Sala suja Filty. Havia algo pegajoso por todo o piso de linóleo rachado. A porta do armário estava quebrada, não havia telefone. A água do chuveiro estava fervendo e você não podia usá-la. A balconista disse que ela nem mesmo normalmente trabalhava lá e não tinha ideia de como fazer o check-in ou aplicar meu cartão-presente. Área de piscina horrível, banheira de hidromassagem quebrada. Hotel localizado em uma rua movimentada e barulhenta. Não fique aqui! Sério o pior lugar da cidade

Filty dirty room. There was something sticky all over the cracked linoleum floors. The closet door was broken, there was no phone. The shower water was boiling hot and you couldn't use it.
The clerk said she didn't even normally work there and had no idea how to check us in or apply my gift card. Horrible pool area, broken hot tub. Hotel located on busy noisy street. Do not stay here! Seriously the worst place in town

Meus lençóis não foram trocados mesmo com as toalhas. Felizmente, o atendimento ao cliente foi bom e eles me forneceram lençóis e toalhas novos. TV funciona, há uma pequena área de ginásio e café da manhã. O banheiro era pequeno e não era muito bom, mas considerando o preço, a classificação passou de 2 para 3 estrelas.

Extremely nice and friendly clerk, help me promptly, and was very neighborly and made me feel very welcome, they treated me like I was people not just some faceless someone, I came from a distance away and was treated very badly at the other place, this hotel and the staff definitely changed that whole feeling. I would recommend staying here no matter the price, it is definitely worth it!!!!!Thank you so very much for who you are!!!!

My sheets weren't changed same with the towels. Fortunately the customer service was good and they provided me with new sheets and towels. TV works, there is a small gym area and breakfast. The bathroom was small and wasn't too nice but considering the price the rating went from 2 to 3 stars.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Hot water took awhile and seemed a lil bipolar. Conveniently located close to food and shopping. Really cool layout for underground parking. Keeps your ride cool for those hot days of summer.

La atención es sumamente cordial. En su sala de recepción hay un reconocimiento que tienen con respecto a su servicio hotelero. No hablan nada de español por lo que tendrás que comunicarte en inglés. Sus habitaciones son cómodas y está céntrico a muchos puntos de paseo como el museo de Historia de la computación y las grandes empresas deMountainView.

Lo recomiendo a todos los que tengáis que ir a Mountain View. Muy buenas camas, grandes y muy cómodas, variedad de almohadas, neceser de aseo muy completo, tiene de todo incluso plancha y tabla de plancha. Muy limpio, limpieza diaria. Y el desayuno muy variado, lo que más las tortitas con jarabe de alce y multitu de topics para echar encima.
