Could use some upgrades and a real good deep cleaning, but the staff was great. The room was spacious and the price was right. No pool or breakfast "due to covid". still? Really??? Best part was the koi pond and courtyard. Will visit again and hope to edit review to a higher rating.

I agree with earlier reviews, this place is falling apart. My elevator ride revealed graffiti etched in the actual elevator as well as the plexiglass to look outside. Once we got to room 323 and got inside, we were really disappointed. Furniture looked very dingy like it was crawling with God knows what. Some lamps worked some didn't. Sliding door was broken and unable to lock and missing plastic on lever and could easily cut your finger. Stains on shower wall, weird burn marks on dresser and over all ground in crud on baseboards and door facings. I woke up throughout the night to make sure the car was there. The snack machine was out of order and called front desk for decaf coffee. When my husband got to desk they said they didn't have decaf. We will not be staying here again. One thing I can say is the bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure

Este hotel não vale o preço. O quarto tinha danos de água ao longo de todas as paredes. As camas deveriam ser duas camas queen size, mas temos duas camas de casal em vez disso. Eu não recomendaria por qualquer motivo.

This hotel wasn't worth the price. The room had water damage along all of the walls. The beds were supposed to be two queens but we got two full beds instead. I would not recommend for any reason.

Reservei um quarto aqui por US$ 172. Tenho sido um cliente leal desde 1999 até hoje há tanto desgaste neste hotel que eu poderia ter ido e me pegou pelo mesmo preço no Marriott e café da manhã de cortesia.

I booked a room here for $172. I've been a Loyal customer since 1999 to this day there is so much wear-and-tear in this hotel I could have went and got me for the same around the same price at the Marriott in plus complimentary breakfast.

Excelente localização, especialmente se você estiver indo para universal - eles têm um serviço de transporte gratuito. Great location especially if you're heading to universal- they have a free shuttle. The reception was great and they have some super fun things like movies projected by the pool. The rooms were fabulous. The decorations were lovely. The one detractor was service at the restaurant. The food was awesome but the service v bad. Overall I love the place and would stay again but can't give a five star rating with bad service at the restaurant more than once.

Ótima experiência. Os quartos eram grandes como um apartamento. As camas eram confortáveis e limpas. Dois grandes canais de TV a cabo. Muito espaço. Great experience. Rooms were big like a apartment. Beds were comfortable and clean. Two big cable TV's great channels. Lots of space. Staff was extremely nice and professional. Tend to all my needs while staying there. Convenient laundry room available. Secure security guard on his rounds all night. Loved it here!

Primero que nada la ubicación del hotel en si está a solo unas yardas de entradas y salidas del fwy 60 y el 605. Fácil de llegar fácil de encontrar. El lobby del lugar es espacioso y las personas trabajando ahí son muy atentas y amables. La habitación asignada estuvo muy acogedora amplia y limpia. Quisimos escaparnos del calor, y con ac y alberca a solo unos pasos no fue difícil de hacer. En general muy contentos con a ver elegido este lugar para hospedarnos.
