What a diamond in the sand. Amazing staff and views. Walked into my room and felt right at home. Then head on up to the deck and exhale...walk out to the sand and follow the path to an adventure of a lifetime...the canal walk is a world of its own....
Sem serviço de quarto, sem café da manhã, mas eu paguei por tudo isso !. O negócio tira proveito da pandemia. O quarto pode ser limpo quando o hóspede sair, vamos lá !, pelo menos limpe o banheiro, leve o lixo para fora e deixe toalhas limpas com material pessoal como sabonete e shampoo. Também estavam atentos se algumas garrafas de água no quarto, pelo menos, se não houver café da manhã disponível. Enfim, era um quarto de preço muito alto para sem serviços.
No service room, no breakfast, but I paid for all that!. The business take advantage about the pandemic . The room can be cleaned when the guest get outside, come on!, at least get clean the bathroom , take out the trash and leave clean towels with personel stuff like soap and shampoo. Also were attentive if were a few bottles of water in the room at least if is not breakfast available. Anyway , was very highly price room for without services.
Tenho uma afinidade lil com este hotel. É tão bonito e à direita na praia! A cama era confortável e a equipe foi muito agradável para nós. Eu adoro o pequeno-almoço gratuito que parece ser meio difícil de encontrar em outros hotéis da área !! Eu também gosto muito desse ghey ter um deck na cobertura. Esta foi a minha primeira vez na praia e este hotel foi perfeito!
Primeiro, os pontos positivos. O quarto era limpo, o pessoal era amigável e a localização era fantástica. As vistas do telhado eram bonitas. Os contras, entretanto, eram muitos. Em primeiro lugar, o A / C em nosso quarto não funcionou. Disseram-nos várias vezes que a manutenção viria consertar. Uma vez nos disseram que eles estavam no local e o consertariam naquele dia. Eles nem mesmo foram ao nosso quarto para tentar consertá-lo. Tivemos que deixar as janelas abertas durante toda a nossa estadia, tornando o quarto luminoso devido à iluminação externa e alto. Tivemos que ir para a mesa para pedir papel higiênico porque o quarto só tinha cerca de 1/4 rolo na chegada para uma estadia de 3 noites. Nós nunca recebemos toalhas ou artigos de toalete limpos após o primeiro dia. Não só o café da manhã continental não estava disponível devido ao COVID, eles nem sequer ofereciam café !!! A conveniência do café da manhã foi um dos motivos pelos quais reservamos, mas nem mesmo mencionamos que não estaria disponível no momento do check-in. Eles também dizem que oferecem toalhas de praia, mas por ordem de chegada, a pequena pilha de toalhas havia sumido todos menos uma vez durante os 4 dias que estivemos lá. Infelizmente, iremos reservar a nossa próxima estadia noutro local.
We booked for 2 nights stay. Parking was $20 a night upon arrival which wasn't on the booking site as an extra charge. Room was small as hell,1 roll of toilet paper, ac wasn't working right,not enough beach towels for everyone. No coffee no food at all,remote didn't have batteries. Staff was nice but with all the inconvenience I had a would recommend a better hotel with the price they charge for a 2 star hotel. The only pro was it was close to beach and roof top deck..
I have a lil affinity with this hotel. Its so cute and right off the beach! The bed was comfy and the staff was very nice to us. I love the free breakfast which seems to be kinda hard to find at other hotels in the area!! I also really like that ghey have a rooftop deck. This was my first time at the beach and this hotel was perfect!!
First the positives. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was fantastic. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. The cons however were many. First, the A/C in our room did not work. We were told multiple times that maintenance was going to come fix it. We were even told once that they were on site and would get it fixed that day. They never even went to our room to attempt to fix It. We had to leave the windows open for our entire stay making the room bright due to outside lighting and loud. We had to go to the desk to ask for toilet paper because the room only had about 1/4 roll upon arrival for a 3 night stay. We were never given clean towels or toiletries after the first day. Not only was the continental breakfast not available due to COVID, they didn't even offer coffee!!! The convenience of breakfast was one of the reasons we booked, but there wasn't even mention of it not being available upon check in. They also say they offer beach towels but this is first come first serve and the small stack of towels was gone all but one time during the 4 days we were there. We will unfortunately book our next stay elsewhere.

Very accommodating! Luckily we booked our stay before our wallet was lost/stolen because we only had our passports to check in. Was not a problem and we very understanding😊 Great location, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and comfortable
Quartos agradáveis pelo preço. Mesmo do lado da praia. Longa caminhada para Santa Mônica. Muitas opções de comida ao redor.
Nice rooms for the price. Right on the beach side. Long walk to Santa Monica. Lot of food options around.

La ubicación es simplemente la mejor. En plena playa, cerca de la zona de restauración frente al embarcadero de Venice y con acceso cercano a scooters eléctricos y bicicletas, la mejor manera de moverte por el litoral de L.A. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y un tanto espartanas, el ruido traspasa con facilidad las paredes y los desayunos son algo escasos, pero la ubicación hará que pases por alto estos pequeños inconvenientes.
Sobretodo la higiene y la atención al cliente
