    The town is most well known for the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets located right off of Interstate 495. Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots is just a short ten minute drive from Wrentham Center. The town has two lakes; Lake Pearl and Lake Archer and they are located towards the center of town. The town of Wrentham was settled in 1660 under the name Wollomonuppoags, as a plantation settlement on the fertile land of Lake Pearl. In 1673 the settlement was granted a township and the town of Wrentham was founded. After the establishment of Wrentham, its population and industry grew. Now it has become a town with a population of 10,554.

    * F. Gilbert State Forest - Spreading throughout Wrentham and Franklin Mass, the F. Gilbert State Forest is spaciously packed with 23 miles of trails. One of the most popular trails would be their Mountain Biking. Other activities also available at this State Forest would be hiking, horseback riding, hunting, mountain biking, off-roading, picnicking, skiing, and other various walking trails. This is a fenced, previously owned area so it is asked to clean up after your precious pets. However you can let your puppy off the leash! Located on the corner of North and Emerald Street, this is an entertaining place to bring dogs of all sizes.

    * Mirror Lake - located in the central part of the town, the secluded Mirror Lake is a calm and nurturing area. Families can go to boat, fish or swim at their leisure. The relaxed domineer of the Lake makes for its calm and quiet atmosphere.

    * Joe's Rock - excellent for rock climbers and hikers, Joe’s Rock has an abundance of trails that makes for the fullest amount of entertainment. With more than 5 routes up the rock, there is always room for another climb. The rock itself is in public area, so it is monitored by police for safety purposes but feel free to park and climb!

    * Lake Pearl - With a swimming dock, expansive green park, playground area, sandy beach, deck, snack bar, changing area, and gazebo for functions this location provides ample amenities for all who want to visit.
