É a segunda vez que fico num hotel da "família", ambos no calçadão de Venice e pela segunda vez fiquei muito feliz com a minha escolha. A localização não poderia ser melhor - sim tem o problema do estacionamento, mas andar até o carro pela praia não chega a ser um suplício né! O quarto é amplo, super confortável e tem uma cozinha completa. O banheiro é grande e bonito e tudo é muito limpo. Os recepcionistas são cordiais e dão ótimas dicas - thank you very much for the Ale Venice recomendation, was awesome! E o melhor de tudo é a terraça na cobertura! O pôr do sol é "o" momento do dia! Vários hóspedes se juntam na terraça, cada um leva sua bebida e curtem juntos o sol se pondo no Pacífico. Quer mais que isso?

So let me start, it is cheaper than most hotels that is by the beach but... there was no ac in my room. At night it’s very dangerous because of the homeless that surrounds the hotel. It’s REALLY BAD. Very bad. Beware of the $40 parking that’s right next to the hotel. I honestly would recommend everyone to pay a little bit more for a different hotel.

Please do not patronize businesses that treat the disabled like dirt.
I booked a room advertised as "fully wheelchair accessible" and "ground level", the management called me a liar, and I had to be on the phone for 2 hours with Priceline just to get it confirmed that yes, the property manager here is deceitful and has scammed me out of my deposit, and tried to scam me out of a lot more. They offered to switch me to another property they claimed was accessible at the Suites, but as I was packed and in the car I was unable to do adequate research on whether my extreme, but not at all contagious, condition could be accommodated there. I deeply regret believing this was an honest hotel run by halfway decent people; please don't give your business to people who think that abusing the disabled is a great and easy way to steal a hundred bucks. I believe I will eventually probably get this back, but I wont get the hours i spent in frustration trying to get this resolved, nor will i be compensated for being forced to take a last minute hotel.
Please, if you can, let them know that it is not okay to treat anyone this way, let alone someone in a wheelchair for reasons of serious disability.

Excelente ubicación y el servicio muy bueno, algo no tan bueno es el estacionamiento que queda a 5 cuadras y volver de noche caminando es una molestia, si bien no es inseguro el paisaje es al menos desolador y sobre la vereda de la playa lleno de homeless.
