Primeira vez neste hotel e estou impressionado. Limpo e elegante. A equipe foi de alto nível. Provavelmente, a minha única reclamação é que a piscina estava muito quente. Parecia que era a mesma temperatura da banheira de hidromassagem e isso não é um exagero. Alguns podem gostar disso, por isso é difícil listar isso como uma reclamação. Todas as manhãs, todos os funcionários que eu encontrava me cumprimentavam com um sorriso e um sorriso resistente. Café da manhã foi mais do que satisfatório. Foi muito bom. O centro de exercícios era bom. Eu definitivamente voltarei.

Como este hotel fica próximo à rodovia 15, você ouvirá o barulho da rodovia durante todo o dia e toda a noite - especialmente em quartos de número par (por exemplo, # 226, 228). O quarto é minúsculo - mal grande o suficiente para uma cama queen-size. Seu "all-suite" é basicamente um quarto de hotel já pequeno, e cortado ao meio para dar a você um quarto minúsculo e uma minúscula "sala de estar". Os hóspedes do hotel podem ser ouvidos depois das 22h. Sem serviço de limpeza diário. Você deve ir à recepção se precisar de toalhas ou papel higiênico. Because this hotel is right next to the 15 freeway, you will hear the loud freeway all day and all night - especially on even-number rooms (eg. #226, 228). The bedroom is tiny - barely big enough for a queen size bed. Their “all-suite” is basically an already small hotel room, and cut it in half to give you a tiny bedroom and a tiny “living room”. Loud hotel guests can be heard after 10pm. No daily maid service. You must go to front desk if you need towels or toilet paper. No Spanish channel on their Texas-based cable provider. Air conditioning sometimes works. Their “bag breakfast” is a small breakfast bar and a chocolate muffin. Orange Juice and coffee are sometimes available.

Altamente recomendado ... Já fiquei aqui várias vezes e estou sempre impressionado. Equipe cordial e amigável, sempre o cumprimenta com um sorriso. Lobby, banheiros, elevadores sempre limpos. Os quartos são espaçosos e modernos, com camas extremamente confortáveis. Governantas excepcionais que são amigáveis e profissionais. Os quartos são higienizados e estão sempre muito limpos. Excelente café da manhã junto com um saco de café da manhã para viagem. Não tive um único problema e sou um pouco exigente rapazes. Acho que vou mais longe e digo que é meu lugar favorito para ficar. Continue com o ótimo trabalho !

Highly Recommended....I've stayed here several times and I'm always impressed. Warm friendly staff, always greets you with a smile. Lobby, bathrooms, elevators always clean. Rooms are spacious and modern with extremely comfortable beds. Exceptional housekeepers who are friendly and professional. The rooms are sanitized and always very clean. Excellent coffee in the morning along with a to go breakfast bag. Not had a single issue and I'm a little bit picky guys. I think I'm going to go as far as saying it's my favorite place to stay. Keep up the great work !

Girl friend had few drinks she was honking looking for me i know wasn't proper the next day and apologized to the manager for the incident he replied thank you for the call but you have to check out. This is why this hotel have hi vacancy hope the corporate will look into it my opinion the manager needs to be substitute immediately other than that hotel was not in prime location although it's clean so as the room.

Very clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. During COVID-19 we made reservations for the pool and were able to enjoy it safely. Great location. Would stay here again.

Great getaway. Great staff! Very clean and hotel is tucked up against freeway. The place is a gem if your trying to be a bit undercover. Let's face it. Sometimes we just want to go someplace hidden and secluded. It's in the mix of Corona but it's a hidden gem. Whether your trying to get your groove on, or just staying to take your kid to travel ball. It's safe its clean and its relaxing. Staff very accommodating.

First time at this hotel and I’m impressed. Clean and classy. The staff was top notch. Probably my only complaint is that the pool was to warm. It felt that it was the same temperature as the hot tub and that is not an exaggeration. Some may like that so it’s hard to list it as a complaint. Each morning every staff I would run into would greet me with a smile and a hardy smile. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. It was really good. The workout center was good. I’ll definitely be back.
