Excelente hotel, ótima localização, quartos amplos, com frigobar e cafeteira com café. Muito limpo e o atendimento é ótimo.
Localização é ótima, mas é caro... Não gostei que para receber uma encomenda é preciso pagar um valor por libra (peso) do pacote
Hotel muito bem localizado. Acomodações muito boas e café da manhã variado e muito bem servido, estilo buffet.

Amei a estadia no Hilton Hotel de San Francisco. Ótima localização, quarto com a vista privilegiada, cama confortável e excelente banheiro. Com certeza retornaria a hospedar nesse memorável hotel. Superindico.
Excelente localização. Quarto limpo é bem arrumado. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e educados. O Wi-Fi é muito bom e para quem tem HHonors é de graça.
O hotel Parc 55 na cidade de San Francisco é ótimo, muito confortável, mas principalmente, muito bem localizado, fica a duas quadras da Union Square, onde é possível pegar o Big Bus e fazer um city tur. Na Macys, frente da Union Square,tem a cheesecake Factore. Muito próximo tem Target, CVS,Walgreens. O estacionamento é bem caro e não tem café.
Atendimento excelente. Diaria um pouco alta. No bar recomendo pedir o sao Francisco beer que custa 11 dólares. Ponto negativo cobra uma taxa de 10 dolares por pacote recebido no fedex e 1.21 dolar se voce perder o cartão da porta. Dicar compre agua na farmácia próximo ao hotel por 2 dólares. Localização é muito boa próximo da apple e da Ross.
I booked this hotel thru Delta Vacations back on September 2021 for a stay in April 2022. As I approached my vacation I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and ask a few questions. When I reached the hotel there was a message that the hotel was closed and to see their website for more information. Their website showed a reopen date of May 24th well past my stay. This hotel failed to notify guests that had reservations, they failed to notify Delta Vacations which still had them on their website and they failed to book me at another hotel when requested. I have no desire to stay at a hotel that would treat their guests like this. It ruined my vacation, which I ended up canceling, in large part because of this. If I hadn't called beforehand I would have been stranded and forced to pay even more out of pocket for another hotel.
My company book to this room for me to stay in while traveling on business they were taken for quite a ride on the nightly rate but we were desperate and there was nowhere else to go last minute but considering what they paid I expected a lot more than what was provided the room seemed pretty outdated and it was a very No Frills accommodation. Waited about 30 minutes to check in and the people in front of me were being big babies adking for free breakfast and all sorts of complimentary things. I didn't complain and waited my turn and I got nothing I guess as they always say the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Came across several insanely obliterated drunk girls clutzing down the hall; couldn't even hardly stand up and then upon catching the elevator down to the lobby was greeted by puke all over the place. I wouldn't return or wouldn't recommend.
I booked this hotel for my wedding and when I went to make a change to the reservation was told that the property was closed due to covid. I was never notified that the property had closed since making the reservation nor was my reservation cancelled. I called Hilton to try to get answers and Hilton said they do not have answers and can't get in touch with the property management.
Very clean. Staff are very respectful. Very peaceful full. Very kind.

The rooms are clean. But there is a convenience store near the lobby that is 100% rip off.
Terrible hotel. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unbelievably rude and don't care at all about how your stay actually was. They just want your money. I will NEVER EVER stay at a Hilton again after this. Horrible experience.
Muy lindo hotel ... pleno centro cerca de todo Desayuno muy completo y variado Habitaciones limpias y sin ruidos molestos Personal amable y predispuesto . Baños modernos .. Deberían agregar en los pisos alguna expendedora de bebidas y el frigobar de la habitación estar con bebidas ( en nuestra habitación estaba vacío) Hotel recomendable
Bello hotel, muy céntrico lo único malo es que el estacionamiento es exageradamente caro 80dlls la noche aproximadamente, pero alrededor del lugar puedes encontrar hasta en 45dlls la noche. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general es muy bello y elegante.
Love the decor, and ambience in this place. The conference rooms were comfortable. The food was incredible! The room was comfortable as well with heavy pillows, a business desk, and other amenities. The hotel's staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. The hotel was also clean.
Great hotel and excellent service. When I couldn't check in early, they held my bags and took my phone number. They sent me a text when they were ready with my room and also sent me another message in the middle of my stay asking how everything was going. Wonderful! Room was very comfortable and spacious. Would only change the layout slightly - in a room with two queens, they also included two chairs and a table, which made the room feel cramped. Otherwise, lovely stay.
My check in was delayed because my room was not ready when I arrived at the hotel. To make up for that, they gave me complimentary breakfast and other amenities during my whole stay. Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, very happy with their service.
We stayed here for a week for NYE. It was very clean and accommodating. They have two restaurants, the main lobby restaurant is quite pricey though. We didn't know when we booked but they were having a huge 2000 person club party on 3rd floor. Luckily it was good for people watching and we couldn't hear any music or noise.
Great hotel for the money. Breakfast was pretty dang good. The rental car facility also was just a short walk away and the Roswell Cable car stop was a short walking distance away. Great views of the city
The location is prime and feels good once you are in the room. Great views! The bar has friendly tenders and the front desk was professional and kind. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Not to mention the dispensary Barbary Coast just a 10 minute walk and they have a smoking lounge!!!
Hotel recomendable si no fuera por el personal de recepción, que no habla ninguno español y ni siquiera se esfuerzan por ayudarte. Exceptuando un chico asiático. Las calles que rodean el hotel están llenas de homeless, como toda la zona. Pero sales de ahí y apenas verás alguno. Por lo demás, el hotel es una maravilla. Una pena lo que he comentado antes, ya que le resta bastantes puntos.
Estamos contentos con nuestra estancia. El hotel está execletemente situado, la habitaciónbastante bien para las expectativas que teníamos. El personal de recepción muy agradable, eficiente y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. En la parte negativa el precio del parking está fuera de toda lógica, $67 más el 14% es más de 76$ diarios por aparcar cuando en la ciudad hay parkings por la mitad de ese precio,sorprende que es más caro para los huéspedes que para los visitantes ajenos.
El hotel esta ubicado en Union Square que es el centro comercial de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. Cuentan con internet. En recepcion son amables. Te solicitan abrir voucher de 200 dolares de alimentos al hacer check inn. El hotel cuenta con tienda de souvenirs (ropa como playeras, gorras, sudaderas, dulces, llaveros, lapiceros, muñecos de peluche, imanes para el refri, etc.) todo a precios razonables; en el restaurante del hotel "cable 55" sirven comida tipica norteamericana como hamburguesas $20 dolares y cerveza bud light $6 dolares. No hay que pagar mas por usar el gimnasio; la alberca y el internet inalambrico. Al gimnasio le hacen falta: barras y aparatos para hacer ejercicios con las piernas. Cuenta con elipticas; caminadoras; bicicletas fijas; cuerdas para hacer tr-x; mancuernas y aparatos para ejercitar pecho; hombro; espalda y brazo. La maquina del garrafon de agua en el gimnasio solo surtia agua fria!. La alberca esta en el Hilton San Francisco Union Square, justo al lado del Hilton Parc. Es alberca al aire libre, por lo que no es recomendable usarla en temperaturas bajas. Tambien hay un restaurante de comida tailandesa en el hotel. Por el precio de alojamiento el hotel Parc 55 deberia mejorar en: El gimnasio tener aparatos para hacer ejercicio con las piernas y comprar barras. El hotel deberia contar con piscina propia techada y no enviarte a otro hotel de la marca Hilton a una alberca al aire libre. En el restaurante ofrecer descuentos en alimentos y bebidas y mas variedad en el menu. Cuidar aspectos como el frigobar de la habitacion: estaba totalmente vacio y no habia agua de cortesia! Es necesario que los encargados pongan manos a la obra y el hotel mejore!
La ubicación es excelente. Estas 2 cuadras de Union Square y a media de Powell donde sale el cable car. Nosotros fuimos con auto pero como el parking del hotel era muy caro lo deje en estacionamiento de Ellis St que tambien tiene salida x la calle O'Farrell y el precio es mucho mas conveniente y me ahorre bastante ya q fueron 5 noches.
El peor Hotel Hilton en el que he estado. Sólo buena ubicación. Atención y servicio muy mejorable. Tuve que indicar que las toallas llevaban dos días húmedas detrás de la puerta del baño, al igual que los botes vacíos de champú. Trataron de cobrar 2 veces el importe total de mi estancia a la vez que un carga adicional por tasas diarias. Las camas dobles son muy pequeñas y cajones minúsculos para guardar la ropa.
Una profunda decepción. No tienen wifi gratis, salvo en el lobby que queda un poco trasmano cuando te dan una habitación en el piso 23. La limpieza y las instalaciones dejan bastante que desear, el baño por ejemplo perdía por debajo de las pileta cuando abras la canilla. La atención del personal PÉSIMA!!! Nada de información (la poca que logramos sacarle deficiente, aunque aclaro que les hablamos en inglés, porque no saben castellano en un hotel 4 estrellas, en California!!!!! ...) ni amabilidad.Lástima porque está muy bien ubicado y desde nuestra habitación teníamos una vista hermosa, en día despejado se veía hasta la bahía!
