Nice spot with an incredible view. Recommend spending the little extra for the LA view on the last floor, it’s breath taking. The staff is very accommodating and the rooftop restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend staying here compared to the other destinations near by.

Boa localização! Este hotel fica perto do aeroporto e da cidade. Parece mais velho, mas muito bem conservado. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, especialmente a cama, e as roupas de cama são de ótima qualidade. O restaurante tem uma boa seleção de comida. A piscina e a academia são agradáveis. Este será o meu novo hotel sempre que eu estiver nesta cidade.
¡Buena ubicación! Este hotel se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto y la ciudad. Parece más viejo pero muy bien mantenido. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, especialmente la cama, y las sábanas son de buena calidad. Su restaurante tiene una buena selección de comida. La piscina y el gimnasio son agradables. Este será mi nuevo hotel cuando vaya a esta ciudad.
Good location! This hotel sits near the airport and the city. It looks older but very well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and the linens are fine quality. Their restaurant has a good selection of food. The pool and gym are nice. This will be my new go-to hotel whenever I will in this city.
Stellar and impressive hotel service! I couldn't ask for more! Highly recommended for both meetings and friends as well for having an excellent atmosphere. I found this incredible place by accident. I was really lucky that I found this place when I badly need a place to stay. It was a nice experience for me for the first time.
Realmente gostei do quarto, o estacionamento foi um pouco incômodo, mas eu entendo por que eles estão fazendo dessa forma agora. Não tentei seu restaurante ou bar, nem tentei a piscina. Foi muito conveniente, pois ficava a apenas 15 minutos de onde eu estava trabalhando.Também legal, são 15 minutos de caminhada até a Última Livraria, onde eu sempre quis ir. Não conduzi porque não tem estacionamento, só andei até lá e gostei muito.
Realmente me gustó la habitación, el estacionamiento fue un poco complicado, pero entiendo por qué lo están haciendo de esa manera en este momento. No probé su restaurante o bar, ni probé la piscina. Fue muy conveniente ya que estaba a solo 15 minutos de donde estaba trabajando.También es genial, está a 15 minutos a pie de la última librería, donde siempre he querido ir. No manejé porque no hay estacionamiento, simplemente caminé hasta allí y realmente me gustó.
Really liked the room, the parking was a bit of a hassle, but I understand why they are doing it that way right now. Didn't try their restaurant or bar, nor did I try the pool. It was very convenient as it was just 15 minutes from where I was working. Also cool, its a 15 min walk to the Last Bookstore, where I have always wanted to go. I didn't drive as there isn't parking, just walked there and really liked it.
O quarto com cama king-size tinha um tamanho decente para um quarto na Union Square / Financial District. Não parecia nem um pouco apertado, e tínhamos amplo espaço para caminhar ao redor da cama e abrir a bagagem. A cama era confortável, e havia UM MONTE de tomadas para conectar coisas. Eles tinham um filtro de linha na mesa que tenho certeza que seria útil se você estiver lá a negócios. Houve também WIFI GRATUITO que funcionou muito bem! O banheiro era limpo (mas pequeno!) E eles forneceram muitas toalhas.
Fiquei neste hotel na última semana de agosto. Meu pequeno e eu. Os quartos são incríveis. Comida é boa. Mas infelizmente alguém cobra meu quarto por serviços que não são meus. Eu verifico enquanto analiso meu recibo e explico a eles que uma cobrança específica no meu cartão de crédito não era minha. Mas, alguns dias depois, eles cobraram essas taxas em meu cartão de crédito. Liguei para eles no telefone e foi uma longa semana e nunca fui reembolsada. Este hotel é um roubo! Cuidado
Cuidado ao tentar encontrar este lugar! Você vai passar direto por ela 😂 No momento em que chegamos lá, Danielle, Kara e Joshua foram extremamente prestativos, simpáticos e prestativos com qualquer problema que surgisse. The king bed room was decently sized for a room in Union Square/Financial District. It didn't feel cramped at all, and we had ample room to walk around the bed and open luggage. The bed was comfy, and there were A BUNCH of outlets to plug stuff into. They had a surge protector on the desk which I'm sure would come in handy if you're there on business. There was also FREE WIFI which worked great! The bathroom was clean (but small!) & they provided lots of towels.
Careful when trying to find this place! You'll drive right past it 😂 From the moment we got there, Danielle, Kara, and Joshua were extremely helpful, nice, and supportive with any problems that arose. They made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, gave us suggestions on things to do, called and continued to check on where our taxi was upon leaving (apparently there was high traffic and all taxi's were moving extremely slow). The rooms are fairly small. My partner and I had to be strategic about our moving around and the pool upstairs is fairly small as well, but the view is stellar. Dog friendly space. Great customer service willing to go above and beyond for their guests. What more can you ask for?
wow !!!!!! this hotel really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. this place charges a fair price and you really get what you pay for (and so much more!). we brought our pup and they didn't even charge a fee for that which is so rare and so appreciated. the rooms are super clean and beautiful with a few touches of European style (I think this is their first US location). tess dunne worked overtime on a crazy busy holiday weekend to make our stay here so incredible! she went out of her way (so many times) to give us the best experience. upon arriving they offer beds and bowls for your pup (which is so cute), because it was a holiday weekend they we're slightly slow to bring up the bowls which was completely understandable. we didn't even complain or anything but just called to remind them and Tess brought them up to us right away with a $50 voucher for the wait--wow! but even better than that, we were staying here because our AC broke during the heatwave, and it randomly started working a day before checkout. I called at 4pm day of and tess answered and I explained the situation. I was asking to checkout a day early and maybe receive a credit or something (I knew what I was asking for was a big favor/big ask), and without even thinking twice, tess was like, "oh I'd be upset if I paid for a hotel and my AC started working again, come back and grab your bags whenever no rush and we won't charge you for the night or even a late checkout." wow wow wow !!! what a stellar hotel that genuinely cares about you; everyone that works here is so cool. big, big thank you to tess and her colleagues for making our stay so exceptional. if you're looking for a hotel in dtla that is reasonable and beautiful and goes out of their way to make your stay lovely--this is the place! you won't find a better hotel, promise (:
I stayed at this hotel the last week of August. My little and I. The rooms are amazing. Food is good. But unfortunately someone charge my room for services not mine. I check out while reviewing my receipt, I explain to them that a particular charge on my credit card was not mine. But a couple of days later they ran my credit card for those fees. I called them on the phone and it’s been a long week and I was never reimburse. This hotel is a rip off! Beware
En general todo muy bien. El detalle x el que pongo 4 estrellas es xq el baño tiene purta transparente y la puerta no tiene seguro. Pero la ubicación súper bien
