No Star at All for this Review. ZERO, ZERO AND ZERO. This is a "VINTAGE HOTEL" Not Clean and the pictures they show are not at all how the room is. Didn't fee safe to stay the day or nigt.
Of course they did not reimburse my $300.00. I got a much better Hotel, that was clean and safe for $150!!!!!!! Not in Venice!!!
It is Definitely Not a Suite. If that is a Suite what would a regular room look like? Also they don't show the view of the homeless encampment!!! After I voiced my concerns to the representative at the front desk she was "so indifferent".

Positive: Fair daily rate. Great location right on the good part of the beach. Rooftop is fantastic and a great sunset watching spot. Overall room is nice and updated with plenty of room. Cool old-school elevator to take if you feel lazy.
Negative: No parking. You have to park for $10 per day in a lot, which ends at 8pm. During COVID you are allowed to park on certain streets and then make a walk but parking is limited and takes up to 45 minutes to find a spot. Room cleaning- we were there 6 nights and had to request the 3 cleaning services that we did receive...was told it was due to COVID. Checkout time: 11am checkout time is the earliest have experienced in all of my travel. Tough especially when they refused a later time.

the hotel was amazing! everything about this place was wonderful! i loved it all. super close to the beach, great rooms, quite building, amazing rooftop. AMAZING MANAGER! just two things that prevent me from giving it a 5 star. the blond lady that works at the front desk!!!! she is extremely rude, and disrespectful. she accused me and my family of breaking the elevator which we did no such thing. she didn’t want to give us extra shampoo and towels saying there already was some in the room! keep in mind the bottles are extremely small and 2 towels isn’t enough for 4 people. and also it is extremely hard to find parking you probably have to park at least 5 to 10 minutes away from the hotel if you don’t wanna pay for parking or get your car towed away. but everything else about this hotel was amazing!!!

There was this blonde lady who was at the front desk and she had a big attitude problem. She accused us of braking the hotel elevator when did do not such thing. We followed the The rules and make sure we did not exceed the limit. Overall the manager was very respectful and very understanding about our complaint. The hotel room was great, clean and, modern it was awesome!

Absolutely loved the hotel. The staff were great and the hotel was amazing. Would recommend to anybody and will definitely be back. Could not have chose a better place to spend the week.
The only downside was parking but that is easy enough to figure out and we'll worth it.
