limparam o quarto tão bem. Deixe-me dizer-lhe que valeu a pena I embebido na banheira desde que eu tenho artrite foi maravilhoso e as toalhas são melhores aqui, então Quality Inn. Terrible lugar La habitación tenía daños por agua en todo el lugar también olía a moho. Nos cobraron una tarifa por daños por el olor a humo en la habitación, aunque no lo hicimos. Horrible! The manager walked into my room at 8:00am before checkout. This was unacceptable. It is ridiculous that I had to jump to the door to show my ID because they say someone called using my name. Your information is not safe here. Then the manager said it was MY fault, that I must have given my information to someone, which I did NOT. The fire alarm went off inside the room from the STEAM of the shower, warm water, mind you. Will never come back here, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Terrible place. Room had water damage all over the place also smelled like mold. We were charged a damage fee for the smell of smoke in the room even though we did not. There are no signs for designated smoking areas nor did the manager say anything about one so we knew nothing about these areas but I guess having a cigarette in the parking lot while leaving constitutes having "smoke damage" in the room. There were also numerous other terrible qualities about this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Motel 6 across the street.

Very nice motel. Super clean. My family girls and I felt very safe. The laundry facility was much better than expected and very clean. I asked for a 15 minute grace to check out, I was given an hour. I would definitely stay there again.

Manager and some of the staff are often rude, offensive, and disrespectful. The "do not disturb" sign is meaningless to house keeping and maintenance, they will ignore it and knock anyway. Bugs kept getting in room and staff suggested I not open the door as a solution. Don't be surprised if and when you hear, feel, and perhaps even see people having sex. If that's not something you want to experience, tough, nothing will be done. The extremely positive reviews are probably those very people, the ones who are not bothered are often times the ones doing the bothering. Most front desk employees and managers, with the exception of the very sweet girl who works in the morning/day are extremely unhelpful. Deluxe room was wonderful, however. It was spacious, clean, flat screen tv, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, brand new furniture, hair dryer, all for a good price. The rooms aren't the issue, its a couple of the employees and some of the disrespectful, selfish, and inconsiderate guests that are a huge problem and why I left. And not to mention, why I will not be returning.

Since the last time I stayed at Mt. Vernon, it has been upgraded. It seems much more modern and comfortable. The only ghetto part I could possibly comment on would be the shower. It has cigarette burn marks everywhere and does not look nice or clean.

The rooms were very clean and the place was quiet, with the exception of half the Police Department and SWAT showing up for someone staying there. The staff was exceptional and extremely pleasant. The rooms were a good price. If it wasn't for the obvious sketchy activities going on there I would have rated it higher.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here lat nought we were offered a upgraded room for just seven dollars more. Let me tell you it was worth it I soaked in the tub since I have arthritis it was wonderful and the towels are better here then Quality inn. The rooms are grand but the best thing was the bed. I haven't slept so good inn a long time definitely will be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You guys are great. I even left my charger and called and they said they would hold it for me. Thank you

I had a fantastic room. Large TV, oversize room with a refrigerator and microwave. The office staff are nice and the maids made the beds and cleaned the room so nicely. I left in the middle of the week and the office refunded me honestly and fairly. A nice experience. I would stay here again. Roderick Stansbery.
