Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. Great price for what you get- kitchen included! Rooms are modern but comfortable like home. Definately recommend anyone to stay here!

We searched for a pet friendly hotel and this one had good ratings and was fairly priced at $89 a night. We arrived after an 8 hour trip from Williams Arizona and were both looking forward to getting a good nights sleep. We checked in and filled out the disclaimers for our dog and then after unloading our luggage and walking through the lobby were told it would be an additional $75 charge up front! We’ve paid $30 or so extra and it’s up front with pricing. We asked why we weren’t told that in the first place and the clerk said take it up with management. We cancelled and got another room down the street with Motel6 which was horrible! Hope this helps.

Este local é lindo! O paisagismo é bem cuidado, o prédio é lindo e as comodidades são excelentes. O único problema veio de 2 questões diferentes ... 1) falha de comunicação, e o outro era algo que estava fora do controle do hotel. Passamos 2 dias sem cabo devido a um acidente. A falha de comunicação foi o resultado de não transmitir a política de forma completa. Fora isso, você vai adorar estar neste hotel.

¡Esta ubicación es hermosa! El paisaje está bien cuidado, el edificio es hermoso y las comodidades son excelentes. El único problema provino de 2 problemas diferentes ... 1) falta de comunicación, y el otro era algo que estaba fuera del control del hotel. Pasamos 2 días sin cable debido a un accidente. La falta de comunicación fue el resultado de no transmitir la política a fondo. Aparte de eso, le encantará estar en este hotel.

I’m not saying it wins the award for the worst possible hotel. I’m just saying it’s the runner up. I never write reviews but for a new hotel they do not care about making a good impression. Service was bad. Too many dogs like 2-3 dogs per room that’s just toooo much! Dog poop all outside of the basket ball court. Every trip to the elevators my kid was terrified. Very bad experience overall.

This location is beautiful! The landscaping is well manicured, the building is beautiful, and the amenities are excellent. The only problem came from 2 different issues.... 1) miscommunication, and the other was something that was out of the hotel's control. We spent 2 days with no cable due to an accident. The miscommunication was a result of not conveying policy thoroughly. Other than that, you'll love being at this hotel.

Fiquei lá na semana passada por 2 dias. Equipe limpa, tranquila e excelente. Sentado fora no pátio para fazer algum trabalho, grande WiFi também. 5 minutos de vários bons Resturaunt's, Chase, Walmart e Staples. Bom hotel de trabalho a curto ou longo prazo!

Brand new, attentive service, spacious suites, modern, very clean, fully equipped kitchens, excellent hotel amenities and parking. Close to many great restaurants and grocery stores. Only 20 minutes from the beach. Incredible access to highways. Very quiet hotel, no airport noise, or street noise. Highly recommend!
