The rooms were clean it was pretty quiet and well maintained. Dish TV was pathetic and lost signal often. Happy to say there was enough free parking, just an ultra tight fit. Of course the cost in season was too high, but low for the vicinity. Staff were gracious and accommodating.

Have stayed here prior. Nice location for walking most anywhere in SF. Not luxurious but clean, safe, and comfortable. All employees very nice. Parking is an added bonus.

The bed very hard, like blankets on top a concrete block. TV didn't work, maintenance kinda fixed it, changing cable and wall outlet, but it was a very old 27 inch big box TV. Room very small. There was 3 outlets in the whole room, 1 at the bathroom sink, the other 2 could not use they were behind the head of bed and behind big wood dresser TV fridge cabinet. Each lamp had a built in plug but I plugged my phone into it and it was so lose that it worked on and off.

Rooms are of a good size and the situation is really good. Have been there several times in the last 25 years or so and to be honest, the hotel needs to be renovated. Workers have always been polite and you ave many places to eta and have fun at a clse distance.

Clean and convenient, but rooms on the bottom floor can be noisy. I was one of 3-4 guests in the whole motel on a Sunday night, and for whatever reason, I was placed directly below another guest who obsessively clomped around like an elephant over my head. Who paces in a motel? It's SF with plenty to see. I was exhausted, otherwise I would have gone out.

This is my second stay here. The room was clean and the staff were all very accommodating. We asked for extra blankets and pillows because we brought air bed. The best benefit that the hotel offers is the free parking, which can be expensive in SF. Another huge plus is proximity to excellent Chinese food literally next door. I'll be staying here again on my next visit.

Not fancy for sure, but clean and and properly maintained. Walking distance to some nice eating places. Overall, great value for the money. And, secure parking. My daughter stays here whenever she is in SF.

Great place to stay. Small hotel with great customer services. Breakfast is simple, danishes, fruit and juice. Rooms are clean and well taken care off. The location is perfect and the area is quite and safe. Free parking which is a plus. I will surely visit this hotel again
