Absolutely gorgeous property! We stayed for two night and wanted to keep staying for all the amenities such as heated pool and the beautiful sauna room! Every single one of the staff was extremely kind and nice to us, we could’ve just stayed inside doing nothing and still would have a blast! Auberge Resorts really knows how to build a luxury vacation experience, 100% will be coming back! Propriedade absolutamente deslumbrante! Service was impeccable from valet to front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Really great. The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed and the cottage village feel is nice.Some of the in room fixtures like light and shade controls had problems that staff couldn't correct for my friends rooms and my room had a few quirks like the sensor that's supposed to control the closet light didn't operate right. The downside of using advanced tech is that it takes a while to debug and get the reliability, but this isn't a showstopper.The facility has a lot of amenities and activities that we didn't have time to explore, but seem really cool. Something for another visit.The location isn't too inconvenient, but is a bit outside of town and you'll be doing some back and forth if you're going to the wineries. Wonderful pool and restaurant.But they’ve got lots of small issues they’ve yet to work out. Our cottage’s bathtub didn’t have hot water, there’s a super bright AC touch panel in the bedroom, and the fact that the landscaping is immature means the cottages are weirdly close together and exposed. The outdoor shower was great…until I locked eyes with the dude in the cottage next door.Overall this place has lots of potential to be a top 5% resort in Napa. Many would argue it’s already there. But they need to collect feedback from guests and improve. The spa is also very peaceful and the salt room is a must do! Gym has everything anyone might need for a great work out and again, no expense was spared on the equipment. Finally, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and truly on top of everything. The Bear restaurant is a must for dinner (the crispy rice appetizer is off the charts amazing and so is the red snapper). We had other reservations but ended up eating there three times during our stay. We highly recommend this resort and will be coming back ourselves. Estou tão feliz que decidimos arriscar e sinto que esses comentários estão MUITO desatualizados. Os jardins deste resort são lindos e a variedade de vegetação é surpreendente. O resort é muito sereno, as comodidades são muito impressionantes e você pode dizer que nenhuma despesa foi poupada em nada. O spa também é muito tranquilo e a sala de sal é imperdível! A academia tem tudo o que alguém pode precisar para um ótimo treino e, novamente, nenhuma despesa foi poupada com o equipamento. Staff is always friendly. The bartenders at bear are very welcoming, especially Levi who can make an amazing espresso martini. Property is beautiful. The architecture is stunning as well. Would be really long to explain the whole situation so I won’t spend another hour wasted to describe a poor 3hrs lunch (we were 2 people and patio almost empty) Ultra slow service, wrong wine brought out twice. Being charged same price for the bottle of wine we ordered for a lower tier wine that was half the price of what we ordered but they only took off 65$ from a 365$ bottle on the list that should have been max 200$. Stay away at least for a year until they get their thing together and that they have a new food and beverage director.
