So, I stayed here a couple of times while on work assignment. You do have to make reservations ahead of your visit due to pandemic restrictions. They are working hard to keep everyone safe, however, no reservations make it much more difficult. The front door opens to a locked inner door and you must pick up the phone to be buzzed in. On the phone the front desk will ask if you have the reservation and only then will you be let in. In my opinion it is a very specific way to limit too many people in the lobby at one time. However, if you are not aware of this, I saw other customers attempting to figure out a remedy, this was problematic for them. I use my smart phone. Anyway, front desk people are always so professional and friendly and I feel very welcome there. I love the shower and large bathroom, being a female this is an important foom for us! Bed, sheets, pillows all comfy! The rooms are all suites with a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Multiple ports and outlets for all of the tech junkies, yeah I am one. Need my computer, my phone and sometimes more than one phone, etc! So this hotel is quite close to airport, so convenient as well as freeways. I imagine if the other venues were open now it may get unbearably busy in that area, but right now its perfect. I felt welcome. I felt safe and I was comfortable. Hope this helps! MPC

A equipe foi ótima. O quarto era bom como o esperado. O problema de segurança conhecido para o estacionamento é o problema. Eu paguei para estacionar no estacionamento onde há câmeras, mas o pessoal me avisou sobre invasões. Tirei todos os objetos de valor do meu veículo, estacionei sob uma luz e uma câmera, e meu veículo ainda foi arrombado. A equipe me informou para preencher um boletim de ocorrência on-line. O hotel sabe que os roubos de veículos são um problema e pouco faz para evitá-los.

Este hotel é lindo. Era um convento naquela época e o hotel adjacente era um mosteiro. É de se perguntar se há um túnel conectando-os! Os quartos são elegantes e impecavelmente limpos. A equipe é excelente. A piscina é aquecida e muito bonita. O buffet da manhã é bom, com muitas opções. O restaurante não é caro em comparação com outros lugares da cidade e eles também têm instalações completas.

El personal fue genial. La habitación estaba bien como se esperaba. El problema de seguridad conocido para el estacionamiento es el problema. Pagué para estacionar en el estacionamiento donde hay cámaras, pero el personal me advirtió sobre robos. Saqué todos los objetos de valor de mi vehículo, estacioné bajo una luz y una cámara, y mi vehículo todavía estaba forzado. El personal me avisó para completar un informe policial en línea. El hotel sabe que los robos de vehículos son un problema y están haciendo poco para prevenirlos.

Este hotel es hermoso. Era un convento en el pasado y el hotel contiguo era un monasterio. ¡Uno se pregunta si hay un túnel que los conecte! This hotel is beautiful. It was a convent back in the day and the adjoining hotel was a monastery. One wonders if there's a tunnel connecting them! The rooms are elegant and spotlessly clean. The staff is excellent. The pool is heated and very pretty. The morning buffet is good with lots of choices. The restaurant is not pricey compared to other places in town and they also have complete facilities.

The staff was great. The room was good as expected. The known security issue for the parking lot is the problem. I paid to park in there parking lot where there are cameras but the staff did warn me about break-ins. I took all valuables out of my vehicle, parked under a light and camera, and my vehicle still was broken into. The staff let me know to fill out a police report on-line. The hotel knows vehicle burglaries are a problem and are doing little to prevent.

Como siempre los hoteles Marriott se distinguen por sus excelentes facilidades, habitaciones bien espaciosas y su ubicacion.Con respecto al personal esta vez no fueron muy proactivos y no muy cooperadores.El estacionamiento es gratis y muy espaciosas
