Had a fantastic stay.From the moment we pulled in.Great staff. Blake at the reception was extremely helpful and the manager Ossie runs a phenomenal hotel.Location was spot on for our destination and requirements.Spotlessly clean.Bed was amazing and full sized king pillows.Rooms are small but city scale and beautiful decor.Cannot wait to come back. Tivemos uma estadia fantástica. A partir do momento em que entramos. Excelente equipe. Blake na recepção foi extremamente útil e o gerente Ossie administra um hotel fenomenal. A localização era perfeita para o nosso destino e requisitos. Quartos limpos. Cama era incrível e travesseiros king size de tamanho completo. Os quartos são pequenos, mas em escala urbana e com uma bela decoração. Mal posso esperar para voltar.

La ubicación fue perfecta para nuestro destino y requisitos. Impecablemente limpio. La cama era increíble y almohadas tamaño king. Be careful with the staff here, they are unfriendly, rude and with the tourists (from outside America) they make what they want. They charged us with 50 dollars every night (7 nights) for the parking even though the car didn't stay in their parking but only for 1 night and then they added fees for every day that we didn't know of... very unpleasant staff really, only the girls that are cleaning the rooms are nice enough to say hi to you. I will not return there ever.. Tenha cuidado com os funcionários aqui, eles são hostis, rudes e com os turistas (de fora da América) eles fazem o que querem. An amazing experience at the Godfrey the location was so close to Hollywood Blvd and other attractions. The rooms are a decent size we were only a couple of 2 but the walls are super thin, you can hear alot from the hallways and outside. Not enough to be disruptive though. The service was beyond expectations, super friendly welcoming and helpful. Definitely will be booking again!! Attended a rooftop pool party at this location. Gorgeous view. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and well kept.The staff was attentive during the event, kept in constant communication.There was someone making tacos and they were delicious! The shrimp tacos were my favorite 😍juicy and grilled right in front of you, made to order. Great selection of taco toppings to add.I would highly recommend this venue for your next event or party. The staff was very friendly. We loved the location, as it is pretty much in the middle of everything. The room was beautiful and had a great city view. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to LA! A equipe foi muito simpática. Adoramos a localização, pois fica no meio de tudo. O quarto era lindo e tinha uma excelente vista da cidade. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente quando voltar a LA!
The staff was very friendly. We loved the location, as it is pretty much in the middle of everything. The room was beautiful and had a great city view. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to LA!
Went for a movie night on the rooftop! OMG…very unorganized, they ran out of Stellar before the movie even started. We made reservations and there was really no need to because it’s first come first serve so we ended up at the bar. The movie stated late and it had no sound for the first few minutes. The engineer came to fix it then it had no audio. Kudos to the engineer because he was working hard to get it right. You really can’t make this up. The 1st bartender a lady seemed fed up and over it. We asked her for a recommendation and she was like well idk basically. The next bartender a gentleman really nice and you could tell the staff was overwhelmed so shouts out to him for keeping his composure and being so professional. Even when his colleagues needed help. Overall the pros: great ambiance nice view but they need more organization for scheduled events. Also they advertise popcorn for the event and let’s just say it never showed up. *****UPDATE***** so the movie just never finished however the Manager on Duty was very courteous to the people who where still left as many had left the rooftop. The staff was awesome honestly, I mean who knows maybe the bartender was fed up which is why she seemed over it. But the servers please give them a raise! They were very professional despite all the technical obstacles and you could tell they were short staff but were doing the best they could. Upper Management does need to look into having more structure and support for the customers but also for the staff. Fui para uma noite de cinema no telhado! OMG… muito desorganizado, eles ficaram sem Stellar antes mesmo do filme começar. Fizemos reservas e realmente não havia necessidade, porque é por ordem de chegada, então acabamos no bar. O filme chegou tarde e não teve som nos primeiros minutos. O engenheiro veio consertar então não tinha áudio. Parabéns ao engenheiro porque ele estava trabalhando duro para acertar. Você realmente não pode inventar isso. O primeiro barman uma senhora parecia farto e sobre ele. Pedimos a ela uma recomendação e ela estava tipo, basicamente, não sei. O próximo barman um cavalheiro muito bom e você poderia dizer que a equipe estava sobrecarregada, então grita para ele por manter a compostura e ser tão profissional. Mesmo quando seus colegas precisavam de ajuda. No geral, os prós: excelente ambiente, bela vista, mas eles precisam de mais organização para eventos programados. Também anunciam pipoca para o evento e digamos que nunca apareceu. *****ATUALIZAÇÃO***** então o filme nunca terminou, no entanto, o gerente de plantão foi muito cortês com as pessoas que ainda saíram, pois muitos deixaram o telhado. A equipe foi incrível honestamente, quero dizer, quem sabe talvez o barman estava farto e é por isso que ela parecia mais. Mas os servidores, por favor, dê-lhes um aumento! Ao contrário de outros usuários com problemas de ruído techno, nosso quarto era silencioso. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas confortável e limpo. A piscina na cobertura era boa e meus filhos gostaram. O restaurante no lobby é bom para comida e o servidor foi bom, mas inexperiente. Eu teria dado 5 estrelas, mas tirando uma para a experiência de comida/servidor.

A diferencia de otros críticos con problemas de ruido tecno, nuestra habitación era tranquila. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero cómoda y limpia. La piscina de la azotea era agradable y mis hijos la disfrutaron. El restaurante en el vestíbulo está bien para la comida y el servidor era agradable pero inexperto. Hubiera dado 5 estrellas, pero quitando una por la experiencia de comida / servidor.

Pros: 1. Fast check in and check out. 2. Valet parking only ($45/night) Valet parking staff were amazing and friendly, maybe the only thing that I liked about this hotel!! 3. Check out before 12pm which is pretty late compared to other competitors. Cons: 1. There is a mandatory $16.43 Amenity fees that were charged after I checked out, the hotel did not mention this fee before I checked in or I reserved for the room. 2. The room is quite small, there is no table or luggage rack, so I can only put my luggage on the floor. ❌3. The worst nightmare about this hotel! Please be aware that there are clubs around the hotel, the music was freaking loud, and the noise was irritating and annoying until very late night! If you wanna have a good night, please avoid staying at this hotel on the weekend even Thursday and Friday! I saw that there are several people complained about the noise of the club, please believe me that the hotel did nothing to improve this major problem! I understand that the hotel cannot control external noise but can definitely avoid the rooms that had major impact, and the room I stayed was just right in front of the club! This is the main problem the hotel should solve!! Prós: 1. Check-in e check-out rápidos. 2. Estacionamento com manobrista apenas (US$ 45/noite) A equipe de estacionamento com manobrista foi incrível e amigável, talvez a única coisa que eu gostei sobre este hotel!! 3. Faça o check-out antes das 12h, o que é bastante tarde em comparação com outros concorrentes. Contras: 1. Primera vez que lo visitó, su salón de conferencias muy limpio, su personal amable, la comida deliciosa, lo recomendaría a mis amistades.😊👌
Me encanta este hotel, es definitivamente la mejor relación calidad precio que he visto en los últimos años de muchos viajes a distintas ciudades de los Estados Unidos. Tiene prestaciones de 5 estrellas y el personal es muy amable y profesional. Check in y check out rapidísimo. La ubicación es excelente en pleno Hollywood a pasos del Paseo de la Fama, de Hollywood Blvd, etc. Ideal para turistas. Conectividad excelente ya sea en auto, uber/lyft o transporte público (estación de metro Hollywood Blvd a un par de calles y paradas de bus igual, a mogollón en el sector). El WiFi funciona perfecto en todo el hotel. El hotel es nuevo, elegante, de aire medio hipster, las habitaciones no son súper grandes pero sí muy lindas, cómodas y funcionales, con el espacio muy bien aprovechado, caja de seguridad, nevera, de cortesía cafés, tés, agua. Habitación con cafetera, secadora de pelo, ducha excelente tipo lluvia, batas de baño, amenities finos. Undía pedí más shampoo y mandaron como 20 botellitas de shampoo, acondicionador, gel de baño, muy generosos. Impecable aislación del sonido, cama king súper cómoda, descanso perfecto. Tiene una terraza con vista preciosa con piscina, bar y restaurante, ideal para pasar en pareja o con amigos. Si mal no recuerdo desde algún punto de la terraza se ve el letrero de Hollywood. En el área hay una gran variedad de restaurantes, bares, cafés (The Breakfast Club en Vine St muy recomendable para desayunar, si no lo quisieras hacer en el hotel, la comida muy buena...) y lugares de comida rápida, además de Walgreens, CVS, Target y otras similares muy cerca, todo walking distance. La zona segura, sin (muchos) homeless merodeando. En Los Ángeles es muy difícil encontrar un hotel con parqueo gratuito, no es como Miami, Orlando u otras ciudades donde hay más espacio y el hotel con parqueo gratuito es casi lo normal. Este hotel tiene valet parking pero su parqueadero si es carito. Justo al frente del hotel, ceuzando la calle sobre Cahuenga Blvd, hay un parqueadero grande de varios pisos que sale como USD 22 la noche, mucho menos costoso. También se puede parquear en la calle toda la noche (me fijé que algunos lo hacen), pero no creo que sea lo más recomendable, salvo que consigas un espacio justo al frente de la entrada del lobby. En fin, en resúmenes, es un excelentísimo hotel, absolutamente recomendable...volveré siempre...
Todo muy bien, la habitacion muy comoda y la comida muy rica
El hotel hermoso, una decoración modernista. Pero solo un inconveniente las ventanas de las habitaciones no son antiruido, todo se escucha lo que gritan en la calle, las sirenas de los camiones de bomberos, los arrancones, en fin todo se escucha.
