moon made our stay! the overall place was nice. location was great if you want to be in silver lake,but my best experience during our whole trip staying there was during departure early in the morning in the heavy rain. The front desk person - Moon - went above and beyond to help make sure we got to the car easily and dry, helping us down the ramp with our luggage and even holding the umbrella as we got in the car! she went above and beyond and made our stay! lua fez a nossa estadia! o lugar geral era bom. a localização era ótima se você quiser estar em Silver Lake, mas minha melhor experiência durante toda a nossa viagem foi durante a partida no início da manhã sob forte chuva. There’s a lot to like about this place from the cool vibe and aesthetic to the good location, but be warned: the walls are paper thin. You will have to endure whatever kind of stay the person in the room next to you is having because you can hear literally everything. Há muito o que gostar neste lugar, desde a vibração e estética legais até a boa localização, mas esteja avisado: as paredes são finas como papel. Você terá que suportar qualquer tipo de estadia que a pessoa na sala ao seu lado esteja tendo, porque você pode ouvir literalmente tudo.

I was served by Neil all night long. I cannot recommend this place enough! Neil served 5* cocktails and gave me the lowdown of what to do in LA. He provided great company for a solo traveller like myself, whilst keeping up with the orders. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are amazing, the pool is perfect and the service is 10/10. Thank you Neil for providing such an amazing and memorable service. I can’t wait to come back! Fui servido por Neil a noite toda. Came here a few days ago with my black friend and had a very different experience. The second we walked in we were rapidly approached by a woman who very aggressively informed us that the pool was for guests only. She didn't ask us if we were guests but immediately assumed that we couldn't possibly be. We left but I couldn't shake the feeling my friend had been discriminated against so I went back in to talk it out with the manager. When I politely broached the topic with her she began raising her voice at me and became erratic, even shouting at me as I had already tuned to leave. Stay away from this place if you are a POC, the whole interaction felt racially biased. Eu estive aqui várias vezes com minhas amigas (brancas) e fui calorosamente recebido na área da piscina e tive um tempo maravilhoso com ótimo serviço. Vim aqui há alguns dias com meu amigo negro e tive uma experiência muito diferente. No segundo em que entramos, fomos rapidamente abordados por uma mulher que nos informou muito agressivamente que a piscina era apenas para hóspedes. Ela não nos perguntou se éramos hóspedes, mas imediatamente assumiu que não poderíamos ser. Saímos, mas eu não conseguia afastar a sensação de que meu amigo havia sido discriminado, então voltei para conversar com o gerente. Quando eu educadamente abordei o assunto com ela, ela começou a levantar a voz para mim e tornou-se errática, até mesmo gritando comigo porque eu já tinha sintonizado para sair. Bad bed, awkward layout of room (sink in the bedroom, no dresser, low useless chairs) and short bar hours (closed almost every night by 8pm) make this place a pass. Sure if you're trying to snap some IG pics by the pool, go for it. But don't expect to have your minibar or snack area restocked, even if you're there for a week and a half! Bom o suficiente esteticamente, mas se você planeja ficar em qualquer lugar por mais de uma ou duas noites, vá para outro lugar. Cama ruim, layout desajeitado do quarto (pia no quarto, sem cômoda, cadeiras baixas inúteis) e horas curtas de bar (fechado quase todas as noites às 20h) tornam este lugar um passe. Claro, se você está tentando tirar algumas fotos do IG à beira da piscina, vá em frente. Mas não espere ter seu frigobar ou área de lanches reabastecidos, mesmo se você estiver lá por uma semana e meia!

Mala cama, diseño incómodo de la habitación (lavabo en el dormitorio, sin tocador, sillas bajas e inútiles) y un horario de bar corto (cerrado casi todas las noches a las 8 p.m.) hacen de este lugar un pase. Claro, si estás tratando de tomar algunas fotos de IG junto a la piscina, hazlo. Pero no esperes que te repongan el minibar o la zona de snacks, ¡aunque estés allí una semana y media!

Very friendly staff and good food. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was incredible! The hotel was getting worked on during the week and it didn't really bother my stay but it was good to see that management cares about improving the quality of the facilities. Staff muito simpático e boa comida. O quarto era muito limpo e a equipe de limpeza foi incrível! O hotel estava sendo trabalhado durante a semana e realmente não incomodou minha estadia, mas foi bom ver que a gerência se preocupa em melhorar a qualidade das instalações.

Shame cos it’s trying hard to be cute and in a good location. Room comfortable but had a view of the road, thin walls and the lamp didn’t work. Pool was too cold to swim in, and request to heat it ignored. Restaurant friendly yet somehow managed to ruin simple can’t fail classics. Hotel then tried to charge us an extra half day for a noon checkout. It’s basically an eastside version of the old sunset Standard, minus the character, scene and service. É uma pena porque está se esforçando para ser fofo e em uma boa localização. Quarto confortável, mas com vista para a estrada, paredes finas e a lâmpada não funcionou. Piscina estava muito fria para nadar, e o pedido de aquecimento foi ignorado. Restaurante amigável, mas de alguma forma conseguiu arruinar o simples não pode falhar nos clássicos. Hotel então tentou nos cobrar um meio dia extra para um check-out ao meio-dia. É basicamente uma versão leste do antigo Sunset Standard, menos o personagem, a cena e o serviço.

Es una pena porque se esfuerza por ser lindo y en una buena ubicación. Habitación cómoda pero con vista a la carretera, paredes delgadas y la lámpara no funcionaba. La piscina estaba demasiado fría para nadar, y se ignoró la solicitud de calentarla. Apto para restaurantes, pero de alguna manera logró arruinar los clásicos simples que no pueden fallar. Luego, el hotel intentó cobrarnos medio día adicional por una salida al mediodía. Es básicamente una versión del lado este del viejo Sunset Standard, menos el personaje, la escena y el servicio.

Muy desordenado y sucio el baño
Eu fiquei neste hotel tempo suficiente para estar em cerca de 5-6 quartos diferentes. Este lugar é um pequeno hotel boutique. Nice quartos limpos e bem decorados. Eles têm uma recepção de vinho à noite e um ótimo café pela manhã. Fora isso, nada de especial.

I've stayed at this hotel enough time to be in about 5-6 different rooms. This place is a small boutique hotel. Nice clean rooms and well decorated. They have a wine reception at night and great coffee in the morning. Aside from that, nothing special.
Fiquei lá há mais de um mês. Estava insatisfeito com a nossa estadia. Para encurtar a história ... o cara que nos verificou não estava usando uma máscara corretamente, havia hóspedes andando pelo hotel sem máscaras, pagaram a mais por um quarto de upgrade e receberam um quarto imediatamente ao lado da recepção era barulhento e faltava distanciamento social na piscina (percebo que este último é difícil de impor). Quando saímos pela manhã, expressei minhas preocupações à pessoa da recepção que foi muito gentil e cortês e pareceu levá-los a sério. Ele se ofereceu para compor a comida e as bebidas que tínhamos pedido no dia anterior na piscina como um pedido de desculpas, o que eu realmente apreciei e aceitei. Agora, 6 semanas depois, vejo uma cobrança deles no meu cartão. Só posso supor que é pelo pedido que eles ofereceram para comp. Quartos espaçosos, limpos e bem mobilados. Menu limitado no restaurante. O check-in foi um desastre - aparentemente o computador não estava cooperando. A equipe da recepção não conseguiu nos oferecer as chaves do quarto enquanto eles resolviam sua bagunça. Meu cartão de crédito provavelmente foi executado cerca de 10 vezes diferentes em 30 minutos. Então o impressor não imprimiu o formulário de registro, então ele acabou entregando-o em nossa sala para eu assinar. A lâmpada de chão em nosso quarto não funcionou. Não vejo valor em ficar aqui - o custo e as acomodações estão desalinhados.
Que experiência fantástica. Ótima vibração, espaço super confortável, atendimento maravilhoso! Meu marido e eu ficamos por uma noite para uma rápida escapadela de aniversário. Martie foi em frente e nos ofereceu um upgrade de cortesia e na nossa chegada tinha deixado um belo presente de aniversário de vinho e chocolate orgânico em nosso quarto, juntamente com uma nota muito atenciosa. Foi tão incrivelmente gentil e realmente deu o tom para as nossas férias. O espaço foi elegantemente decorado e a piscina e o restaurante são um espaço encantador para relaxar. Muito obrigado por uma estadia fantástica e estou ansioso para voltar.

Para resumir la historia ... el tipo que nos atendió no llevaba correctamente una máscara, había invitados caminando por el hotel sin máscaras, pagaron extra por una habitación mejorada y se les dio una habitación inmediatamente en la recepción eso era ruidoso, y había una falta de distanciamiento social en la piscina (me doy cuenta de que este último es difícil de hacer cumplir). Cuando hicimos el check out por la mañana, le expresé mis preocupaciones a la persona de la recepción que fue muy amable y cortés y pareció tomarlos en serio. Se ofreció a compensar la comida y las bebidas que habíamos pedido el día anterior en la piscina como disculpa, lo que realmente aprecié y acepté. Ahora, 6 semanas después, veo un cargo de ellos en mi tarjeta. Fue increíblemente amable y realmente marcó el tono de nuestras vacaciones. El espacio estaba elegantemente decorado y la piscina y el restaurante son un espacio encantador para relajarse. What a fantastic experience. Great vibe, super comfortable space, wonderful service! My husband and I stayed for one evening to have a quick anniversary getaway. Martie went ahead and offered us a complimentary upgrade and upon our arrival had left a beautiful anniversary gift of wine and organic chocolate in our room along with a very thoughtful note. It was so incredibly kind and really set the whole tone for our holiday. The space was very smartly decorated and the pool and restaurant are a lovely space to unwind. Many thanks for a fantastic stay and looking forward to returning.
Stayed there over a month ago. Was unhappy with our stay. To keep a long story short...the guy who checked us on wasn’t properly wearing a mask, there were guests walking through the hotel without masks on, paid extra for an upgraded room and was given a room immediately off the front desk that was noisy, and there was a lack of social distancing at the pool (I realize this last one is hard to enforce). When we checked out in the morning, I expressed my concerns to the person at the front desk who was very kind and gracious and appeared to take them seriously. He offered to comp the food and drinks we had ordered the day before at the pool as an apology, which I really appreciated and accepted. Now, 6 weeks later, I see a charge on my card from them. I can only guess it’s for the order they offered to comp. How classy of you to keep my credit card info on file for six weeks and charge me without my knowledge! I have sent two e-mails to them that have gone unanswered and now am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Such great service Silver Lake Pool and Inn, can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay!
Spacious, clean, and well furnished rooms. Limited menu at the restaurant. Check-in was a disaster- apparently the computer wasnt cooperating. The front desk staff failed to offer us the room keys while they sorted out their mess. My credit card was probably ran about 10 different times in 30 minutes. Then the printer did not print out the registration form, so he eventually delivered it to our room for me to sign. The floor lamp in our room didn’t work. I don’t see the value in staying here- the cost and the accommodations are misaligned.
SL Pool & Inn é um hotel maravilhoso se você está procurando uma estadia relaxante com uma bela piscina e comida incrível! O bairro fica a apenas 15 minutos de West Hollywood, mas honestamente, você pode simplesmente relaxar no SL durante toda a sua estadia, eles têm ótimos restaurantes e butiques. Não conseguimos experimentar a cena de bar bc do COVID. Não havia um prato de comida que não fosse excelente e tão incrivelmente fresco !! Os quartos são espaçosos e lindamente projetados! Bravo 👏🏼
SL Pool & Inn is a wonderful hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with a beautiful pool and amazing food! The neighborhood is just 15 minutes from West Hollywood but honestly you could just chill in SL during your whole stay, they have great restaurants and boutiques.We didn’t get to experience the bar scene bc of the COVID. There wasn’t one dish of food that wasn’t superb and so incredibly fresh!! Rooms are roomy and beautifully designed! Bravo 👏🏼
SL Pool & Inn es un hotel maravilloso si está buscando una estancia relajante con una hermosa piscina y comida increíble. El vecindario está a solo 15 minutos de West Hollywood pero, sinceramente, puedes relajarte en SL durante toda tu estadía, tienen excelentes restaurantes y boutiques. No pudimos experimentar la escena del bar antes de la COVID. ¡No había ningún plato de comida que no fuera excelente y tan increíblemente fresco! This hotel was a fabulous stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The food was amazing..it was so good we ended up there more than the spots around town! Order the cucumber salad and the chicken! The pool and service was excellent. I will for sure be staying here again over any other hotel or air bnb in the Silverlake area.
