Le Petit Chef foi maravilhoso! A experiência foi incrível e divertida! A comida era realmente muito boa também. A coisa toda foi cronometrada e executada com excelente precisão e os garçons foram excelentes e muito atenciosos. Definitivamente vale a classificação $$$$ no OpenTable. Eu gostei muito disso e definitivamente recomendo que você vá antes de sair e se mude para um novo local em uma nova cidade!
Tivemos uma ótima estadia, embora estivéssemos lá apenas por uma noite. Nós tínhamos voado para a cidade à tarde de Dallas para assistir os Rangers jogarem contra os Angels em Anaheim, então partimos logo após o check-in. chegando, se estávamos comemorando alguma ocasião especial e se precisávamos de algo especial. Nós o avisamos que provavelmente chegaríamos um pouco antes do check-in e deixaríamos nossas malas e que estávamos comemorando nosso 16º aniversário de casamento. Quando chegamos ao hotel, fomos recebidos imediatamente e por um cavalheiro muito educado na recepção (eu gostaria de poder lembrar o nome dele). Eles realmente tinham nosso quarto pronto mais cedo, o que foi um grande prazer, pois poderíamos nos preparar em nosso quarto para ir ao jogo de bola. Também ficamos encantados ao descobrir que tínhamos sido atualizados, o que, pelo que entendi, é uma ocorrência rara neste hotel. Sou membro platina e prata vitalícia, mas mesmo assim fiquei surpreso. O quarto ficava em um dos andares superiores, acessível apenas por um elevador separado, e tinha uma área extra de escritório que foi muito útil na manhã seguinte, quando meu marido tinha algumas chamadas de zoom para fazer. Quando voltamos do jogo, vimos que o salão do 24º andar estava aberto quando saímos do elevador e fomos tomar uma bebida. O lounge tinha uma vista incrível e as bebidas eram saborosas. Ficamos surpresos que não havia mais pessoas lá, mas era por volta das 9h30 naquele momento. Quando voltamos para o quarto, descobrimos que Nathan havia entregado uma garrafa de champanhe e morangos, sem mencionar um cartão escrito à mão muito fofo nos parabenizando. Foi um toque fino e, novamente, inesperado. Os toques extras do hotel, como chinelos, dois roupões, ferro de passar, TV no espelho do banheiro, serviço de abertura de cama, etc - todos muito apreciados e provavelmente nos incentivarão a ficar em hotéis melhores como este no futuro. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e apreciamos muito o cuidado pessoal que nos foi mostrado enquanto estávamos lá.
Minha estadia aqui foi inigualável. A equipe foi incrível, amigável e útil durante todo o dia! Eles também têm uma localização incrível, que não pode ser derrotada por passeios turísticos nesta parte da cidade. O quarto que reservei online antes de chegar veio com um buffet de café-da-manhã de cortesia que tinha algo novo todas as manhãs.
Great location! The Front Desk staff was excellent Malad and Hephram was awesome so was Danny! I would highly recommend this hotel. I'm a Titanium Elite member and was able to get an upgrade to the Executive Suite which was amazing especially the views at night. Patricia did a great job setting up our car and dinner reservations. TOP Knotch treatment from beginning to end. Ask for Jessie to help with departure! My home away from home!
We had a great stay even though we were only there for one night. We had flown into town in the afternoon from Dallas to watch the Rangers play the Angels in Anaheim, so we left pretty much right after we checked in. The Guest Relations Coordinator, Nathan, e-mailed us in advance to find out when we were arriving, if we were celebrating any special occasions, and if we needed anything special. We did let him know we'd probably be arriving a tad before check-in and would leave our bags and that we were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted right away and by a very polite gentleman at the front desk (I wish I could remember his name). They actually did have our room ready early, which was a great treat as we could get ready in our room to head to the ballgame. We were also delighted to find out that we'd been upgraded, which from what I understand, is a rare occurrence at this hotel. I am a platinum member and lifetime silver, but I was still surprised. The room was on one of the top floors, accessible only by a separate elevator, and it had an extra office area which came in very handy the next morning when my husband had some zoom calls to make. When we got back from the game, we saw that the 24th floor lounge was open when we got off of the elevator and went to have a drink. The lounge had incredible views and the drinks were tasty. We were surprised there weren't more people in there, but it was around 9:30 at that time. When we went back to the room, we found that Nathan had delivered a bottle of champagne and strawberries, not to mention a very sweet hand-written card congratulating us. It was a fine touch and again, unexpected. The extra touches at the hotel, such as slippers, two robes, straightening iron, TV in the bathroom mirror, turndown service, etc - all very much appreciated and will likely encourage us to stay at finer hotels such as this one in the future. All-in-all, it was a great stay, and we very much appreciated the personal care shown to us while we were there.
My stay in here was second to none. The staff was incredible, friendly, and helpful all day long! They've got an amazing location too which can't be beaten for sightseeing in this part of town. The room I booked online before arriving came with a complimentary breakfast buffet that had something new each morning.
Le Petit Chef was wonderful! The experience was amazing and fun! The food was actually pretty good as well. The whole thing was timed and executed with excellent precision and the waitstaff was superb and very attentive. Definitely worth the $$$$ rating on OpenTable. I thoroughly enjoyed this and definitely recommend you go before it leaves and moves on to a new location in a new city!

Whoever was the receptionist tonight was the rudest I have ever encountered. I thought I was calling one of their restaurants just now but apparently called the main line.When I I quited about making a reservation the lady that answered just said I reached the wrong number and hung up on me immediately.I called back to ask why she did that and her reply was that the restaurant does not have a direct line and that I would need to book a reservation online.So I asked her why she didn't just tell me that before hanging up and she just gave me another rude and dismissive response.I've stayed at Ritz hotels around the world and have never been treated this way.

Meus amigos e eu ficamos em todo o mundo e esta foi de longe a melhor experiência de hotel! Eu seria negligente se não mencionasse os membros da equipe que prestaram um excelente serviço. Mariana recebe o prêmio VIP por este hotel. Ela estendeu a mão na noite anterior à minha chegada para me receber com um e-mail caloroso e atencioso. Na chegada, conheci Victor na recepção e o processo de check-in foi perfeito. Ele foi gentil e prestativo e me forneceu informações úteis enquanto visitava a cidade. Em seguida, a equipe do Club Lounge era única. Agradeça a Emad e Cameron por fazerem coquetéis personalizados e compartilharem ideias sobre o que fazer na cidade. A equipe foi muito agradável. AC não esfria tão bem quanto gostaríamos. Fui usar o roupão e notei que estava sujo/manchado por dentro. Mencionou para a recepção ambos os problemas e que o roupão sujo estava no chão eles poderiam substituir, quando voltamos eles não substituíram o roupão apenas o levaram.
This experience was top-notch from the day before arriving until the last moment at checkout. The staff and their level of service was impeccable. My friends and I have stayed all over the world and this by far was the best hotel experience ever! I would be remiss if I did not mention the staff members that provided excellent service. Mariana gets the VIP award for this hotel. She reached out the night before my arrival to welcome me with a warm and thoughtful email. Upon arrival, I met Victor at the front desk and the checkin process was perfect. He was kind and helpful and provided me with useful information while visiting the city. Next, the Club Lounge staff was one of a kind. Shout out to Emad and Cameron for making custom cocktails and sharing ideas about things to do while in town. From the room cleaning professionals to the guest services management and staff, I highly recommend this hotel! You won’t regret it! My friends and I will be back very soon!
Staff were very nice.AC doesn't cool as well as we would have liked.Went to use the robe and noticed it was dirty/stained on the inside.Mentioned to the front desk both issues and that the dirty robe was on the floor could they replace, when we came back they didn't replace the robe only took it away.
Este é um dos mais limpos Ritz-Carlton. As camas são tão confortáveis e a equipe é incrível. O gerente e a equipe se esforçaram para nos fazer uma estadia memorável. Eu recomendaria 100% este hotel.
This is one of the cleanest Ritz-Carlton. The beds are so comfortable and the staff are amazing. The manager and staff went out of their ways to make us have a memorable stay. I would %100 recommend this hotel.

Worst experience of my life!! My friend had prepaid for a suite threw priceline. Everything was comfirmed and ready to go. Once i arrive to check in, the receptionist had said that priceline called to tell them the payment was not able to be authorized. Normally if theres an issue of that sort, priceline sends a cancelation email.... which i had not received. So ok,i contact priceline for them to tell me there are no issues on their end. So i go back to the hotel. They check me in and i use my card for a 100 issidental deposit. The second i step into the room, the room phone was ringing. It was the lobby to tell me priceline will not pay them so i had to go pay. So again, i call priceline and again they say there is no issue. So as I'm walking to the lobby i receive an alert f from my card. They attempted to charge my card the about for the room. So i ask them what the issue is. They are sticking to their story even tho im on the phone with priceline. So the hotel canceled the resercation themselves. Theirfore causing an issue with getting a refund for the room. And ontop of that attempted 2 more transactions on my card once i had already left. I went back to question about it. And they denie ever doing so... i would never attemp to stay there again! The emplyees are crooks and liers.!!!!
