Eu vi um quarto para deficientes no booking.com por US $ 80 quando cheguei à brisa do mar e pedi um quarto para deficientes, custou-me US $ 110 Eu não estava naquele quarto por mais de 8 horas e disse ao cara na recepção que só precisa do quarto por cerca de 6 horas, não sugiro que ninguém fique aqui. SEMPRE.
I seen a disabled room on booking.com for $80 when I got to the seabreeze and ask for a disabled room it cost me $110 I was not in that room for more than 8 hours and I told the dude at the front desk I would only need the room for about 6 hours don't suggest anyone stay here. EVER.
O quarto foi reservado para o dia errado e eu só tive o quarto por um dia em que eles não estavam dispostos a mudar meus dias, mesmo que eu estivesse saindo na mesma noite. O check-in lobby precisa de uma limpeza profunda e esfregar. Eles contam tão sujo que a sujeira é grossa e pegajosa. Assim que você se encosta no balcão, suas roupas ficam pretas de toda a sujeira.
Room was booked for the wrong day and I only had the room for a day they wasn’t willing to switch my days even though I was leaving the same night. The check In lobby needs a deep clean and scrub. They Counter so dirty the dirt is thick and sticky. Soon as you lean against the counter your clothes turn black from all the dirt.
O quarto em si não era mau, o ar condicionado estava sempre ligado e sem maneira de ser controlado. A limpeza precisa de muitas melhorias, as paredes já levavam uma limpeza. Tanto a roupa de quarto como as toalhas precisam de ser trocadas por novas, estavam nojentas. É uma pensão para apenas uma noite e se não houver nada melhor.
Idk o que essas pessoas estão falando. Eu tive uma ótima estadia, está sempre limpo e cheira a fresco, mesmo que eu tenha quartos para fumantes.Acho que as pessoas que têm problemas não reservam corretamente ou não têm atitude.Eu fiquei aqui várias vezes até consegui a grande sala de Jacuzzi no ano passado para o meu BDay e é luxo
Fiz minha reserva para esta propriedade através do Booking.com. Depois de ficar no hotel, recebi várias cobranças extras dessa empresa, além de me cobrarem demais o que eu deveria pagar. Quando liguei para obter essas cobranças extras e cobranças adicionais em minha conta, o proprietário do imóvel se recusou a devolver esses fundos. Entrei em contato com a Booking.com para registrar um relatório e ver se eles poderiam devolver esses fundos para mim. O proprietário da propriedade não só se recusou a devolver os fundos, mas também desligou o representante. Apresentei à Booking.com meus extratos bancários mostrando as cobranças extras e eles acabaram reemitindo esses fundos de volta para mim. Eu sugiro não ficar aqui.
No sé de qué estará hablando esta gente. Tuve una gran estadía, siempre está limpio y huele fresco, aunque tengo habitaciones para fumadores.Creo que las personas que tienen problemas no reservan correctamente ni tienen actitud.Me alojé aquí varias veces, incluso obtuve la gran habitación con jacuzzi el año pasado para mi cumpleaños y es un lujo.
Idk what these people be talking about. I had a great stay ,it's always clean and smells fresh ,even tho I get smoking rooms.I think the people who have issues don't book correctly or have attitude.I stayed here multiple times even got the big Jacuzzi room last year for my BDay and it's luxury
I booked my reservation for this property through Booking.com. After staying at the hotel, I received multiple extra charges from this company as well as them overcharging me what I was supposed to pay. When I called to get those extra charges and over charges back into my account, the owner of the property declined to return those funds. I reached out to Booking.com to file a report and see if they could get those funds returned to me. The owner of the property not only refused to return the funds but also hung up on the representative. I presented Booking.com with my bank statements showing the extra charges and they ended up reissuing those funds back to me. I highly suggest not staying here.

A cama era super primavera e o colchão foi crocante e desconfortável. Nenhum bloqueio extra na porta que mal fechou, super brilhante com falta de boas persianas, o espelho foi apontado para o seu torso, não o seu rosto, chuveiro parecia nojento. Shampoo e condicionador estavam em sacos, a tomada cobre metade quebrado, toneladas de marcas e dentes nas paredes. Não limpo, eu não ando com os pés descalços. Super super alto fora a noite toda. Ninguém lá para o check-out. Nenhum traslado do aeroporto. Apenas mais foi geladeira e microondas

La cama era súper elástico y de la almohadilla de colchón era crujiente e incómodo. No había una cerradura adicional en la puerta que apenas cerrada, brillante estupendo con la falta de buenos persianas, el espejo estaba dirigido a su torso no su cara, ducha parecía repugnante. Champú y acondicionador estaban en bolsas, tapas de enchufes rotos, medio de toneladas de marcas y abolladuras en las paredes. No es limpia, no caminar descalzo. Super super ruidoso fuera toda la noche. Nadie allí para la salida. No se enlace con el aeropuerto. La única ventaja era nevera y microondas
The workers looking in their young 20s with a small idea of how the hotel worked. Hotel wasn't available when we got there. The bed was super springy and the mattress pad was crunchy and uncomfortable. No extra lock on door that barely closed, super bright with lack of good blinds, the mirror was aimed at your torso not your face, shower looked disgusting. Shampoo and conditioner were in bags, outlet covers half broken, tons of marks and dents on walls. Not clean, I wouldn't walk around barefoot. Super super loud outside all night long. No one there for check out. No airport shuttle. Only plus was fridge and microwave
room was nice. but i had a uncomfortable experience when i came in to find the house keeper came in the room and made the bed. i reserved the room for 2 nights. After the first night, i stepped out for a few hours. i returned to find my things on the opposite side of the room and the bed made, and not with fresh linen. what’s worse is that i travel with my own linens, which are now missing to the hotel smh. i’m just uncomfortable they were in here touching my things.
Onde começar. Em primeiro lugar, eu sabia que se tratava de um hotel de 2 estrelas com apenas 3 estrelas. Portanto, minhas expectativas já eram bastante baixas. No entanto, reservei porque ficava a uma curta caminhada do Estádio SoFi. A pior parte de toda a minha estadia é que tenho certeza de que há percevejos / pulgas / ácaros. Lamento não ter verificado quais insetos me picam, mas acordei com coceira nas mãos e nos pés. Foi insuportável, já faz uma semana e ainda tenho coceira por todo o corpo. Estou rezando para não ter trazido nenhuma de suas criaturas de volta para minha casa. No momento, estou lidando com as consequências de ficar naquele lugar. Ter que fazer a prova de percevejos em minha casa e tomar cuidado com eles. Porque a coceira ainda é muito forte. Não tenho certeza se ainda é das mordidas iniciais ou se Deus me deu essa oferta, trouxe essas coisas comigo em minha bagagem / roupas. Em segundo lugar, o quarto não cheira a nada além de fumaça de cigarro. Embora fosse um quarto para não fumantes. Em segundo lugar, as toalhas eram trapos de cozinha sujos, eles eram muito ásperos ao toque, não esperava muito, mas não esperava que estivessem visivelmente sujos. Embora houvesse estacionamento, não era muito apertado, então fique atento se você tem um carro grande. A área em si é bastante barulhenta à noite. Como está em uma rua movimentada. Tende a haver muita atividade da polícia / ambulância à noite, então se você não dormir bem com os sons, não vai funcionar para você. A melhor coisa sobre esse hotel é sua localização na cidade. Apesar de estar numa rua principal pode sofrer ruído, embora como tem ar condicionado no quarto não terá que ter a janela aberta, menos ruído. Tem uma piscina e está perto de lojas e locais para comer. Mesmo se você reservar online, você terá que deixar um depósito que será devolvido mais tarde se o quarto estiver igual ao de sua partida e de sua chegada. É um lugar de passagem.
The best thing about this hotel is its location in the city. Although being on a main street you can suffer noise, although as you have air conditioning in the room, you will not have to have the window open, less noise. It has a pool and is close to shops and places to eat. Even if you book online you will have to leave a deposit that will be returned later if the room is the same when you leave as when you arrived. It is a place of passage.
Where to start. First of all I knew going in that this was a 2 star hotel with only 3 stars. So my expectations were quite low already. However I booked it because it was walking distance to the SoFi Stadium. The worst part of my entire stay is that I am pretty sure there are bedbugs/fleas/mites. I regret not checking to confirm what bugs bite me but I woke up with really itchy hands and feet. It was unbearable it’s been a week and I still have the itching all over my body. I am praying I didn’t bring any of their critters back to my home. I am currently dealing with the aftermath of staying at that place. Having to bedbug proof my house and watch out for bedbugs. Because the itching is still pretty bad. I’m not sure if it’s just still from the initial bites or if God for bid I brought those things with me in my luggage/clothes. Second the room smells like nothing but cigarette smoke. Although it was a non-smoking room. Second the towels were pretty much dirty kitchen rags they were very rough to the touch again wasn’t expecting much but wasn’t expecting them to be visibly soiled. Although there was parking it was not that great super tight fit so watch out if you have a big car. The area itself is pretty loud at night. As it is on a busy street. There tends to be a lot of police/ambulance activity at night so if you don’t sleep well with sounds it wont work for you. The staff checking in and out was not particularly bad or good. The cleaning staff although they were nice were obviously working with what they had which is not a lot. I stayed there for two nights. Completely regret it. Save your money it’s not worth it. Spend a little more and stay somewhere better I promise it will be worth it. For starters E-Central in downtown LA although it is a three star hotel feels like luxury! Highly recommend E-Central if you are looking for a place to stay in Los Angeles.
Management and staff was amazing. Room was clean and organized. Not sure why people mention broken AC, ours was working more than fine. We even had to lower the AC because of how cold it would actually get. I'm a neat freak and always look for signs of bugs and saw NOTHING. Could just be people who look for a discount and like to stir trouble. Location was great as well, super close to LAX and some great restaurants. Will definitely be returning anytime I fly in.
